A little taste of home far from home. Antonella is such a great baker and nothing disappoints, definitely worth the try!

So here I am to say how amazing this bakery is, despite not having pictures to post. Born2Bake is everything you want in a bakery and coffee shop. They are a locally owned small businesses making things from scratch and you can tell how much care went into your food every time you visit. The pastries are fresh, expertly made, and there is a lot of variety from croissants, to savory breakfast items to some really decadent cakes. It's located in downtown Littleton, and the inside ambiance is a cozy and welcoming environment to either stop in for a coffee and some pastries to go or sit down at one of their tables. The people who work there are always friendly and welcoming as well. It's just the sort of place we love to visit and support!

I guess I should have inquired about their "freshness" but didn't know I would have to as all other bakeries sell old cupcakes as "day old" with a reduced price. It is the transparent, smart thing to do. To inform your customers exactly what they're buying and not try to pass off the old cupcakes as fresh at full price. I was so disappointed that I have decided. I will no longer purchase any treats from this establishment and will drive to Centennial to cake heads. Be aware! Always ask about their freshness or you're throwing money in the trash and it's super unfortunate

The only thing I'd take away half a star for if I could would be the price. $10 for a croissant and $6 for a scone is a little crazy. I think they would be a lot busier if the prices were more reasonable. Most gluten free bakeries/cafes in downtown Denver charge about 25% less per similar item.

There's now a sign in the front door from the Jefferson County Courts that reads, Writ of Restitution dated 3/17/26. This posting was not on the door on March 29th when Wave the Grain took our full deposit for a graduation cake. They willingly took our money when they knew they were in trouble with the courts. Losers!! We now know we'll never get the cake we ordered..... Now the doors are locked, not responding to emails, voicemails, or open during business hours. Ohhh, and other customers are also complaining about the same issues about Wave the Grain on social media. I'm very thankful Visa has a great dispute policy when fraud like this occurs. Visa has been very helpful when we and other customers have been deceived. Thankfully, the Colorado State Attorney General and BBB have been notified!!! It's sad to see folks take customer's hard earned money and obviously be out of business. Do yourself a favor, and Don't support this business!!!!

Little did I know that they offer more treats including flan cake-like, homemade macaroons, Mexican wedding cookies and other affordable cookies, among their amazing and delicious variety of cakes. The Mexican wedding cookies came in a bag of five, but as you can see in my photo, I ate two on the way from the bakery shop to home. They are so good! Highly recommend this purchase. Service here was great. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They were very friendly too. Moral of the story: sometimes you have to stop and smell the flowers. In my case, stopping by here once in a while to see what's going on with this bakery to see the treats.

Response given oh we were closed for the holiday. I asked then How could I order a cake with a 5 day notice. Instead of trying to be accommodating since I am sure they have extra cakes or even asking what cake I wanted, she, the manager, stated like I said we need 5 day notice. Also, FB or their website did not say they were closed for the holiday even though she said it did. Horrible customer service. Evidently they have gotten to big to care about their customers

The baked goods are made there and while I haven't tried them all, between my friends and I , we have tried most. All have been delicious and done amazing unique combinations. They have a purple Ube cake that would match the theme perfectly. Before I could get any details out or speak to the baker, they told me I needed to go online to submit a custom order. The cashier told me the smash cake would be a 4" cake and that in order for them (the bakers) to make it, I would also have to order cupcakes too. Online "All Custom orders start at $200 regardless of the size of the order." Plus the cost of cupcakes? The Ube cake is a 6" for $60 and a single cupcake was around $5? I'm all for supporting local and supporting Filipino businesses. I took the time to visit in person but it seemed very unprofessional that not one of the bakers (even seeing me as I was talking with the cashier) came to discuss the details of the order with me in person, what justifies the 3x charge for a custom order for a smaller cake and cupcakes (that I don't need).
