I've always seen this place at SPM, but they never have a line so I was hesitant to try it. Then today I finally decided to try something new and ordered there Philly Philly. Aside from the steep $15 price tag (really should be $10, $12 max to be comparable with other food there), it was really delicious! The bread they use is amazingly soft and the cheese was so good (it says it's sauce but actually regular cheese melted by them which was so so good). Anyway, give this place a try and show them some love. I think if they took down the prices a bit they would see more customers come through. read more

After the HS reunion, we went to San Pedro Square Market for either dinner or a snack depending on how we were feeling. I opted for a snack. Saw Gameday had just opened, replacing the hot dog place that used to be there, and figured fries would work as a snack. I got the cheese fries. I like that they were able to give me both types of cheese sauce since I couldn't decide haha. Fries were cooked well. Cheese sauce was fine. I probably spent too much on this "snack", since it was $9. It was a rather large portion (which it should be for the price) but I can only eat so many fries in one sitting even when I'm hungrier, and cheese fries don't keep well as leftovers. Wish they had a smaller size of fries meant to be more of a side. Actually not sure if the Philly cheesesteaks come with fries. I'd definitely be interested in having the fries as a side to my meal (with the cheese sauce again probably) but not in ordering fries this size in addition to my meal. I'm curious about how their cheesesteaks are, so I'll prolly try them next time I'm in the market. read more

After smelling their cursedly delicious garlic fries earlier and after a fellow patron at Three Sisters offering their original fries, I decided to go all in. I went accordingly all in and ordered the bacon Philly cheesesteak with double meat and extra cheese sauce. It fell apart a quarter of the way through but I didn't care. i packed out this notoriously delicious and heavy affair that was worth every penny. This is truly our favorite place in the square. The owner Kasandra is always smiling as is her staff. Our favorite thing to get are the buffalo wings. When we are super hungry or haven't been in more than 5 days we will also get the philly fries. Loaded with all the delicious goodness from a cheesesteak on some really good fries. Had the Philly cheesesteak and the buffalo wings and they were pretty good although I couldn't enjoy them as much as I would have liked to as I couldn't stop thinking about how much I paid for 1 each philly cheesesteak and 10 wings. Came out to over $51 bucks! While the wings are good sized and pretty tasty they aren't the best I've had but are the most expensive wings I've had at $25.50 for 10 each. What added to the total was although they stopped offering the little bit of service they had which was a front counter person who took orders and answered questions, they still have the kiosk make you choose a tip before completing your order. A little insulting I think. I can still get better service at McDonald's who still offers the option of placing my order with a real person. I can understand you trying to help out your employees but at the prices you charge they should be pretty well paid to begin with. I was hesitant about doing No tip for fear the employees see that and it effects my order. Good food just be prepared to more for it than you normally would with zero service. read more

I came by and ordered a Phillys Philly and some wings, the honey bbq wings were delicious and crispy and the philly sandwich was not only great but had sizeable portions of meat and veggies, the cheese sauce was just *chefs kiss*. I came here to watch a World Cup game, and it took them literally 1 hour to have my food ready. Every time I asked about my food he said "10 more minutes". After 1 hour I asked for my money back then he said that they had already issued a refund!! So he gave a refund to some random customer's credit/debit card without confirming it was the correct order number. He said he couldn't give me a refund because he had already given a refund. That made me upset because I just didn't want my food anymore, I wanted my money back. The fries and garlic on the fries were way too hard and a bit on the burnt side! We didn't even get our corn dogs or condiments :( Although I feel bad for the employees because there weren't that many employees working on a really busy day. But they should've had more people working. FYI, I wasn't the only customer who waited an hour for food. I was super bummed with my cheesesteak tonight. Pre-Covid, I would have said that it was one of my top fav sandwiches of all time. Like I legit had a come to Jesus moment the first time I took a bite of this sandwich and I'm not even religious. The fries used to be way better too. I brought so many people here and always raved about it. Have not been since Covid because every time I tried to come, they were closed. Was so excited to come tonight and just...ugh. The bun was stale and only cut halfway down so there was hardly any meat at all on it since it was as just at the top of the bun. Sauce and all just didn't hit like it used to. Was really trying to love this place, but it's so poorly managed it's unbearable. Their food is still delicious, but the lack of organization makes eating here impossible. Tonight we ordered takeout through yelp since there's usually a very long wait time if you order in store. We ordered around 6:30 and it told us it would be ready between 7:19 and 7:30. Once the order was confirmed the time shifted about a half hour - no big deal, we went and ran some errands. We got the notification saying our order was ready and ran in to grab it only to find that the person behind the counter had no idea our order existed. They go into the back and we can hear some arguing before they return on the phone informing us that their tablet is down so the manager (who isn't there) is giving them the orders and it would be ten minutes before our order was ready. At this point I was ready to just cancel the order and go somewhere else, but they started making it right away. Oh! The person behind the counter was NOT wearing their mask too despite the mask mandate being put back into effect. If I can wear mine at work all day, they can wear theirs while handling my food. After so many times trying to come here and finding out the hours were updated a couple of days before so they're closed and now this, we will not be coming back read more
