Invisalign process was fairly straight forward without any hassles. Each aligner (or "tray" as they call it) was adjusted just enough to move my teeth without causing too much pain. Much appreciated! My new go-to dentist for teeth cleanings. The entire staff is amazing and very helpful when it came to teeth care. I've been to other dentists in the passed who only cared about making times work for their schedules and finding any procedure to get that extra dollar from you. I never felt that once at with Dr. Lee and his staff. The receptionist June is very friendly and will work with your schedule to get you an appointment and find you the best possible options in regards to costs. I did my teeth cleaning with Dr. Lee and he was very informative of how to keep your teeth healthy. More in-depth than other dentists I have been to, and really goes in to detail. Was in and out of my appointment within 45 minutes, and had to wait about 5 minutes before getting called in. The doctor is great, and the advice given was very good. The nurses are also wonderful. However, I just found out today that a dental cleaning can be completed in less than ten minutes. She was rough as hell!! Throughout the procedure, apart from saying "ah" three times to remind me to open my mouth wider(because I was so uncomfortable and couldn't talk), the only thing she said was to remind me that I could drink water ten minutes after rinsing. Her technique felt like she needed to finish a wood carving immediately, and I was just a piece of wood. I had to pull the suction tube out of my throat by myself, but she remained indifferent. From her actions, I felt that she either hated me or hated her job. But this was my first visit, and she didn't say a word to me! After the cleaning, she immediately ran out while on a phone call, leaving only a receptionist on the phone and another nicer nurse cleaning up. When I got home, I found that my gums were broken in at least two places and were still bleeding. The reason I'm not giving 1 start is the doctor and other nurses are wonderful. read more

I recently visited Dr. Lee's Dental Clinic to address my teeth grinding problem, which had left my teeth looking sharp and really ugly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by the amazing staff. It is actually very heartwarming how they always have smiles and kindness EVERYTIME I walk in! The clinic's environment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Jenny, the hygienist, was incredibly professional and compassionate. She also taught me how to brush my teeth properly. I did not know I was brushing my teeth wrongly this whole time No wonder why I felt like I had a bad breath I also have something to say about Dr. Lee! He was amazing, speaking both English and Korean fluently, which greatly helped my parents understand the procedures and aftercare. My parents LOVED him! He was also talking me to me from time to time to help me calm down with my anxiety The fitting for my night guard was precise and comfortable, and I received thorough aftercare instructions. It came out super fast!! Since using the night guard, I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and the condition of my teeth. The clinic uses the latest dental technology, and Dr. Lee was excellent at educating me about my dental health. I was trying to find a good dentist for my father-in-law and was referred to Dr. Lee by a coworker. What really surprised me was Dr. Lee's honesty - our previous dentist told me that my father-in-law needs to get multiple treatments done on his teeth. When I asked Dr. Lee, he said only one was needed. The procedure went well and my in-law said he felt very comfortable sitting through it. Would definitely recommend. I have been going around different dentists throughout my life and I finally found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable. Here are my top 5 reasons why I decided to settle. 1. Dr. Lee and his staffs tried their best to minimize the cost for me. He tried to eliminate unnecessary cost and find the best way to optimize the cost & treatment for my teeth. 2. Dr. Lee is knowledgeable, compassionate and carrying person. I asked lots of questions and every time I visit and I always get a perfect answer and found a good solution. 3. Their equipment seemed to be advanced than the others. Their ex-ray could catch something that my other dentist could not catch. 4. His staff is very friendly and well trained. 