My friend and I booked an appointment for a nice Valentine's Day outing so I was excited. Once we arrived at the salon, we were greeted with a "may I help you" kind of sternly but I didn't think much of it at first. One tech got started on my friends nails while I waited about 15 mins for someone to start on mine. A second tech walked up and seemed agitated before starting on my nails. She didn't ask how I was doing, nothing. Quite frankly she had an off putting personality. Someone even started on another customer before starting mine although I arrived first. As we got our nails done a few old white women walked in and they were greeted with "hi welcome in" very kindly. This made me feel like we were not in a warm welcoming environment. On top of that, my gel manicure only lasted literally three days before peeling completely off. I don't work with my hands much so there is not reason for it to last days only. I won't be coming back to say the least. There are way too many options for me to be treated like a chore. read more

Not only does my design look nothing like my reference photo I was up charged for multiple things that was not told to me. And some of those things I feel you shouldn't be up charging for. I really wanted to like this salon. The first time I visited with my husband's grandma, the experience was okay -- not great, but decent. The staff didn't really follow directions though; my husband's grandma had asked to keep her nails longer, but they cut them short anyway, and my French manicure wasn't very clean. I decided to give them another try and went back for a gel manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, the second visit was much worse. My gel manicure started peeling off within two days. When I went to another salon to have it properly removed, I discovered deep divots and damage in my nail beds from them using a Dremel and filing way too far down. It took me three months for my nails to grow back healthy again. I paid over $200 for services for both myself and my mother-in-law, and the damage and inconsistency just weren't worth it. I really wanted to support this place, but the lack of care and attention to detail left me really disappointed. read more

I got a pedicure here on Thursday October 16th. The service was good. The place appeared to be neat and overall clean but something felt a bit off when it came to how the nail tech had her tools and supplies presented. I decided to give them a try because it was right next door to my hair salon and I didn't have much time to find somewhere else to go. Unfortunately about 4 days after my pedicure I started experiencing extreme discomfort in my right big toe and then the next day my left toe began to hurt. I thought it was a splinter or something but turns out my toe is infected. I've never ever had a toe infection so I know that this is a result of improper sanitation of tools. I've gotten pedicures for over 10 yrs and I've never had any issues. Very disappointing to have had this experience but I'm leaving this here in hopes that they do better with sanitizing tools and or preventing other people from getting infections. read more

Went back to this business after I had gone home and after doing dishes my nails started peeling horribly. Asked for a refund and was told they would only give me a refund if I took down the Google review I posted when I left the shop earlier. I of course said no. Owner's wife got agitated called me a liar and then said I must have gone home and peeled off my polish. This is gel over acrylic the amount of time that would take plus like why? Makes no sense who has time for that? I get it your mad but if you don't do quality work own it, apologize and do better. I called my bank to dispute the charges all while standing in their lobby and they finally agreed to refund my nails. Never been berated or treated so poorly by a business before. I am intentional about how I speak to people and was nothing but polite despite their poor service, terrible nail quality, and outright disrespect/lack of common decency. I hate confrontation and was shaking when I left but I also refuse to be bullied. Nobody should have to deal with this ever, so very disappointed. I decided to get my nails done last minute by Charlie for my birthday, and he did an amazing job! Not only was he fast and efficient, but he was also very fun to talk to. I absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop, as everything seemed clean and organized. Bad service... my daughter called and made an appointment 3 days ahead. My daughter described what she wanted far as design with acrylic she was quoted $40 for what she wanted. When we got there on Thursday the day before her wedding we both got our pedicure first the young lady (white) who did my pedicure with regular nail polish was really good.. I was sitting letting my toes dry when another lady I think one of the owner of the business pulled me to do my nails. When she went to put on my slip ins she messed up two of my toes and twice she messed up repainting them.. I sat down the the nail chair I showed her my design with acrylic over the phone and was advised $40.00. When our appointment came around on Thursday the day before my daughter wedding we showed up on time we started with our pedi. The technician (young white lady) did my pedi regular paint I was happy and tipped her it's when one of the owner (lady) try to put on my sandal she shoved my shoe on and messed up my right toes she tried several times to correct it but didn't. She asked me to sit in the nail chair which I did and she tried again this time she half ass put on the paint then she tried to get mad. So the guy (owner) called over the original tech and she fixed it.. I then showed them the design I wanted and I was quoted $65 then my daughter showed them her design and they quoted her $75, now I haven't gotten acrylic in over $30 years so I don't know what the average cost for acrylic with design goes for however, since my daughter chose this place because of the reviews and it was her day I went ahead and paid. My daughter reiterated her design and did not get what she wanted my daughter left out crying I felt so bad and by the time they finished it was too late to go somewhere else both the owners did not try to offer a fix on her nails. This was my first time here. I called ahead for a pedicure and I wad lucky, they had time for an appointment right then! When you come in they have you check in on a tablet. Their polish color choices are in books. They're super nice looking compared to the rings a lot of other places have. The space is bigger than it looks from the outside. It's very bright, uplifting and welcoming inside. The decor is super cute. They had music playing. I'm not sure what you'd call it, but it wasn't typical spa music and I enjoyed it. I got the Deluxe Pedicure which includes the normal stuff along with a green tea leg scrub, hot towel wrap, hot stone massage and regular massage. The green tea scrub smelled amazing. It was very nice and calming. I didn't get her name, but the lady who did my pedicure was very good. She was precise, careful/gentle, polite and friendly. All the staff were very friendly. read more
