Several of my reviews here deal with that response rather than an isolated incident, and that's where a company's true colors shine. It isn't when everything is running smoothly when that recognizable critic is present (and also my objection to having a clear photo as requested by Yelp), but when the unexpected happens to an otherwise anonymous customer. How the staff manages their response when a valid complaint is made make all the difference, and unfortunately it took taking my complaint public to get a response, but yes, they came through in the end and I'm happy to recommend them again.
