We had a good time here. The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Service was good and quick . The ambiance was great also. The one thing I didn't like was the hooka smoke . I thought it was to be after 9pm but yet it was 3pm on a Sunday and we saw a hostess and customer doing that. This place is more suited for young people and it is pricey. Then if the ticket is over 100 the automatically charge a 20 percent service fee. They do not take Apple Pay or tap, only debit or card. Then i was asked to see my ID to verify the card was mine. The parking is very tight. Great experience but we probably won't go back.

In Atlanta visiting family! I always hear happy hour is a must when in the ATL! With that said, we landed at Sea Salt Restaurant and Lounge. Their happy hour is from noon - 7 pm. It's the longest I've ever heard of! It's located in a strip mall next to other restaurants. With it being almost 5pm on a Friday night I understood why parking close was difficult. When you're excited to try something new it doesn't matter how far away you have to park or how cold it is outside. I don't always check reviews when trying new things. Case in point with this location. Walking in you're introduced to a real nice vibe. Music selection is nice, it's not too loud, service was immediate, and the decor matched the vibe. Our orders were taken and brought out in a decent amount of time. Every thing was good. An order of calamari was returned because it was over cooked. No problem! Our server understood and it was removed from the bill. Everyone was full, enjoyed their meal, loved watching people being celebrated with flashing lights, had a nice time and would go back again; maybe. There were three in our party. Two of us, myself being one of the two, would go back if we could dine outside. Apparently, as explained to me, hookah is all the rave in Atlanta. Two of us do not smoke (anything). The restaurant wood be great if it had vents to extract the smoke in the air. For those that have sensitive lungs, don't like the smell of smoke and/or don't want to leave with smoke in your hair or clothes, this place may not be for you. Towards the end our server got distracted and stopped checking on us. We had to ask for things (water, drinks, our bill) repeatedly. I was told service sometimes tends to decline because of the automatic 20% gratuity attached to the bill. That may or may not be true. I don't know. Overall, go and try it. The food was good. The environment was nice and if you get there early enough you may find a parking space close by!

First to start with the fact that there was a parking lot for Sea Salt. It was actually very inexpensive about four dollars for four hours. This is great because I didn't have to look for street parking. The music was amazing. You could hear it playing from the parking lot and that scared me a bit because it seemed like it would be too loud. However, when we got inside the music was just the right volume. It was unique, and the fact that it was not rap music. It was old-school R&B and every song made you want to get up and dance whoever the DJ was to DJ any party I go to. Now let's get to the food. I had a virgin Mojito, which was delicious by the way I then ordered the lamb chop meal My lamb chops came out Luke cold, and the potatoes were just cold. I had to send my ass back because they didn't have cheese and when I got the new eggs, there was so much butter I couldn't enjoy it. The biscuit was good at the top, but the bottom was too dry. My friend ordered the seafood omelette. It needed seasoning and you could taste that the crab meat was imitation crab. overall I would not go back for the food but I would definitely go back for the vibe.

I loved my visit to Sea Salt while in Atlanta! I almost wanted to chew my fingers off while eating the Shrimp Toast because it was covered in a JERK PESTO SAUCE that was soooooo good! The catfish was fried to perfection - it came with Turkey sausage and shrimp on top! The shrimp and grits and that came with fried okra on top! Eats: Shrimp Toast Fried Green Tomatoes Sea Salt Catfish Shrimp and Grits Drinks: Salty Marley They have two locations and wont disappoint! .

Food = ok Service = ok Ambiance = ok/niceish First of all, they have limited parking for a nominal fee. I think perhaps $3 for 2 hours. I went on a Thursday night. Apparently, that's date night because there were couples everywhere at each table around midnight. When we got there, we had to seat ourselves and no one came over to serve us for at least 10+ minutes. I guess it's a good sign that business is good and they have more patrons than they do staff to serve them. But once we finally did get our waitress (after waiting for longer than average/normal) she was attentive and nice. I got the strawberry Hennessy. I was disappointed that it had cheap presentation in a small plastic cup. The small size of the drink was an underwhelming value for the price. But it was fine. I ordered the salmon with the mashed potatoes and broccolini. The salmon and broccolini were cooked well with a good taste and texture. But the mash potatoes were not great. They definitely tasted like they were instant powdered mashed potatoes made from a box. Not the buttery whipped flavor and texture I was hoping for.

