I came in yesterday for a pedicure and I am disappointed. My friend and I both agreed parts of the…read moreservice were painful, and I even left with a pretty bad scratch on my heel. I called later in the day to let them know about this, as the raw skin began to start to feel like it may get infected. My call was answered by a nice lady, but she then handed the phone to the lady who did my pedicure. I wasn't even able to explain what had happened before she immediately started arguing with me about how there is no way she could have hurt me because the alcohol would have hurt it? She didn't put any alcohol on my heel. She put it on my toes before she did the nail polish. The fact that this woman did not even care to hear what I had to say and immediately started aggressively denying anything happening at all is incredibly frustrating and, if anything, just proves that she knows she messed up. At the end of our phone call, I let her know that I was trying to call so that the business had an opportunity to fix this accident, but that since she was not working with me in the slightest, I would be leaving had bad review online. She told me to go ahead and do it, so here ya go!!!!!

I liked the short pinkish color I settled on. There want many options but I am very satisfied with this color. I purchased short press ons that included the entire kit. I followed the directions. I installed right before bed (so that my nails could set without any use after install). At least three didn't even hold up for a full 24 hours. The application process was a bit difficult compared to other press ons (like Kiss).

Phoebe is phenomenal and really cares about her craft! I'm so disappointed to say that today I've experienced the worst pedicure of my life. I had a 4:00pm appointment that I booked online. The technician that I had was very young, kept calling me "bro", and was literally playing a video game on his phone while he was giving me a pedicure! I had yellow polish on my toes from the last pedicure I had here. The technician was scrubbing them with a tool and I told him that it was regular polish, not shellac. He said I know, and kept going over them with this metal tool, which was a little painful. Then he cut my toenails with the polish still on, removed the polish, and barely filed my toenails. He tried scrubbing my feet awkwardly, which was very ticklish so he just stopped. Then he took some water out of the foot bath and put it all over my legs and rubbed them down with a scrub and then removed it. I received no lotion, and then he placed hot towels on each of my feet. The technician said that something bit him and went into the back room for a while. When he returned he was playing the game on his phone. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. There were no other customers or employees working when I received my pedicure which was strange because they are usually busy and it was only 4:00. When the nail tech painted my toenails it was very rushed, he barely let the base coat dry and he began applying the polish. I've included pictures so you can see the terrible paint job, my dry feet and yellow nail polish still visible from my last appointment. I also have a rash from the aggressive scrubbing. I let the polish dry under one of the dryers but it was hard to see the details due to dim lighting. When I got out to my car in the sun I was very disappointed. My feet were much better off BEFORE this pedicure.

In this economy I do not like to escalate specific people and the woman who did my nails was really a sweet lady and I wish her the best! But I do have some advice to management: - please stop saying YES to everything even if your staff has no idea how to do it. Including cat eye or ombre nails. It has felt very much like they were just doing trial and error during the appointment which usually resulted in me saying nevermind. For my last appointment which was supposed to be cat eye, it looks like I just have sparkly nails because it was not done properly. Please delegate the more intricate work to someone who knows how to do it. -improper removal of gel and damage to nails- my gel was removed improperly and my nails have been filed down to paper thin. When I was just washing dishes my thumb nail was so flimsy I could barely focus on what I was doing. I'm sure they will tear or I will have to just cut them down soon. Please make sure your staff is aware of how to properly and safely remove gel polish as to not damage nails.

My friend and I came in without reservations (I would assume they take them, but I honestly don't know), and were attended to straight away. Foot baths pronto!! The two technicians who pampered us were friendly, efficient, skilled, and provided a+ service. By efficient I mean they got down to business, but were not rushed, even though it was around closing time. It's expected to get a little massage loving on the feet and lower legs during a pedicure, but the sweet lower arm and hand massage after the gel manicure took me by surprise. Well done ladies, well done! The polish looks wonderful. I would go back here for sure. The service was perfect, prices pretty good based on my limited experience, and the end result excellent. Their lotions and polishes arent even close to naturally based, but honestly... at what salon would one find that? And at what cost? I am perfectly content with their products for my now-and-then pampering sessions thank you very much! I usually have a dip manicure and Linda does such a wonderful job! I have broken a nail, or two, before (my fault!) and she always is always happy to fix my nail.