5. He really has a magic hands. I do not know how he did it but I did not feel any pain when he was did the injection. My major treatment was removing a molar tooth and placing an implant. He offered me with Straumann which I was not really aware of so I decided to ask a close friend of mine who is a dentist in New York and she explained that Straumann is the best one out there. Also, I did some research about the company and found out that they are Swiss company. Being in the luxury watch industry for quite a while, I had experienced Swiss Craftsmanship of crafting tiny bolts and nuts for those high-end watches so was convinced that they will craft the best one as well so I decided to move on with Straumann. I really have to say so far I am 100% satisfied. It would be great if I have met Dr. Lee earlier so I could have much healthier teeth. Going to the dentist is as low as it gets on my to do list, but when I started experiencing some pain with a previous root canal, I knew I had to book an appointment. After spending countless hours of searching online and speaking to friends, I was referred over to Dr. Lee at Zin Dental. I could tell I made the right call as soon as I stepped into the office. The lady up front was extremely comforting and sincere in getting me set up in their system, even giving me extra goodies for my daughter, which totally helped in distracting her enough while she was waiting for me. As soon as Dr. Lee called in me, he was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing and presenting what my options were moving forward. The best part about this visit was that he was extremely genuine in his advice. He didn't try to sell me on unnecessary procedures, in fact he kept offering options that would be less invasive (cheaper) because his philosophy is to preserve the integrity of your natural teeth. All in all, I'm not one to rave about a dentist visit (who is??), but my visit with Dr. Lee was definitely above and beyond all my expectations. One of my life's most difficult challenges has been to find the best dentist for my mouth full of angry teeth and gums! Doctor Lee is now my knight in shining enamel. I went to Zin dental group and met Dr. Lee because I had so much pain in my lower back teeth. He told me it is because of cavity that overwhelmed the root of teeth. Kindly, he explained and showed me the exact condition of the teeth thorough multiple different types of X-ray. I have been visiting many dental offices in my life. I have never gotten such detailed information liked in Dr. Lee's office. Dr. Lee kindly explain which part of teeth is problem and why i need to get a root canal through evidences of X-ray pictures. In addition, manager come to me after examination to educate me how I can prevent this such big cavity and also about hygiene techniques. During the visiting in zin dental group, i enabled to learn importances of flossing, electronic brush, and water picks. Of course, perfect treatment with the root canal by Dr. Lee. Thank you. I wanted update my review and add that now I have become Dr. Lee's happy client. Since I live in Koreatown, I wanted to find a dental office in LA. I was recommend a dental office by a good friend. During a regular checkup and cleaning, this dentist told me I need an implant. Since he doesn't do implants, he sent me off to find one with my open tooth! I began having an excruciating pain that lasted days without any medication because it was during the holidays (a long story). After this traumatic experience, I contacted Dr. Lee and they went above and beyond to accommodate and help me. Now, I'm in my last final stage of my first implant and it's been so great. My 1st yelp review. When people say that, I thought to myself, who cares it's your 1st. Now I understand. You really want to get a shout out or for someone the opposite. Plus I didn't know how to set up Yelp account. At 1st I thought how does this dentist get a perfect score? There must be a catch or paid reviews. All the reviews about this place are totally 100% accurate, I couldn't believe it either. My 1st visit today, I needed 5 implants costing $17,000. But they recommend that I go elsewhere to have dentures made for a little over $1000, they don't do dentures here. Even though I wanted to try 1 implant instead of 5, they said I should see my denture option and can always come back and do the one. They did a full x-ray, Ms June (a sweetheart) spent so much time educating me. Not seeing a dentist for 30 years, Dr. Lee needed to invest more time for me. 30 years ago if I had a dentist like Dr. Lee, I would have never stopped going to a dentist. I was expecting to pay a $50 visit charge. Dr. Lee at the end didn't charge me the $50. For someone making minimum wage at a 24 hour convenience store, not charging me $50 equals to 3 hours of my work really helped me out. He didn't know how much I appreciated it and gratful. I changed my dentist to Dr. Lee a few months ago. After my first visit, all my family members now visit him for all sorts of dental problems. He is honest and reasonal and one of a few doctors whom you can trust. You know it is very hard to find one in these days. For instance, my previous dentist did not even had a CT scanner, an expensive device, and performed an implant surgery, which can be very risky. Dr. Lee has the CT scanner. He shares CT scans with his clients and consults and explains what needs to be done. Trust this review and visit him once. After that, you will find him no matter where you live.
