Me and my two roommates all ordered dinner online because the last time we called they were extremely rude. We each ordered a sandwich and then 1 order of fries to share. 1. they forgot the fries, 2. the club sandwich that was ordered with no tomato came with tomato 3. the turkey grinder was asked to be not toasted and it was toasted and it was missing the honey mustard on it 4. the italian grinder had onions and pickles on it when we asked for both to be removed. We called to talk to someone and no one picked it. like i'm sorry wtf this is so unacceptable i did not pay almost $50 for everything to be wrong and the delivery guy was rude af even tho I tipped!!!!! read more

I have lived in Narragansett, RI for 17+ years and I have always loved Kingston pizza the best of any of the nearby pizza places. Tonight I ordered 3 pizzas and BONELESS chicken wings. The 3 pizza's had virtually NO SAUCE and tasted like crappy frozen pizza. The wings had bones and were badly burnt! I've met the owner...Sam. My daughter's best friend even worked there and she's the one who told me to write this review (she was at my house and also ate the pizza and wings). 2 out of 5 is being generous. It saddens me to write this review, but it's my honest opinion. I hope that Sam will see this and address my concerns by seeing that the quality of the food is consistently made better. read more

This is by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We were told a 45 minute wait for order in and it ended up being a 2 hour wait. Most of the food was cold. We ordered a burger, meatball grinder, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and a small pizza. The burger was worse than Mc. Donald's, the meatballs were spongy, cold, and had no flavor the grinder didn't even have sauce and the bread was stale, the chicken tenders tasted like dog food, they forgot about the mozzarella sticks, and the pizza had no sauce and few toppings. The people working had no consideration and kept making excuses for it taking so long. The manager didn't have any respect for their costumers and wasn't willing to compromise. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you want a 2 hour wait for expensive dog food. If I could rate this lower I would, this is garbage. I will never eat here again. read more

Personally, this is the worst place I've ever been. Foods greasy, the cook is sloppy, the staff is unprofessional & a bit prejudice. I suggest Trio up the road, great service & you won't have to wait 45 minutes for one pizza. I promise I'm not just saying that.. literally after I got into the argument with the staff over our 45 minute wait we went to Trio. I've ordered from Kingston weekly for the past few months. Great service - they are polite and will call to check on an order placed online. Delivery is prompt. Multiple interactions with the staff have been positive. The food is great, love the curly fries. My husband is working his way through the specialty pizza menu. Working in the service industry is tough right now, thanks for working hard and providing great service in spite of it. read more

The calzone was spilled everywhere and the delivery guy wasn't nice at all. 40+ year old man delivered the calzone and knocked on my door twice demanding a tip, but the $8+ delivery service was paid for it to get delivered. Don't really see the big deal on getting a $2.00 tip on a $12 calzone and on top of that paying $8 for it to get delivered already. Almost $40 for ABSOLUTELY INEDIBLE "food"... 4 SMALL (and I mean 5 total bites, most of it "bread" -I think it could have been bread but was possibly microwaved so biting into it almost broke a crown off of a tooth) grinders; 2 Philly cheesesteaks, an eggplant parm and a meatball parm. The Philly cheesesteak grinders were better, but not by much, than the other 2. Meatballs obviously not made in house (and if they were I suggest they do NOT admit this!!!) because they had the spongy, poorly seasoned taste of supermarket frozen PLEATBALLS, but the crowning glory of beyond bad was the eggplant. I was incredibly hungry and would have eaten ALMOST anything but could NOT eat this "grinder". 2 SMALL rounds of microwaved-from-frozen eggplant with just a teaspoon of "sauce" (I think it might have been ketchup) and NO CHEESE (parm???) on the aforementioned nuked roll. I literally have NEVER been more disgusted with takeout. I encouraged my other party members to try the eggplant parm because they thought I was being overly critical; they then apologized and agreed with me and tried to share their disgusting food. After a morning of lifeguarding at Scarborough beach me and some co workers decided we would get a calzone and pizza but after waiting an hour we gave the place a callback. They said they already handed it to our manager which never happened so we continued asking every single worker on the beach where our food was we called Kingston pizza back only to get the response "we're going to have to talk to your boss and file a police report after telling them the pizza was not in sight so after getting fed up with the bullshit we gave the local police a call but as we do this a worker runs upstairs and says it looks like your pizza was delivered to Narraganset beach. We gave Kingston pizza a call again and they said we need to pick the pizza up and Bring it to the pizza place like what the fuck so I had managed to leave work and get the pizza only to find myself getting back an 2 hours later. I have never written a review But I believe it would be a sin not to warn you that you most likely will have a mistake happen not my first time dealing with this company. read more

You could not pay me to order from here again. Probably the worst experience I've ever had. We ordered a couple of pizzas, two grinders and a salad. They said it would be an hour for delivery (it's two miles away); it took more than two hours. MORE than two hours for 2 miles away!! We called and were told "a few more minutes" and when it still didn't arrive (we told them we had toddlers to feed and needed to know if we needed to make dinner if the food wouldn't arrive on time), we called again and the manager said vocally "I don't want to talk to her" while they put us on "hold" (just put the phone down and proceeded to argue within ear-shot), and then the manager proceeded to be absurdly rude about our order. Almost two and a half hours after we ordered, the food arrived. The grinder was truly inedible. It was disgusting. I am not a picky eater, but I literally couldn't eat it because it was so horrible and disgusting. The pizza was decent. read more
