Moonshine anyone?
Jamie R.

Lilly, Kayle, and Josh were amazing game masters. They knew the games very well and helped us through our journey of all five games. I highly recommend coming here and doing all their games if you have time. Their set design is very high-quality and the tech is phenomenal. I would say Atlantis was the hardest, followed by Hootenanny. Every game we did had unique puzzles and definitely made our trip amazing. We travel the country doing Escape Rooms and this was definitely one that will stay with us forever. We're looking forward to their newer Pigeon Forge location for the next time we visit. Thank you guys again for a great experience that we will never forget!

The indoor black light putt-putt course.

I visited this location on Easter weekend with one other person. These are my thoughts an observations. - The "Do It All" pass is 60ish bucks for 1 escape room, unlimited putt-putt on 3 courses, and 4 other activities. You'll be occupied for hours, possibly all day. - From what I could tell, Gatlin's is not allowing mixed parties for escape rooms. We were put into an 8 person escape room as a two man team. They're do-able with smaller parties if you work efficiently and cooperate. - I would recommend the Masters of Magic room. It has a unique setting and can accommodate large parties well. - The employee running our escape was room was incredibly friendly. - The outdoor putt-putt courses leave a lot to be desired. The mats have wrinkles, meaning your ball won't sit still while you're trying to putt. The courses also lack a theme. - The indoor black light course was interesting, but one hole is almost impossible due to shoddy repairs. It's also 9 holes instead of 18. I'd recommend Gatlin's if you're looking for master class escape rooms or want an all-day experience. I'd pass if you're just looking for putt-putt.

Black light putt putt

My 8yo son and I stopped in to play putt putt and realized it was so much more. We bought the 4 pack of games and played the laser maze, laser tag, and black light putt putt. My son liked the laser game so much we played it again. I wish we had played the outdoor putt putt too because it looked like a lot of fun. Each game we played was in great shape. The staff was friendly and able to explain each game well. We will probably go back today because it's a good value for the amount of time you get playing. Worth a visit.

Got out with 36 seconds left on Curse of the Kraken

With all the things to do in gatlinburg & pigeon forge - the escape games are a must do! We did one just to kill time & ended up doing a total of 3. We did Haunting at Hyde, Atlantis, and Curse of the Kraken. They were easily some of the best escape games I've ever done. We were able to complete 2/3 with a few seconds to spare with only 3 people. Atlantis you definitely need more people. It's a little pricey, but worth every bit of it. The Haunting at Hyde is my favorite. They have lockers for free for you to put your things in, as well. We will be back to do the other rooms! My only con to this is they have the games on strict schedules and even if they hadn't started it yet, you can't do it until the next scheduled time, so you don't really get to pick the one you do as much as you find one closest to a time that works for you.

We did the laser tag and black light golf. Only 9 holes but was a good place to cool down and pretty "under the sea" themed holes.

Scenic, outdoor course that overlooks Gatlinburg. Cozy atmosphere at night. Less crowded than some courses on main street.

We were hoping for Atlantis but it was booked out so we decided on the Hootenanny and were not disappointed.

I was disappointed we weren't informed of this before purchasing. Our dinner at Clifftop restaurant was sub-par. I'm leaving this review at 4 stars since I know many people rave about the sky walk (we weren't able to see this so I'm unsure) and the kids play area was super fun. My kids could have played for hours. It's multiple levels and really large. I felt that staff could have been more present in the children's area though. They were just hanging out and talking and not helping to keep the slide area safe. While we were there a parent lost her child and no staff was present anywhere. That was discouraging. It's beautiful here. So many beautiful views. Entertainment, and lots of nice places to sit and relax. We even had a chance to see a black bear.

The chairlift wasn't hot like some reviews mentioned it has plenty of fresh air, moves quickly, and we never waited long. The 360° observation tower offers breathtaking views and is a must-do. I skipped the Firefly experience because the line barely moved near closing, and after hearing it took about 35 min wait , I don't feel like we missed much as my son said he didn't see any fireflies This place is magical for little ones. Our toddler had an absolute blast exploring and playing. For older kids, there aren't as many attractions, but the views alone make it worth a visit. Pro tip: Buy the Dollywood + Anakeesta combo through Tripster. We paid about $20 per ticket instead of around $40, plus $20 parking. Beautiful views, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmospherewe'd definitely come back.

