Unfortunately, after waiting in line and making it to the register, I was told the Short Rib Scramble was a seasonal item and no longer available. I won't lie, I was pretty disappointed. Thankfully, the cashier quickly stepped in with a recommendation and suggested the Steak Breakfast Burrito. It ended up being a great call. The burrito was packed with juicy steak, bell peppers, and had the perfect crispy exterior that gave it a great texture without being overdone. Every bite was balanced and flavorful. While I came for one dish and left with another, the friendly service, helpful staff, and delicious food made the experience worth it. I'll definitely be back, and maybe one day I'll finally get to try that famous Short Rib Scramble.
