Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.

It took longer than expected. lifetime was communicative. We had such a good experience we called them to add a window but they didn't seem interested. Did not come out to provide estimate. Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).

I read dozens of reviews, went to BBB, their websites, social media. I really do my homework when looking for contractors. While I did get 5 bids, only Legit Roofing actually spent time explaining in great detail their process, products, and warranties and answered all questions we had. The others simply sent me an email with their quote. Will and Dylan were excellent. Came to my home at 6pm on a Friday evening. They spent nearly 2 hours, measuring, explaining their products and all that Legit does to ensure they provide the best roof with the best warranty in the area. 50 year warranty cannot be beat! Their customer service was heads and tails the best, and ultimately why we chose Legit. Their price was a bit higher, but their customer service, attention to details, and quality of products earned our business and this review. They came to our home about 2 weeks later to do the install. Took about 2.5 days total for our 2800 sq ft home. The crews made sure at the end of each day to clean up after themselves, which as a parent and pet owner, I really appreciated. About a week after our roof was complete, Caleb, their quality control guy came out and did a walk around with us to find out how we felt about our new roof. We had nothing bad to say.