I bought 4 gift cards to give to my family members as stocking stuffers for Christmas. Tori, the manager who assisted me with the sale, said that the gift cards would be honored for one year. Sadly, my family was not able to make our annual trip this year. I called to ask for a refund. When I purchased the gift Cards Tori told me specifically that I would be refunded if the gift cards were unable to be used. Tori wrote her name and number on the gift card, just in case the family was not able to travel to Gatlinburg When I called today to ask for the refund we agreed upon Tori and the other Manager said they were not able to issue a refund. I asked if they would issue the refund if I mailed the gift certificates back. She said they would not. I will be reporting this transaction to my credit card company. Do not buy gift cards from this establishment. If it was possible to give a lower rating I would.

It was neat and not very challenging so the kids can definitely do it. There were only 9 holes on this course so you got two balls and were able to go around twice. We were the only ones in the room because everyone else was doing the outside activities, which was nice. They have a package you can buy where you can do four of their activities which include mini golf, laser tag, bumper cars, etc. Overall, we had a fun time here and would definitely be back to bring kids.

So my kids went on the coaster and I watched and took photos. Then recently, I was forced to visit Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster for a work trip. It was either ride the dang coaster, or irritate the people who set up the trip, so I went. Holy cats! Alpine coasters are super fun! You kind of feel like you're going to fly off the tracks during the ride, but you won't. It seems safe enough, and the ride goes by so fast (it's definitely less than 10 minutes). Before you know it, you're done and wish you could go again. (I didn't, but I'm sure kids would.) You can control the speed, which is nice. At one point, I was feeling wild and crazy, and let it fly and zipped around the track at full speed. I visited with a small group on a weekday, and there was zero wait to start riding. Literally, we just paid and got right on.

Every penny count nowadays so I'll take it. If the child is under a certain height they require them to ride with an adult. *Insert my nerves kicking in about this* I will say it looks more intimidating that it actual is. No big drops and you can adjust the speed as you ride. I built my courage to go faster the second ride but the employee did ask for me to not hold up traffic like previous did! Good adventure!

WonderWorks in Pigeon Forge absolutely earned a 5-star review from me for the value alone. For one…read moreadmission price, you get hours of hands-on fun: interactive science exhibits, the 4D motion theater, glow-in-the-dark ropes course, and unlimited laser tag and rides. It feels like more than just a "museum," and we easily could've spent half a day exploring and still not hit everything. What really stood out, though, was the military discount. As soon as we asked, the staff knew exactly how it worked, applied it with no hassle, and knocked a nice chunk off the total. That savings made a big difference for our group and turned an already good deal into a great deal.. Between the amount of stuff included in the ticket, the chance to replay laser tag and rides as much as you want, I honestly don't understand how anyone could rate this less than 5 stars. If you show up early, plan a few hours, and take advantage of the discount, it's one of the best values in Pigeon Forge. Try to plan the trip in the off season as it is nowhere near as crowded as it was doing the summer where it was too crowded to stand in line to get in. Definitely worth my money and something I would do again with my grandchildren.

My daughter was deciding between WonderWorks and Ripley's Aquarium, and honestly, I regret not choosing the aquarium. I expected this place to blow our minds, but it didn't. The attractions feel a bit outdated and could definitely use better maintenance, especially considering the amount of people they get every day. The best part was the laser tag -- everything else was pretty underwhelming. The 4D simulator was only partially working, and the glasses felt cheap. The earthquake experience was disappointing... my car on a straight road moves more than that. Plan to go with plenty of time, because between everything, time flies and you'll easily spend at least three hours inside. If you're thinking about going after 6 pm, I'd recommend leaving it for another day and going earlier. And if you're choosing between this attraction and another one... there's really not much to think about.
