My wife initially connected with Anna, who was phenomenal. I later met with her in person to place the deposit, and she was incredibly warm, accommodating, and welcoming. She even took the time to offer us a few samples of their prepared foods, which was such a thoughtful touch. Before leaving, I decided to grab about 2 pounds of pork pastor for dinner, and asked if they could cook it for me. I was genuinely shocked in the best way at how affordable it was. The price for the meat plus the cooking fee came out to less than $10. When I got home and tried it, all I can say is wow. The pork was incredibly flavorful, tender, and absolutely delicious. The next day when I returned to pick up our large order, everything was ready right on time. The team went above and beyond by helping load everything into my car and even placing napkins underneath the trays to prevent any spills. That level of care really stood out. At church, everyone kept talking about how great the food was. The chicken and steak were both big hits, the beans were very good, and I was honestly surprised at how fresh and flavorful the guacamole was. All in all, this was a top-tier experience. I learned so much about swirls, different techniques, and methods for creating beautiful handcrafted soaps. What keeps bringing me back isn't just the wonderful atmosphere, but the staff as well. Everyone is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about teaching their craft. I especially appreciate that they teach you the right way--no shortcuts, with safety always coming first. They provide everything you need, guide you through the entire process, and by the end of class you walk away with your very own full loaf of handmade soap, ready to be cut into individual bars once it's cured.
