I called these guys and not only did the price sound great, but they were able to come right out once they left the house they were at. 20 minutes later, Jesus and Jose were at my house laying out towels so that their machine didn't scratch my wood floors. First, I was quoted for the rooms and hallway I needed cleaned for $109 but when he arrived, he took a look and started to make claims about how there is another small dining room area that needed cleaning and a little bit of slime my daughter accidentally left on the carpet. After all his "reasons" to how much more work it would be, he stated it would be $160, almost 50% more than he quoted. It's still a good price but I felt that he was very misleading with his quote to get my business. I just wished he was more professional with the way he talked to his customers. We agreed to $150 and he proceeded to do his carpet cleaning. The entire cleaning process took about 30 mins and maybe 5-10 to set up and disassemble. After inspection, the slime didn't come out and there were areas of the carpet that were still dark. I noticed other small pieces of junk and realized he didn't even vacuum. I wish I took some pictures to show everyone. He then proceeded to argue with me to get an additional $10 to get the remaining slime out. Seems odd when he was confident that he could get it out at the beginning. Then he started bring out racial issues, which angered me and was an unnecessary thing for him to do. I'm a minority as well but there no need to bring out racial slurs while discussing the work. I guess you get what you paid for and I've learned my lesson to not trust every local business posted on Craigslist. If you want to deal with an unethical businessman who does a poor job, then this is your guy! I'll never use him again nor recommend him to anyone. Zero stars in my opinion.

Please take a look at the pictures. They had two people come out. One for 4 hours and one for 9 hours. Floors were not mopped, all the cabinets I requested to be cleaned inside were not, one bath tub and another shower stall were left dirty, toilets were not cleaned properly, spider webs were not cleaned, nor were the ceiling fans, and the list goes on.
