If you're waiting on A & B pillar's recalls, do it yourself because it has been around five years and Ford still unable to get the parts to fix it and have not solved the problem. I went online and found you can get the recalls you need in less than five days and do it yourself and they're upgraded from factory and of course I called Ford Dealership in citrus county , and they did not like it because I have been waiting five years for them to do the recalls and I got it in five days from Amazon and did it myself . I hate to say it, but the recalls only took me 30 minutes to do and they wanted a whole day to do the job. I don't know why some dealerships would do this for their customers. read more

I have yet to get a phone call back on my situation reference the paint problem. if you see on my second response their response back to me must be a prerecording or comment. Would not recommend. Lots of paperwork fees. Price for vehicle was 32500 and after the fees price was 42000.00.plus had to wait over an hr for a manager. Austin was wonderful as a salesman. Management team not so much. read more

Our car broke down and we were 1 1/2 hours away from home. This was the closest Ford dealership near us. The shop itself was nice. The waiting area was clean and orderly. They had water and a coffee machine available with comfy chairs and a quality TV playing HGTV softly. Everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. They took our car in right away and talked with us about how long it would take, what they'd look for, and when we could expect the car to be ready for pick up. We got the car back around the time they estimated it would be done. We aren't completely sure it's completely repaired, it probably needs more work, but they got it running and ready to come home. Nice place, nice people. read more

Visited Gary Yeomans Ford in Bellview today. My husband drove a truck that he wanted to purchase. We needed to go home in The Villages to get his truck to be traded. The salesman took all our information and asked us to return within 2 hours. We drove home and back only to be told the truck had sold. I asked what happened to it being on hold. He said first come first served. Funny because technically speaking, we were first. He had our phone numbers and could have saved us a return trip but no phone call. It seems to me that best business practices would be to say this truck is on hold and we will contact you immediately if it is not purchased. If the salesman is mistaken about policy, the sales manager should train the employees better. read more

Sunday.10.9.2022.9:50 am - My mom's car locked-up and wouldn't respond. I went to get her and we…read morewent to church. 12:50 pm, after church, I placed two service calls to AAA. One call response, within minutes, brought out Clark's Roadside Assistance/Danny (Kudos) who tested the battery and informed us that it was most likely the alternator. The second call response from AAA had Roadside Assistance ETA at 2:25 pm from Superior - they never showed. 2:51 pm Call back to AAA. AAA had Roadside Assistance ETA at 3:45 pm from Superior, they never showed. 4:16 pm Call back to AAA - basically told, we were on our own, find our own tow company and submit the invoice for reimbursement. Started calling tow companies: by now, whoever was open until 3pm or 5pm is now closed. Got CLIFFORD in the phone - 24/hr service - we needed a flatbed for the car since it was 4WD, NP, he had two. He gave me a quote, near 1/2 what I had heard during the day ! By now, almost five hours later, my mechanic/tech brother had removed the alternator and taken it to Advanced Auto Parts to trade it in and to get a new alternator. He had some trouble connecting it, but by 535pm/ish, mom's car started and she was able to drive home. Called back CLIFFORD during this time to say we may/may not need the tow. He was courteous, and understanding, basically saying, hey, if you need us, call back, we are here. Didn't actually need the tow, but I had to write about the professionalism he displayed, the resources available, the fair quote, and the openness to be or not to be of service. Well done - thank you CLIFFORD. Patronage recommended.

I was charged $89.99 for "labor" and $60 for "parts" all for them to do a PCM power relay where they claimed they did not see any issues with my car. My check engine light remained on, and my car would continuously not start every time after I had gotten gas. Obviously, there was still an issue with my car that they had claimed there was nothing wrong with it costing me nothing but time and money for absolutely no resolution at all and still car problems. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere, where they were able to diagnosis the issues that my car was having and resolve them immediately. Needless to say, I have found my new mechanic, and it is not Tom's.

I took my car in because my check engine light came on. I think i was in the wrong lane.The nice young mans name was Erick Gomez. I was so worried it was going to be something expensive to fix.
