With nighttime lows in the single digits it was a concern. He was super nice, and let me know the price difference if I waited until morning, that our house would be fine for one night and not have frozen pipes, and also that it would be better worth our time to have him come when he can get parts right away. He had our furnace repaired within 45 minutes and we finally have heat. Also, he helped save us money on our very tight budget. In less than 12 hrs, our heat is on and the house is almost warm again. We gave them a fair chance to take responsibility for this before posting a bad review by sending an email and certified letter to them with repair invoices (costs we incurred) and photos of the flood damage asking for reimbursement (under 3k), but they took zero responsibility. Despite being the last ones to touch the pipe they sent me a lengthy email back blaming the people that installed the furnace five years prior when the house was built, claiming it was installed incorrectly! Can you imagine?! Mind you these people have serviced our furnace the last three years and never once mentioned a faulty installation as part of their duty to let us know if something with our furnace wasn't right!!! I would absolutely not use this company unless you're willing to have your house flooded due to their negligence and then get stuck with the bill ontop of the stress of your brand new home being damaged. There's only one technician, and it's clear they're overwhelmed, but that still doesn't justify how rude and unprofessional the phone staff are. When I expressed my understandable frustration over yet another cancellation, they actually told me I was "not being respectful." Really? What happened to listening to your customers and understanding their point of view? It's clear they don't care about their customers at all--no accountability, no apology, just defensiveness and attitude. I later checked their reviews (wish I had done it sooner) and saw nothing but 1-star ratings. It's honestly no surprise. It took them two full weeks just to get back to me after I inquired about renting a washer and dryer. Then out of nowhere, I received a random text asking if I was still interested--no apology, no explanation. We scheduled a delivery, which was then rescheduled because of the stairs in my townhome. That part was understandable. They said they'd come on another day when someone named Liston had help from his 15-year-old brother--which already seemed unprofessional. When they finally showed up, they dropped the washer in my hallway--right against an interior wall where my TV was mounted on the other side. The impact caused my TV to fall and break completely. I immediately asked for their insurance information, only to be told they don't have any coverage. When I requested they cover the cost of the damage they caused, they refused. In the end, they didn't even leave the washer and dryer--so they came into my home, broke my property, refused accountability, and left me with nothing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They are careless, uninsured, and take no responsibility for the damage they cause. This is the kind of business that gives Utah service providers a bad name.
