    Fruit stand

Really cute little farmer stand in Redlands. They have an honor system setup for the produce and sell different varieties of citrus and avocado.

What an adorable little farm stand on the way to Oak Glen! Bring your $1's, $5's and spare change. It's an honor system (put your $$ in the can in the back wall) & large bags of fruit are $2 to $5. We got a bunch of lemons, tangerines & grapefruit with the spare change in our car. To the owners of this farm stand.....can you add a Venmo option? That way we aren't limited to buying with what change we have laying around. AND! So we can leave tip :)

The most attractive little brown and aqua shed sits on the corner of E. San Bernardino Ave and Judson St. It's rustic charm and simplicity is so magnetic, you will have to make a U-turn just to see what it is all about. Huge groves of citrus trees and farm land surrounds it, something for which Redlands somehow still manages to be famous, in spite of encroaching civilization. The day we discovered Garcia Ranch, we were actually headed for another fruit and vegetable stand called Soffel Farms. It was just down the street and for that reason we nearly mistook this for the other one if it weren't for the large sign out front. (Turns out, Soffel was quite cute, too, but closed for the season.) Inside the Garcia Ranch shed are small bins of loose and bagged, local fruit. This time of year you will find sweet Valencia oranges, pink and white grapefruit, watermelon, and perhaps avocados for sale at a fraction of the price you would pay in the grocery store. The fruit was not beautiful to look at, but from experience I knew those were usually the ones that were juicy and tasted wonderful. Sure enough, I was right. Sweet. FYI - There was no one manning the shed when we stopped. It looks like they run on an honor system. Drop your money in a huge antique can attached to the back wall, grab your fruit, and be on your way again.

Cute self service citrus stand in Redland

Go slow when passing by so you don't blink and miss this little gem. It has a tiny little drive thru to park to pick up your goodies. Or park in the street where it's is safe. Be sure to bring exact cash for this is a self serve and a honor booth. Pick items like navel oranges, grapefruits, lemons, onions and Avocado. They basically stay open till sunset but look for the flags. The oranges are pretty sweet right now.

Limited offerings and no sales help, it's cash only and the honor system. Would be nice to have an employee to answer questions.

Here's what we ordered: Gyro - no tomatoes ** meat was delicious, everything about the gyro was a hit and I've had my share to know what's good Chicken Shawarma sandwich - with everything ** my third daughter ordered this and really enjoyed it Egyptian Pizza - there's only like 3 choices, the guy there recommended the meat, veggies, and cheese. ** I'm not a fan of anything soggy foods because I'm that person that won't eat it right away. The pizza is a little bigger than a personal sized pizza you would get from Pizza hut, but in the form of a calzone cut in 4. It's a little on the greasy end, my first and fourth daughter said it was just okay. Turkey Sandwich - w/no lettuce or tomatoes ** Again, I don't like soggy foods, so ordering this sandwich was a treat for lunch the next day. Sandwich is good, cheese is too thick for me, I tried reheating it during lunch, but the cheese refused to melt...so there's that! Baklava - Ordered a lot because who doesn't like baklava? I will however, suggest that you get the baklava tray in the actual market, it comes with a variety of flavors and it's only $11.99 (wish I had gotten a pic, but here we are)! Overall, I would recommend this spot to others curious about Egyptian food, it's similar to Mediterranean and worth the try. We would most likely return for the Gyro and Chicken Shawarma sandwiches. Oh and we also checked out the juice bar, the drinks were good too!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience and I can't say enough good things about this place…read more We placed a large order to help feed our church after service, and from start to finish everything exceeded expectations. My wife initially connected with Anna, who was phenomenal. I later met with her in person to place the deposit, and she was incredibly warm, accommodating, and welcoming. She even took the time to offer us a few samples of their prepared foods, which was such a thoughtful touch. Before leaving, I decided to grab about 2 pounds of pork pastor for dinner, and asked if they could cook it for me. I was genuinely shocked in the best way at how affordable it was. The price for the meat plus the cooking fee came out to less than $10. When I got home and tried it, all I can say is wow. The pork was incredibly flavorful, tender, and absolutely delicious. The next day when I returned to pick up our large order, everything was ready right on time. The team went above and beyond by helping load everything into my car and even placing napkins underneath the trays to prevent any spills. That level of care really stood out. At church, everyone kept talking about how great the food was. The chicken and steak were both big hits, the beans were very good, and I was honestly surprised at how fresh and flavorful the guacamole was. All in all, this was a top-tier experience. I highly recommend this place for both your meat needs and catering. Special thanks to Anna and her daughter for taking such great care of us. We will definitely be coming back!

No complaints though, because the food is so good. The carne asada burrito is officially our favorite, and I'm definitely trying the menudo next time. It's such a cute little neighborhood market with super friendly staff. They sell fresh food, drinks, homemade gelatin, and you can even buy fresh meat from the counter and have them cook it up for you. We'll definitely be making this our monthly post-volunteering tradition though hopefully they have horchata in stock next time!

I learned so much about swirls, different techniques, and methods for creating beautiful handcrafted soaps. What keeps bringing me back isn't just the wonderful atmosphere, but the staff as well. I especially appreciate that they teach you the right way--no shortcuts, with safety always coming first. They provide everything you need, guide you through the entire process, and by the end of class you walk away with your very own full loaf of handmade soap, ready to be cut into individual bars once it's cured.
