I reached out for help fixing my side mirror that was knocked off. He came out to look at it asap…read moreand ordered a replacement. Took no time to install and I was on my way and it was much cheaper than going to the dealership. Fast forward a few days and my cars displayed an alert that my blind side detector was not working and I needed to see the dealer. Reached back out to Butch and he came out to diagnosis. We both figured it was due to the after market mirror I told him to go with and not one directly from the dealer. We were right. He ordered a new one that would fix the issue and was back out to install within days. Even though I should've gone with the dealer mirror initially, it was still much cheaper. His prices, service, warranty and kindness are unmatched. Highly recommend!

I called Butch to diagnose and repair my classic 87 Buick Grand National with an HVAC system that…read morehadn't worked since I purchased the car in 2018. Butch handled the diagnosis with precision and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of just guessing at the issue. Butch explained the problems in clear, simple terms, from worn components to tricky wiring that comes with age. What impressed me most was his respect for the originality of my vintage GM car. The A/C now runs ice-cold and the airflow feels just like it did when the car was new. It's rare to find technicians who understand the unique challenges of vintage GM HVAC systems, but Butch absolutely delivered. Honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft--if you own a classic GM, this is the man to trust

There was a leak between my car's windshield and the joint. I had gone to a car glass specialist…read moreand even called my car seller. The handling they proposed was to remove the windshield and get it replaced with a new joint. The price asked was between $200 and $750. I met Randy at Drew Street Auto Repair and he handled the problem in half an hour for a fraction of the above price. I really appreciated their care and professionalism. Thanks again.

We've been going to see Dan Martin with all of our family cars for over the last decade. We always…read morefeel like we're being treated more than fairly and we've never had to come back to redo anything or fix something other than what was fixed, that sort of thing. Dan himself seems to really love what he does because he's always over there even though he could easily retire by now. I always feel a bit more confident knowing that the person who's doing the work actually enjoys the work. The same seems to be the case for Rich who has been working at Dan's new location for about 40 years. When Dan acquired the Drew Street location (he used to be in downtown Clearwater), Rich had already been working there. What you get at All Round is a couple of really seasoned mechanics who know what they're doing and have probably worked on every model of car on the road. They also repair trucks of all shapes and sizes. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else. Dan is the man, and so is rich!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this auto repair shop. From the beginning,…read morecommunication was poor and customer service was lacking. I was never provided with an estimate for the repairs. I was told that parts needed to be ordered, but after that, I received no updates regarding the status of my vehicle or any delays. The shop never called to explain what was happening. Every update I received came only because I contacted them myself. Being left completely in the dark about the progress of my vehicle was frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase down information about repairs that are being performed on their own vehicle. The lack of communication and transparency left me questioning whether I was being treated fairly. While I cannot say for certain why this occurred, the experience was concerning enough that it made me wonder if bias may have played a role in how I was treated. I expected honesty, communication, and respect as a customer. Unfortunately, this shop failed to meet those basic expectations, and I would not recommend them based on my experience. It took two trips and $50.00 to receive absolutely no resolution to the issues on the Air Lift system for my 2020 Dodge Challenger. Thanks for nothing Aaron's!
