I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. Just brought my Trek in the be tuned up. Hadn't been to the…read moreshop in a while. Danny's Cycles now owns/runs it. Had a great exchange with Garth there who helped me out. They adjusted and lubricated my drivetrain. Repaired and adjusted my Deore brakes. The bike is riding perfectly now! (Like a hot, quiet knife through butter.) Excellent work. I was also delighted to see that Danny's carries a more desirable mix of bike brands than the owner before. (Trek, Specialized etc.) This, combined with the fact that they have the sister facility over on Secor Lane behind BJ's makes this shop infinitely more appealing. The Secor Lane shop has a big outdoor area for test riding, unlike the Wolfs Lane storefront. So the options are there. All good! A great plus for Pelham and Pelham Manor! Check them out!

Rude? Yes. When I shopped for bikes for my kids, I bypassed the place and bought mine in Ft Lee! After 20+ years of patronage, I am never to step in there again because the owner condescends on his customers! Not everyone who rides a road bike rides 10,000 miles, but a local shop owner should not make them feel inferior when they have supported them for so many years.

I am extremely disappointed with how the OG Anunoby event at Dick's Sporting Goods Ridge Hill was…read morehandled today. Many of us waited in line for over 5 hours after being told that those waiting outside would be given an opportunity to enter. Instead, people who were not in line were allowed in, cut ahead of loyal fans, and were able to take photos with OG while many of us who had waited all day were left out. The lack of organization, crowd control, and a fair system was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the event was cut short, leaving many disappointed fans--especially children who had spent hours waiting--without the chance to meet him. Fans invested their time and trusted the process. Today, that trust was not rewarded. Dick's Sporting Goods could and should have done a much better job planning and managing this event.
