Mom and I were struggling to find a spot to get our pedicures and eyebrows done on Saturday. One quick call got an appointment all set up for within the hour. The staff were so nice and both my mom and I were started and done at the same time. Heidi did a wonderful job on my toes and Mary was incredible on both of our eyebrow waxes and my mom's manicure. The next day she broke a nail while in the car and was able to go in to fix it. She was willing to pay but they did the fix for free and she was back on track quickly. I was a walk in last week around noon on a Friday. Welcomed in with smiles and a cold bottle of water offered. Just a little wait, not a problem as I was seated and feet soaking.....massage chair on.... I was there for a mani and pedi (first time) I enjoyed both. This place is horrific! They may have done a remodel but that doesn't change how much they suck. You can put lipstick on a pig, it's still a damn pig honey! They 'filled in' dip powder with acrylic and gel on top... you don't fill dip nails! Clearly morons working here. Fine, you're too stupid to know how to do dip nails, then don't offer the service. But if you do get your nails done here and do dip nails and they screw it up, don't worry! They'll insult you and make it your fault! They lack common sense and common courtesy. It's completely false advertising, claiming they know how to do dip powder when they don't! It's also false advertising that they look like they have a brain between their ears when they clearly don't. Don't waste your money, they aren't worth a single penny. Edit: I can't respond to you, but you insulted me. A language barrier is no excuse, you can easily have somebody translate if you don't understand. I will not be returning, you tore my nails apart removing the everything and should not be in business. read more

I'm very particular with my nails and this place surely delivered! I came when everyone was busy, however, I was still greeted at the door the moment i walked in and was told a wait time. After 10-15 mins of waiting, I was taken back for my manicure. I'm always skeptical going to salons but the manicurist's station and supplies were all clean and organized. I have rounded and long nail beds so getting acrylics is especially difficult. She did an amazing job at listening to my concerns and ensuring I got the kind of nails I wanted. The owner, Christina(?), was sweet enough to stop by as I was getting my manicure to make sure I was happy with my service. My shape, thickness, and coat were all done to perfectionnn- i couldn't be happier. The place was recently renovated and I must say it a huge upgrade! The salon gives off a luxurious ambience and the staff is attentive and welcoming. I will definitely come back and possibly try their other services (waxing/lashes) as well! Not only are the nail technicians friendly and welcoming, they are also EXTREMELY talented. The first time I went in, I had gotten my nails done somewhere else and was embarrassed by how terrible they looked. I went to Gateway short notice to have them fixed. Not only did Phoenix fix them, she spent the time making them look so natural and even! She listened to every request that I had and went above and beyond what I'd asked her to do!!
