First of all, they were actually opened on a Sat afternoon and said they would be open until 4:00. I loaded my Honda mower into my van and when I arrived, Karl offered to take the blade off immediately and sharpen it - no need to drop it off and come back a week later. He offered to replace the bolts (since they were old and worn) and checked my oil and topped it off. I was back on the road in 15 mins and the cost was lower than I expected to pay for that kind of service! It is so rare to get that kind of rapid, friendly reliable service anymore. I fell in love with the Samsung Bespoke 4-door refrigerator. After inspecting the refrigerator for damages I felt comfortable purchasing it. It had a couple of dings on each side which I was completely cool with because no one would see them. JT gave us a great deal on the refrigerator. JT advised us that they will call us on Tuesday to set up delivery for Wednesday. I guess the first inclination of a problem is when I didn't get a call on Tuesday. I called JT on Wednesday morning to see what time my delivery would arrive. He advises me that they are still working on a schedule and he will call me later. About mid-day still no call. I called JT yet again and asked what time my delivery would arrive as I had some running to do. He advised me to do what I had to the drivers would call me when they are on their way. Well, the call NEVER came! My husband called on Thursday to find out what was going on. He was advised that the driver hurt himself and was at the emergency room so they were trying to get help from other stores to assist them with the deliveries. We advised that our refrigerator would be delivered towards the end of the day. Nope...never happened!! Towards the end of Thursday, my husband was informed that the helpers quit and that we would not get our refrigerator till Friday morning. Friday morning came and went. The drivers got to my house around 4 pm to deliver my refrigerator. As they were taking measurements I asked if I could see my refrigerator. The delivery guys were very friendly and had no problem showing me the refrigerator. As I am looking at the refrigerator I notice more than a couple of dings on each side. I am now looking at long scrapes on the bottom, the refrigerator door dinged and damaged, draws scraping as they are being pulled out, and the back of the refrigerator is completely indented in two areas. I advised the guys I am not happy and do not want the refrigerator. I called the store and spoke with JT. JT was insistent that there was no damage. I asked to speak to the manager. Ernest gets on the and I start telling him about the damage. We didn't hit it off very well as he rebutted that the damage was already there. I know it wasn't. He wasn't even in the store when we bought the unit..and I took pictures of the whole refrigerator. Pictures were taken in the excitement of the option to change the panels. Needless to say, I was pissed that he had the gall to tell me I was lying about the damage. I told Ernest that I was sending back the unit to the store. He advised me that he had another unit however he couldn't have it delivered until Sunday. I told Ernest that my husband and I would come in on Saturday to see what our options are and wanted it delivered on Saturday. As I walk into the store Ernest was helping another customer...however he did acknowledge our presence and advised that JT would help us. So the original refrigerator I picked out and sent back was 29 cu ft sitting right in the front of the store. JT was trying to convince my husband and me that the 23 cu was the same size as the one we sent back. I refused the first option of the Bespoke he gave us. It was more dinged up and it was way smaller. I walked around the store for a few with anxious feelings. I need a refrigerator and needed it asap as I had family coming in from out of town. As my husband and I went back over to the refrigerator we sent back to take an inside measurement I pulled Ernest over to go over the new damage. As I showed him all the damages..he admitted that they were not there when we purchased the refrigerator. So now we are hunting to find a 29 cu ft refrigerator. We came across another Bespoke refrigerator with a tablet in the door. JT had shown it to us the first time we were in the store. We decided to take that refrigerator however it didn't have all the panels on it just the one with the tablet. Ernest agreed to put panels on the refrigerator so we agreed to take it. He did tell us that he only had 3 white panels and one blue. I was ok with that. He advised us that he can't have it delivered till Sunday. I told him that the trust is gone and I needed my refrigerator asap. Ernest promised that if he couldn't find anyone to deliver it to us he would deliver it himself by noon. So I took another chance. Ernest and one of his employees were at my front door by 11 am with my refrigerator. They delivered and installed it. I was so happy. I must say Ernest kept his word which is really important to us. We are repeat customers..and will continue to shop there since Ernest made a bad situation better.

I'm very disappointed in my experience with Harkey Tile and Stone…read more I went to them for my bathroom remodel, worked with Terri Wheeler on design and tile choices. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until she recommended a tile installer. When we were working on measurements, Terri stated that they don't sell tiles "by the tile" they come in square feet. Technically this is correct but when trying to figure out the square feet needed for each tile, Terri kept saying that they are not responsible for measurements and the installer is responsible. Well, Terri had the measurements and did the math but when it came down to doing the deal she wanted to release her liability and I ended up ordering more tile than I probably should. Because the installer broke my tiles I had to reorder and guess what- The person at Harkey taking the order never asked how many square feet I needed. My 24 x 48 tiles came in a box of 2 and my 12x24 floor tile came in a box of 6 tiles. Getting Terri to call me back was a process, there was ALWAYS an excuse and on one call she even divulged personal information about someone at Harkey that was none of my business. I'm not sure if she felt this would soften my bad experience but it only made me question her even more. After having a very challenging and bad experience with the installer that Harkey recommended, I reached out Drew Messenger, manager, to try and get my problem resolved. At this point I was already 2.5 months into a very small and simple bathroom remodel. Drew said he would assist in getting it resolved. Well, he did to a certain point. After back-and-forth with Harkey and the tile installer I ended up having to threaten litigation to the tile installer to get my bathroom completed. I was left with a USED vanity that was improperly installed, etched marble floor, grout haze on tiles, damaged drain cover and personal items that were used and or taken from my home. During this whole process, I was also getting a quote from Harkey on installing my kitchen countertops. Terri forwarded me an email with my updated quote that was $665 over my original quote with a note in the email from Drew to "increase each at $200 each". When I asked Drew why he emailed Terri with the increase his response was "Since you retained a lawyer for your issues regarding your tile installation and threatened to use them leads us to believe you'll be happier with a different fabricator and to consider my quote null and void." Drew is right! After my experience with Terri Wheeler and Drew Messenger at Harkey Tile and Stone, I do not want to work with them on any other project and I would advise you to consider what I wrote. Definitely do not rely on them for install recommendations! Know your measurements and don't let them tell you that they don't know how many tiles come in an order because they do. The tile I purchased was "their most popular tile" so to say you don't know how many tiles come in a box is an outright lie. In addition to the lack of customer service, their prices are higher than others that I have found in the area--SAME product and better customer service.