Was visiting Atlanta and this spot was recommended by our Lyft driver. It was a Friday night and actually not very busy so we didn't have to wait for a table. Our food and cocktails did not disappoint! Everything was very tasty and full of flavor. Our wait staff could have been a tad more attentive, but aside from that, we had a great experience and would visit again when in town.

Went to their Wednesday Karaoke and Crab night. It was super fun. People came up and sing old school karaoke. They also have $20 crabs (buy one get one cluster free). The wings was yummy. Down fall looooooong wait time! We did not have a reservation and waited one hour to be seated. Reservation highly recommended.

Parking is $3 for 3 hours Ample parking shaded between businesses in the area. Really cute quaint place with high design that I really appreciate! Love a good aesthetic. Facilities were very neat and clean. The hostess was so sweet! I should have gotten her name. She had red/orange lashes that pop and it matched her personality! She sat us on the heated patio and it was cold Saturday but the heated patio felt amazing. Our server was super nice as well. She made great choices. I always ask the servers which they recommend and she picked some great options. My drink was good. The portion sizes were ample! Neither of my friends could finish their plates but did say the dishes were good. Would definitely recommend for party of 1, 2-6. I wouldn't come with more than that unless you can rent the place out for an intimate party. Would definitely recommend

I came on a Tuesday for a girls night out around 7 pm. The server was super friendly and attentive. She let us know about the happy hours specials right away. They have a nice laid back chill vibe and a DJ that played good music. The vibes were everything. I thought the food was ok. The calamari was very crispy. I also ordered the lamb chops. Typical orders include at least 4 lamb chops and they only give you 3. They weren't cooked to the correct temperature or medium well neither my friend's at medium. They were all well done. The mashed potatoes were cold and lacked seasoning. We all had to send our food back. It still wasn't right. I had the Henny Rita and it was good. I most likely won't return on the strength of not being pleased with the food.

Came back again and had a great time! Service was a miss today mainly because of the bartender. She got a noticeable attitude when I ordered a drink and sat back down at my table. I guess she was annoyed she had to walk over but she wasn't doing anything but talking to the guy at the bar and smoking the hookah...Lol. She made a snarky remark when she brought the check and said I had to close out with her....I left a $2 tip for the rude remark which is still better than nothing. Still 4 stars as restaurants have bad days but I think the restaurant may have been in transition from brunch to dinner...Aside from that, food was good as usual. This time around I ordered the Crab Cake sliders and tasted some of my friends fried shrimp basket. I also ordered the Crab balls which were delicious. The Crab Cake sliders were ok as they were super bready. Best Crab Cake in city is Noble fin which sadly closed during Covid. Del Frisco has a pretty good Crab Cake as well. Fried Shrimp platter was tasty as well and salted just right. I still recommend this place as it's super chill and in VA Highland area.

THIS IS FOR THE HOWELL MILL LOCATION!!! The food was AMAZING! We made reservations for 10p on a Saturday. We were seated about 10:40p and they told us it was one check (3 cards) for a party of 5 or more. We weren't sweating it fr, but it would've been nice to know ahead of time for cash. Despite the wait for our table, NOTHING took long to come out. And everything was just how we ordered. We ordered the wings & mussels as appetizers. The mussels were so good, I ordered some to go. The wings were cooked perfectly. The lemon pepper wings tasted like regular air fried wings, but they were seasoned and delicious. We had a few different drinks & they all were good. The lobster mac was good & full of meat, but not thick & creamy; more sauce like. The lamb was perfectly seasoned & the fig sauce was surprisingly the perfect sweet & savory taste. Salmon was delicious with the garlic butter; made us regret not trying the claws. The fried rice was good, the broccolini was okay, but them brussel sprouts, THEY WERE THE BEST SIDE I PROMISE! We even ordered another side they were so good. We also had hookah and enjoyed the dj; very nice chill vibe. DEFINITELY returning here.

As for the drinks, I tried the Zombie. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one instead of trying a different one! It tasted sweet and slightly tropical with the rum and spiced liqueur. It also had some absinthe, which I was worried about when I first ordered it since I hate the taste of it (not a big fan of black licorice flavors), but I didn't taste it at all! Overall, this place had such a great vibe to it!
