I did…read moresee a big variety of beautiful French pastries and bread, and everything was amazing and delicious. The owner Mr Olivier is really an artisan French baker, very professional and friendly, and I was able to practice my French with him. The service by his daughter Ella was great, she was quick to offer her service with a beautiful smile. The ambiance is very nice and homey. Maison La Jolie will be from now on my destination for buying bread and pastries!

To my surprise, I ended up trying a new drink that left quite the impression. On the barista's recommendation, I tried a roasted matcha drink called hojicha. The flavor was Salted Honeybee off their spring specialty drink menu and it tasted both delightful and unique. It had a slightly nutty, cocoa-like flavor that wasn't as earthy as regular matcha or as bold as coffee. The cold foam was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the drink. Definitely a great spot if you're looking to try something a little different than your usual coffee order!

While her bf usually doesn't like lavender, he said the French toast was sweet enough that the lavender wasn't overpowering or too strong. I tried the Tuscan sammie, it was sooo good! Very light and juicy at the same time Fair warning, they don't bring the drinks to you, and we hadn't heard ours being called so they sat at the counter for a while oops! My friend and I were surprised because they put cinnamon on top of her hot cocoa and my iced mocha (I generally don't like cinnamon, so I wish I knew this beforehand to ask not to include it). Either ways, the drinks were rich and flavorful! They also made pretty latte art in the shape of a heart on my friend's bf's latte Our server was hilarious! He brought out plates and I was so excited thinking it was ours so I said "oh!" and he gently corrected me saying it was for the next table over. I was a little embarrassed so I stayed quiet when he brought our food, and he joked "you're not gonna say it this time?" BAHAH had our whole table laughing They accidentally gave us a grilled cheese instead of the Tuscan sandwich I had ordered, and fixed it for us before we even noticed. Strangely though, they took back the grilled cheese? We hadn't touched it, but it feels like a waste if they just tossed it, and I sure hope they didn't end up giving it to whoever had originally ordered it since it sat at our table for a few minutes...

They have yummy kombuchas, lattes, fun sodies, and juice. Also have alcoholic beverages if that's your jam. The burritos on the weekends are awesome and the price is great. Overall, there's so many choices here and it's a fun place to go. There's inside and outside seating and it's just a fun place to come. Can't wait to continue to try more and more here.

Truly baffling…read more This place is tucked into a quiet South Redlands neighborhood, surrounded by old Victorian homes and lush lawns, and it feels like a tiny European corner café just... existing quietly and beautifully. Inside is all reclaimed wood and cozy tables, people working on laptops, the coolest Redlands City Limits sign, kids flipping through board games and books in the corner, soft chatter, good energy. Pro tip: get in line as soon as you get there because it fills up fast and the line can absolutely go out the door. I had the chai latte (so good), a cheese danish (dangerous), and an Everlasting Ferments kombucha...the Habanero Ginger is a sleeper hit. You can also snag breakfast burritos if you're lucky (they sell out), or freshly made stuffed waffles from a vendor outside, which somehow makes the whole experience feel extra charming. There are cute little café tables all around and a tucked-away, walled patio in the back that's perfect for bigger groups. Already planning future coffee dates. Late to the party, but fully committed now!

Small strip mall with parking in front…read more I read a recent review that said these donuts are vegan. I haven't found any vegan donuts in the area so I went and got a variety of donuts. They had the classic finds but I did get one with fruity pebbles on it (not of the classic variety).. Not sure if there's more outside of the classic variety but that's what they had at the time. This is my donuts spot now. I don't know of any other vegan donuts so I'm grateful for you, Jenny's Donuts.

I like that pretty much all of their donuts are vegan with the exception of a few. You can call ahead to reserve croissants in advance if you have a larger order. They're really nice and helpful about it. Be warned: the jalapeño/ham/turkey/cheese croissants are spicy!!
