The Pharmacist get away with consistent…read moreterribly rude behavior, and if you complain, they retaliate with power trips such as: being unable to correct issue with prescription notification, not filling a prescription for 4 days, and then when I show up, that item is out stock. Next day I get the text that my prescription is ready, and after standing in line for 15 minutes, I am told it is in fact not ready and I have to wait a half hour. This doesn't just happen to me... Additionally the Pharmacist weaponize the Assistants against us so we get snotty, snide attitude with arrogance, because they know CVS HQ will do nothing to them. I've contacted CVS HQ, and they do nothing to check the behavior of their Pharmacist. Target can do nothing since it does not employ the CVS staff. What Target could do is cancel the CVS contract since SO many of us have run into the same off-the-chart rude, insolent, arrogant behavior and retribution.

They hired a private security guard so I feel safe any time, day or evening. Typically, I'm here to stock up on my vitamins when they do a BOGO. While there, I'll pick up any beauty supplies I need, greeting cards, and always peruse the seasonal aisle because often there are hidden gems. That can take a while, as the store appears to be minimally staffed. My wife had a prescription sent there on Sunday morning. There was a single person on duty at the pharmacy. Her simple prescription (an antibiotic ointment, and antibiotic pills) took three hours to prepare, and two hours past the first "your prescription is ready for pickup" text message. But, that aside, it was a relief to find a store with a pharmacy still operating in this downtown location near our hotel. So although ours wasn't the best experience, we appreciated that CVS is still open amid difficult urban circumstances. Oh, a bonus was that we discovered this CVS also sells wine, and the prices are not jacked up to hotel levels. That was also much appreciated.

Store was bright , clean and well organized Although I can't say they were well stocked. I picked up the last box of Salonpas; I would have bought another if they had it on the shelf. On my way out, picked up a few spontaneous purchases because I like the brand of popcorn they carry because it has clean ingredients, and some Unreal chocolate. I'm a Boost member meaning I get free pickup and deliveries. I ordered 3 items and the most expensive item was out of stock. I ended up being charged a pickup fee. I wasn't happy about that because what's the point of membership if I still have to pay fees? I completed their customer service survey, requesting someone from management reach out. They did and offered me the refund of fees as a gift card. Ultimately, me being charged fees for pickup was their parent company's (Kroger) fault. Even so, the store's customer service was excellent and the person who brought the order to my vehicle was super helpful. One of the items I ordered was a fire pit and it was out of stock. The guy that brought me my order gave me suggestions on where I could find one the day before a major holiday. I use the app to take advantage of the digital sales. Regular prices are typically reasonable compared with other grocery stores.
