My experience at this establishment today at the 3:25pm seating was absolutely the worst brunch I've visited. First I would like to say the service and the DJ was good in spite of everything else. Brunch started with a couple of strawberries, a handful of grapes, and 2 very thin slices of watermelon along with about 6 teeny muffins. This was to serve a table of 4. Next was very salty kale salad and soupy vegetarian pasta which had about 4 cubes of vegetables in it. Then some tasteless seafood salad. Some steamed shrimp with no cocktail sauce or anything available. Asked for coffee- none; Asked for juice -none. Next came a little container with grits and another with what appeared to be collard greens. A tray with some mushy, unseasoned deviled eggs, fish, burnt sausage pieces, and greasy chicken wingettes. Finally, watered down iced tea was brought to the table. For $60.00 this was a rip off. This should be a location giving out free food and asking for donations for the meals. This was absolutely tragic. Don't waste your time dining at this place. read more

Let me first say that I gave them 3 stars for overall rating. Service 4/5 Atmosphere 4/5 Food 3/5. I came here as a party of 5. We were greeted warmly and invited inside to enjoy our 2 hour experience at the Garden Parc. After being seated we were greeted by our waiter who started to pour our mimosa's which were good but were more like mocktails. If you are a drinker, don't expect any kind of buzz from these.. order another drink. We were then given fruit for the table which was 2 slices of watermelon, pineapple, two strawberries and about 6 grapes. I looked for them to bring more fruit but that didn't happen. Keep in mind this is unlimited food. The waiter was really nice and the manager kept making sure we were okay which was a plus. As everyone else pointed out, the food came to the table but it was just enough for everyone to "taste". It wasn't the best brunch food. Although you could ask for more, it was anything I wanted more of becIseit wasn't the best food. It's not horrible but probably should have a menu posted as people are reserving so they can decide if it's "worth it". There was a tray with salmon, deviled eggs, fried chicken, cocktail shrimp, sautéed veggies, hash brown potatoes, bacon and sausage. Then there were containers of grits, greens and cabbage. One French toast per person brought to the table and our syrup was poured for us. It wasn't worth the money we spent for brunch. So I am going to say this..if you are looking for some good music and an atmosphere.. Go here! It's a nice place. Amazing Southern Hospitality! The parking isn't the best for heels but it's not a big issue overall. The customer service all around was the best but the food could be better. Maybe make it more brunch food?? Took my fiancée here like 2 Sunday's ago and she loved it! I loved it as well. The food was amazing and the food menu they had was great. They have a live band playing and it was a whole vibe. The service was great. I recommend you to get there early to get parking because the parking lot is kinda small. The food was fabulous but the service was not. My group of 13 were seated first in the back. Since we were in the back I guess we were forgotten. I had to go to the Manager twice that my party was not served the main dishes. We received the fruit, shrimp and kale salad. After I noticed everyone was served the main dishes and on their second round I went to the Manager. All he could say it's coming. I was celebrating a friend's birthday. I was very disappointed with the service. I will not be returning and it was my group first visit but it was my second visit. I came here for my birthday 10/03 and had a party of 10. I liked the easiness of booking online and prepaying for it. They do not seat early but the plus is once they do seat you , by party size, your whole party doesn't have to be there for it. I enjoyed the bottomless mimosas and they kept them coming and topping us off. The food was really good as well. Although not enough of vegan options for one out the group. They do keep the food coming to you and you can ask for what you want more of. The live band played during the 11 am seating to my surprise and was super interactive with the crowd. This place exceeded my expectations. The food, the service and the atmosphere. I went for Sunday brunch with friends. For their brunch it a flat fee you pay in advance that includes a large selection of food and an hour of bottomless mimosas. On their site is a list of the menu, all of those items are served to in small portions but don't worry it still alot of food coming out to you. You will be full by the main course. The staff kept the mimosas coming for the full hour. It's a 2 hour brunch experience with a live band playing, and sometimes surprise performances. I will be returning for the Saturday brunch experience as it slightly different with a 3 hour experience. Don't just take my word for it try it for yourself! read more

