ZERO stars . I shopped on cyber Monday :( I'm missing 4 items out of 11 . Having trouble . They state it was shipped and only have pictures of packages. But I only recieved 7 items. I'm so upset . Those where Xmas presents. Now I'm waiting for costumer service because they say it's too late to claim . BS . I ordered on Dec 2 . Customer service is horrible ! The worker didn't even let me shop, when I tried to grab my size she took everything out of my hand and told me the fitting room was closed. They literally only had some of the lights on and the rest off. They were trying to close but it wasn't time to close yet. read more

Only giving five stars for the worker that attended me at garage, Fatima was super helpful at the fitting room. She offered to get different sizes as soon as I entered. And she actually ended up looking for my other sizes at the store and got them for me while attending other customers as well. Her service didn't end there as I was done shopping she came to the register helped me find my offers on the app and finished checking me out. All while being super friendly and polite, really never had an experience like this at garage as to why I'm leaving a review. CHEAP AND OVERPRICED. They accused me of messing up a shirt that I had worn once, I bought it 5 days ago, went to return it, they called me a liar saying I bought it like that. The ladies in there were talking about me on their little earpiece like I couldn't hear them. The manager was very unprofessional. She said I bought the shirt like that. I told her "no I wouldn't have spent $30 on it if it looked like this when I bought it" she said "you did buy it like that" in my opinion it's very unprofessional to try to blatantly call your customer a liar. I did not spend $30 on a shirt just to have it break on me the one time I wore it. It was supposed to be my birthday outfit and when i realized what bad quality it was on my birthday I was very upset! Very rude and horrible customer service. Don't spend your money here!!!!! I bought the shirt on 12/15/21 and went to return it 12/20/21 (I had work so couldn't go in between) they say they have a 30 day return policy but mention nothing of Unworn unwashed items. 5 stars for the wonderful employees who go above and beyond to help their guests (shout out to Melissa, Kimmi, and Pau@) but 1/2 for management, rude, always in your face, makes shopping extremely uncomfortable. Came into this store for the first time today, while browsing around the mall and I have to say I was pretty impressed! The employees here were seriously so sweet and helped me out so much. The staff here make shopping real uncomfortable- my daughter was shopping around and was holding a hair tie in her hand while doing so, and the lady kept following her around and then asked if she was ready to pay for that item?! My daughter felt some kind of way and just said" mom let's just go" Another time we were waiting for a fitting room and no one was around, the curtains for the fitting rooms were all open so I suggested to my daughter to just go in. The staff made a huge deal and gave us a lecture about how we need to wait to be assisted. I will not be coming back here ever- spend your money elsewhere. read more

The clothes are wayyyy overpriced. I recommend going to a forever 21 and getting those same clothes $20-$30 less. Also there was a sales associate that worked there and gave me and my mom bad looks when we walked in as if she's saying to us "what is that garbage your wearing" yea that type of look. read more

So let me write the first review for this store. First off, i don't usually shop at stores like this but a co worker recommended their leggings that were not see through and being able to get them in your actual size. Which brought me into their store for a second time that same week to purchase my daughter a couple of pairs as well. After getting home, I realized the tag on the leggings say "long" I call the store and the employee ensures me "they do not carry short/long length (they are all average) and tells me, well if they're too long then go get them hemmed. Well, why would I spend more money to get them hemmed? No, I'm not going to do that. So I drive back 27 miles(to show them the tags bc they insist this isn't correct) only for them to realize they were the same length as all their other pants and it was just mis tagged. Being very apologetic, the employee and manager offer to get my name and number bc I already have came into the store several times also looking for some shorts. Upon receiving them they give me a call to tell me they came in and will be put on hold for me for be inconvenient. I called the store bk the next day before I get their and talk to another manager and she tries to give me this BIG lecture about their store policy, I listen to her 5 min rant about things being put on hold and how she needed the same size I did etc. so I told her I might not make it on time to get the shorts and she starts going off on me so I hang up on her. Followed by 40 min later I walk into the store to get my items that were on hold. The employee that's ringing me up has this shi**y attitude! You could tell she knew I hung up on the manager. She then proceeded to tell me how they only have LARGE bags as if I cared and if I didn't like it to CALL THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE and complain like they do! So why would I go do that? I could care less! So being that she was being a Smart A**, I reply with...why would I call corporate to tell them you only have large bags? She was so upset and so was the heavy set Caucasian manager that I hung up on shaking her head. She then used Profanity while addressing the situation so my daughter tells her don't talk to my mom like that! The manager this whole time allows the employee (Esmeralda "Ezme") to speak with such vulgar language. And Instead of making her shut up They both start to act ignorant. The employee and my daughter end up getting into a physical altercation, bc the employee, yet alone the manager by then forcefully pushed me against my chest with her forearm (mind you I have my 17 month old in my arms) saying she was going to call security after she let her employee hit my minor! I waited there and said go ahead. Of course they didn't! She knew they were in the wrong! The cameras do not lie. It will speak for itself! I forgot my keys in the store so I turn back to get them and the manager thought she was going to stop me from getting them so she pushed me at the entrance and I pushed her out the way to get my keys! YES I did call their corporate office to let them know they better have their district manager give me a call ASAP or else I will be taking legal action!!!!! read more

Went into the store 5 minutes before closing. I already knew what i wanted to get, just wanted to quickly see what else this store had to offer because i didn't see earlier. Before i was abt to pick my item and go, I saw the manager ( black woman with short hair) begin to lock the doors, i went to tell her that i was in the store still and rudely responded that she already knew (twice), went back to get my sweater and was having trouble finding my size and the woman yet again, rudely said they were closed and i needed to hurry up. It was only 2 minutes past closing. I bought my sweater and left and regretted giving them my money. Mia however, the only sales associate there, was kind and patient with me. read more
