Korean Kimbap Rolls but make it with quinoa! First time trying this creation and the no rice concept and honestly did not miss the rice. The flavors combinations are all done so well and fresh! The accompanying sauces deliver quite a potent and spicy punch so you will not need that much in each dipping. Of the three flavors of Sweet Pork, Spicy Anchovy, and Kimchi Quinoa. I liked the Spicy Anchovy the best as it provided a strong crunch with the fish and had a spicy component as a standalone roll. Their packaging and bags all come with handwritten names and through the COVID-19 crisis, they offer contactless delivery drop off options. I tried four different flavors of the Kimbap, and was so curious how they would taste. There was the Spicy Anchovy, Thai Chicken, Sweet Pork and Oh Shiitake . Can you guess which one I liked? It was the "Oh Shitake". This is a healthy alternative and instead of rice being the base it's quinoa. It's filled with shiitake, spinach, bell peppers, pickled radish, chickpea, chia seed cilantro and nori. It's a great snack to bring on picnics, beach, car rides or eating at home. There are different sauces that are paired with the Kimbap and you can switch it to different flavors. The Kimbap is free of dairy, refined sugars, artificial additives and preservatives. I know the Chef/Owner is working on another recipe and I am looking forward to trying that out when it's ready. Go check it out if you love healthy food. read more

Healthy gimbap rolls with quinoa that holds up surprisingly well! How? Perhaps magic. Each bite packs a lot of veggies, pretty good! You feel great eating it since it's not just condensed white rice. I liked the Kimchi flavor and Thai Chicken (cool fusion!). And definitely grab a yummy sauce packet. It adds more flavor. They had a sample/sale at a pilate studio. These rolls will blow you away. I've decided to go vegetarian for a year now, and saying goodbye to sushi has been the toughest part. But Ganchic offers an elevated selection of vegetarian options that are both full of flavor and filling, satisfying my sushi craving and diet. The Kimchi Quinoa perfectly balances subtle heat and sweetness from the fried kimchi and sweet egg; the Mapo Tofu has a great crunch from the burdock root; lastly, the Oh Shiitake tricks my taste buds into thinking I'm cheating on my diet from the marinated shiitake mushrooms! I have ordered from here 3 times(found on Grubhub and left a review there too) and really enjoy how fresh and satisfying these rolls are. I feel like the owner took their time to explore textures and the sauces are my favorite. The Oh Shiitake is my boyfriends favorite (the chill maple is really good with this one) while I enjoy the Kimchi Quinoa ( with the Tangy Gochujang sauce) and my new favorite the Spicy Anchovy (the Tangy Gochujang or oddly enough the Spicy Peanut is good here). I really hope they make more vegetarian rolls as my boyfriend and I would love to try more from this business.
