The tasting options allowed you to either choose a flight or pay $1.50 per tasting, and we opted for the latter. While their selection of dry reds was limited, the Adonia Berry caught my attention. A medium dry wine, it tasted like biting into a peanut butter and jelly sandwich--absolutely delicious. We couldn't resist walking away with two bottles of the Retriever Red Apple Blend. With our daughter @morganmmiller being a golden retriever lover, we knew she'd appreciate the bottle just as much as we did. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at this winery. The decor is so interesting and tasteful, perfect for the area. The kitchen was equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove/oven and all the other items you could need. We had two children with us, so it was great to have a fully stocked kitchen. Bonus - they have a winery on the property, Rocky Point Winery. It was so fun and convenient to be able to go downstairs and order a glass of wine (beer/mixed drink), enjoy a tasty snack and sit at the lovely patio and garden areas. It has a nice selection of gifts to purchase at the winery as well. As I mentioned, the owner and staff were so accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend the Red Fern Inn for your next stay up at the "islands".

Another thing, when we were setting up we asked to fill up our water pitcher and the staff working told us no, we couldn't use their tap water.. so someone had to go panic buy jugs of water at the store right before the party started. Would NOT recommending renting this room in the summer time unless you want to have an event in a room that feels like a sauna.
