I called them about the service quote, they had me on hold for over 30 min. The office manager said she was going to call back in 15 to 20 min later. She never follow up. I called got an answer machine and left a message, very, very, poor customer service. I called them back, next day, I was place on hold 3 times b4 someone finally answer the phone. They said they haven't gotten a quote, after 4 months later. This is the F-ken worst dential office I have ever been to in this area. Whether it be Chona to all the hygienists, everyone here will treat you like family and will call you by your first name.