Food was served by waiters and in two hours we had 2 pieces of French toast, no shrimp n grits, 8 pieces of fried catfish nuggets, 1 piece of salmon, 2 small pieces of chicken sausage sliced in half; started serving with pasta and crab salad, bottomless mimosas were the highlight! As I am sitting here trying to enjoy the meal, it has become very impossible. The food is 3.5/10 & the Service is very poor. I know the workers are only doing what they are told but there needs to be more organization here or some form of structure put into place so the workers can follow suite and maintain the restaurants flow. food isn't seasoned and they aren't giving everywhere the same items some people get certain things and they forget about the other sides of the room. It' Seems like a trial period where they are testing us like lab rats to see what method works but I think they need to offer training and hire more workers to fit the needs of the space. Overall I would not return until they get New chefs who can season food, train staff to be more efficient And ATTENTIVE to its guests . i hope you all take this advice and make positive changes to better your establishment. read more

Super cute brunch spot! They are only open on Sunday. During the rest of the week they are an event space. If you judge the place by the neighborhood it's in you'll totally be missing out. It is located on the side of Cascade near where the Westside beltline is. This area is starting to boom and I'm proud to support a business near where I grew up. There is a parking lot reserved for the restaurant which offers valet at $7. If you ask me, for the location I think this is a bit much especially given the lack of professionalism by the valet staff. No exceptional service for the price. Once inside the restaurant you will get beautiful bright modern ambience and garden vibes. On Sunday at brunch there is a live jazz band Playing all the songs you know. It's loud but not offensively loud, however it is difficult to have a conversation here. It's more a vibe for hanging out with friends and dancing a little bit. I can totally see me having my birthday brunch or a special event here. The Sunday brunch offerings are available via a $30 buffet with 18% gratuity included. The buffet included braised kale, scrambled eggs, grits, turkey wings, fried chicken wings, barbecue chicken wings, turkey sausage, bacon, shrimp, lump crab, fried catfish, sweet potato cornbread. You can also order à la cart items such as French toast, waffles, shrimp & grits, lobster bisque and it's all included in the price. All of the food was amazing especially the kale, wings, and shrimp & grits. The mimosas are $5 each and a bottle of champagne with 2 juice mixers is $25. I got the frozé a beverage which I thought was so tasty yet strong that I would like to make it at home. There were some kinks to work out here as it is a new restaurant. There were times when they had run out of knives and forks for the table and stands for the champagne/mimosas. I also would have liked for my water to be refilled more promptly than it was. The wait staff here was very friendly and they were always smiling and willing to help. I think this place will be around and become a brunch staple. My girls and I visit garden park on 3/27, there was a line outside when we arrived for our 100 reservation. There was no order to the seating we stood there for about 5 min trying to figure what to do. A lady finally came outside and we told her our name and we was seated. About 2-3 min after we was seated we had to move to another table, which was fine. Everything took a long time. We only got one refill on our mimosas and the only hot food we got was the French toast. Everything else was cold. The fish was cold and salty, the shrimp were good and fresh(served chilled). We had to ask several times if we would get the other items other tables received but we did not. We also was not able to get any refills because we barley saw our servers. The food was not worth the price and although unlimited u got to catch someone to be able to get a refill. It seemed a bit disorganized. We didn't receive nowhere close to $55 with of food per person. Won't be going back this was an expensive lesson learned. We left hungry and disappointed. read more

I went for the Sunday brunch. I will admit that I don't like spending allot on food unless I can see the value in it. The $30 wasn't too bad, but for what we received I think it was a bit much. The food was very slow to be refilled. By the time you fixed your plate from the buffet and sat down they brought other items out that I wish were already stocked. Then at one point they ran out of plates and some were eating out of bowls. I will try it one more time. The ladies that were sitting next to us said the food was cold and this experience was completely different than last time. Let me start by saying first off the decor is absolutely to die for!! It's so uniquely gorgeous and whimsical! The service was awesome and the concept was genius. Especially in times of what our new normal is, the table side service and contactless pay was very innovative. The food was great!! Being able to have unlimited options but in little portions was a great way to try everything without the initial commitment.
