What can I say more, top notch most honest dentist I ever seen Friend of mine introduced me to Dr. Lee about a month ago saying only good things about him but after having been to all those health professionals and failed to get any satisfactory results, I was just very skeptical about Dentistry in general due to all those sales pitch you usually see from other dental offices but decided to give it one last chance. Boom He just pinpointed out all those only and, once again, "only" necessary treatment, Dr.Lee rather educate you heavily more on prevention side as to how to clean properly and eventually stay away from major dental work !! Dr. Sung kyu Lee is a remarkable dentist who is able to transform even the most unfortunate looking teeth into beautiful smiles. While my mouth wasn't a nightmare to begin with, I did have a missing tooth front and center, which caused me a great deal of embarrassment for many years. Not only is the implant he gave me beautiful, but the confidence that he allowed me to have in my smile again is priceless. Oral surgery is never fun, but every time he has to work on me I feel as though I am receiving the most advanced and professional care there is. They also advised me the amount of possible pain for each step, which to me, was tolerable. The entire experience was very painful and frightening. 2. The clinic was out of my insurance network, but this was not clearly communicated when I called to make the appointment. Instead, I was only told about the financial details after I had already arrived and was seated in the clinic. Patients should be informed about insurance status before the appointment so they can make an informed decision. 3. I was charged additional money for a very simple procedure (just placing a loose crown back in position). The cost felt unreasonable for such a minor treatment. 4. A full-mouth X-ray was taken even though it did not seem necessary in my situation, which resulted in additional radiation exposure and extra cost. 5. The financial staff member provided an explanation about the charges after I sit in the exam chair. the discussion felt somewhat forceful and made me uncomfortable. It did not feel like there was much room for open conversation. Overall, the lack of transparency regarding insurance, costs, and treatment decisions made this experience very frustrating. I believe patients deserve clear information before treatment so they can make informed choices about their care.
