I can't not write a review for Gaspachos! I went in today after eyeing this place on Yelp for awhile and let me tell you, it is so. bomb. Maribel helped me out today and she was very sweet and helpful. She explained how everything works and even went as far as telling me about the origin of gaspachos! I got a mix your own gaspacho in a 16oz cup (3 different sizes to choose from) and I chose to put pineapples, mangoes, watermelon and jicama in it. I originally went in for the gaspacho and ended up also getting a horchata latte with soy milk and it was sooo delicious. It's super neat how there are different milk options as well. Thank you to Maribel again for being helpful and friendly! She also let me try the cold brew which she made. I will definitely be going back to try more items off the menu read more

Thought to try something new since I'm new to Sacramento, and had a craving for some fruit. U yelped (like i always do when I want to try something new) and the pictures looked good, so I had to give this place a shot, and yummy. I ordered a classic Gaspacho, and the black chili they put on this fruit is "FIRE"... it's so good. I recommend if you are in the are to stop by and enjoy the freshness of the fruit, and unique flavors, as it will tantalize your taste buds. We also ordered a Mangonada (not ice cream, but the mangos were very fresh).highly recommend, and they will gladly be taking more of my money. Lol read more

Ordered a mangonada, fruit was not fresh. Seems a bit spoiled. The place was super slow and it seems as if they can't get rid of the fruits soon enough to have fresh produce. Probably won't be back. read more

Just went to Gaspachos for the first time, It a cool place!!! Fresh fruit and baked displayed, very inviting atmosphere!! The people were very friendly and helpful with my order over the phone and in person. Went there for smoothies and a fruit bowl but came out with a yummy treat 2 carrot muffin...My son just tried his carrot muffin...he said "that was a REALLY GOOD muffin". He built his own smoothie with apple banana and mango.." VERY REFRESHING" I had a watermelon & strawberry smoothie...VERY Light and tasty with the right amount of sweetness!!! Idk if its j because its winter rn and its the off season for mangoes, but i tried the mangonada and the mango was very stringy and not very sweet, like a good ripe mango would be. Nevertheless it was alright, id give it 5/10 for i feel neutral abt it. The other thing i tried was the traditional gaspachos, and the seasoning on it (black chili i think?) literally was so horrible. It smelled and tasted like what i imagine chewing tobacco to taste like. It was really horrible and i thought it would just be sprinkled at the top so the rest of the fruits werent ruined, but it was sprinkled throughout in like layers. I couldnt get more than 5 bites down. Had to toss the rest of it away, and i never really have a strong opposition to foods. So the traditional gaspachos would have to be rated a 0/10 for me. read more

My kids and I love the fruit cups and they are huge fans of mangonadas! We decided to try Gaspachos and honestly we weren't not impressed my 8yr old said "my watermelon has no flavor" she got a regular fruit cup with pineapple, watermelon and mango. My son got the fruit sticks and his was also blend not sure if we got a bad batch of fruit that day. I had one of their smoothies and that was tasty. The place was clean, slightly over priced. The girls serving the fruit and cashier were very nice and helpful in recommending the menu. Maybe we will give it another try in a few months. read more

I have been following Brenda (the owner) on social media for the past few years and when I saw she opened her business in Sacramento around the same time I moved to Elk Grove I had to stop by, support, and see what it was all about. First of all the establishment is so cute inside! Its very inviting and I loved the decor. The Gaspacho I had was amazing! We had the original Gaspacho and honestly it was the perfect mixture of fruits, spice & orange juice! Soooo GOOD! I had my go to frutero man when I lived in Stockton, and now Gaspachos will be mine & my families' go to here in Sac. I don't usually like to write reviews but honestly this little place it's a MUST VISIT!. So, when you walk into the store you can smell freshly cut fruit. Love the idea of making juices on the spot!. I ordered the acueducto and the sunny California and OMG!! The acueducto is clearly similar to the green juice (it has all green veggies and fruits). Love its freshness. The sunny California juice is a little bit more thicker BUT I loved it!. It has guava, OJ, strawberries, lime juice, pineapple and some honey. It is all natural!. This place has a great selection of fresh fruit and small bites perfect for a summer day! I had the traditional "gaspacho" and it was good! It was diced mango, pineapple, and jicama topped with chili powder, lime, and light Mexican crumble cheese. If you are unsure if you'll like the cheese, ask for it on the side. I'm a total health freak and love eating fruit on a daily basis. This place is clean and the fruit is fresh! The staff is friendly, and they don't mind taking my order and making it the way I like it. I have had the fruit cups, juices, fruit with granola and have been tasty and delicious. This is a good stop before I head to work and they are pretty quick in getting in my order. The first few times I've came here the fruit was great but the last time i stopped by, i wasn't so impressed /: the customer service is beyond great but the fruit wasn't as great. The fruit tasted a couple days old, not even fresh so i wasn't able to fully enjoy my purchase. Maybe i stoped by on the wrong day ? But I thought i would've received freshly chopped fruit. Customer service is good. Super friendly, but I just want ppl to know that their mangonadas aren't your typical mangonadas. What I mean by that is I'm use to the slushy/frozen smoothie kind of mangonadas, their interpretation of the mangonadas is just chopped mango with all the extra. In my personal opinion it's just an expensive mango fruit cup, I paid $9.24 for a 20 oz cup. I hope this review enlightens ppl on what to expect. read more

I hope they open more places like this. I'd rather go here than get ice cream or Jamba Juice. It's so much better for us with all the best and most hydrating and alkalizing fruits and veggies. The gaspachos were delicious, healthy, refreshing, fresh and really filling. I didn't have to go stop and get something fattening to fill me up and leave me feeling sluggish.
