He also clarified that he rarely does reprint preorders since Bandai or the manufacturer can change the shipping ETA which they have no control over. Something to think about when ordering to lessen future disappointments. I just wished he had the items I was looking for but they were sold out everywhere anyway so it's not their fault.

Is there any way you can post on the front page of your website or something when you're closing…read moreearly on a given day so I don't drive ninety minutes just to find out that the store closed two hours early from a sign posted on the front door? This has happened to me twice now. Edit: For context, I don't use Facebook or Instagram and I don't believe using those apps should be a requirement to visit this business but I guess it's not exactly an unfair expectation nowadays.

I have not been to this location in some time, I believe about 7 or 8 years or so. But I just called to speak with a sales associate regarding their stock of books in a series that I have been reading, and Daniel literally went above and beyond the questions I had asked. They did not have the books I was looking for, they came out in 2012 so that isn't a huge surprise, but the stock of the newer books that they have in the series is 2nd to none in this area and he even walked me through how to find the books that I was looking for and how I could order them to his store via The Black Library option on the Games Workshop website. Seriously fantastic customer service and a legitamately organic, and informative conversation. Thanks again Daniel! read more

I was a regular customer before the store was condensed for many years but left the hobby for awhile. When I returned the store had been down sized and i was bummed. Aside from this though, the manager Chris was a wonderful store operator! He was able to answer all my questions and even brain stormed a few ideas for a new 40k army with me! The store still offers lots of different events to be apart and has a wonderful friendly atmosphere that is great for anyone to come in and join. I even joined up in a fantasy league after never having played fantasy. Chris and all the other players were wonderful. Would highly recommend as Chris has made a definite return customer! read more

What can I say... if I was writing this review two months ago it would be a one star review. But the shop's got a new manager, her name is Cortney and she's cleaned house, the shop is well organized and you can find everything you want now, and if it's not in stock the manager can help you place a special order for it! She's still pretty new to Games Workshop, so there's a bit of a learning curve in running the store however it's already looking better now than it has in a few years, I look forward to seeing more amazing improvements! read more

Good things about this store is that there are plenty of merchandise displayed on the shelves and is always up to date with the newest models. However, the manager is rude and in order to interact with others at the store you must only talk about Warhammer and nothing else. Also, you have to play Killteam as well otherwise she tells you to leave the store. You also can't use the store copy of the codex. Why make a store copy of a codex if we're not even allowed to use it? OMG, unbelievable. read more

Walking into this shop as a person who knows absolutely nothing about Pokémon cards felt a little…read morelike walking into a foreign country... where everyone speaks fluent Pikachu and I only know how to say "uh... this one looks shiny" My 9 year-old son recently got into Pokémon cards, and when I realized this shop was right near our house, I stopped in to grab a few packs. They had blind packs where you could win a graded card, and I made the bold parenting move of promising my son we'd come back the next day to open it in store, which, in taking your kids anywhere means you're probably buying more stuff. When we came back, Mark (the owner) didn't just help... he fully embraced my son's excitement like it was the highlight of his day. He answered question after question, the kind of rapid-fire, deeply specific, extremely serious questions that only a 9-year-old Pokémon enthusiast can ask with genuine enthusiasm, patience, and kindness. He also took the time to show my son how to look up the value of the cards online. And let me be clear... there were a LOT of questions. Like... enough questions that I started learning things myself and now feel slightly more qualified to nod confidently when my son talks about grades and anything other than Pikachu. Even though the store was packed, Mark made every person feel like they were the only customer there. No rushing, no brushing anyone off , just pure enthusiasm, kindness, and a welcoming knowledge. It's rare to find a place that isn't just a store, but actually feels like a little community hub. My son walked out feeling excited, proud, and already asking when we can go back... which tells me everything I need to know. If you're looking for Pokémon cards, sports trading cards, or just a place where kindness still exists and kids are treated like VIPs, this is it. 10/10 would absolutely return... and next time I might even know what I'm buying...maybe...and even not I know I'll be returning and buying. something
