I wanted to give this salon a try, even though they have negative reviews but I learned the hard way. Pros: they'll take you in as a walk-in. Cons: By far, the worst nail salon in all of Vegas. The nail tech was nice but and I don't want to put her on blast. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure and she gave me the most basic and rushed service I've ever had. On day two the polish is coming off my nails because she didn't properly cure the gel polish. I will never go back here. Don't expect a relaxing experience, the techs will either rush through your service or take a long time on you and mess up. Had a gel pedicure here for the first time. I did the deluxe option $45 + $20 for gel $65 total plus tip. I was hoping this would be a treat as it was a step up from a basic pedicure. There was no massage other than a bit of oil, which she didn't rub in well and left my feet very slippery. I was pleased with the pedicure/nail painting, but other than that, it was just ok. She left behind the mask product on the back of my legs. I didn't notice until I sat down after I left. Absolutely the worst nail service I have ever had in my life! I had to go back same day for a crooked nail and then the next day after I finally said "What do I even do now? This was a brand new set done by Helen. I would NEVER RECOMMEND HER FOR SERVICES. One day later upset immediately after appt. I have lumps in my nail beds (lopsided thickness), the material is all over cuticle and apparently making my nail size match is not a priority. The photos are the same two nails on different hands and I have a huge nail and a smaller nail? How does that even happen????? Called manager she said come back I said I am Good! I wish we could do black stars. What a gross place I saw the nail tech take that metal disk inside and go straight to the next pedicure with it. Mines was already done they didn't notice I was watching. They used the same stone to scrub her feet the same dis inside the water that makes bubbles and the same files. I will never be back. I don't know what's up with all the negative reviews. Jj was amazing super attentive communication was great. I was sat within 5 minutes of being in the building. I used to come here all the time so much so anytime my mom needs her nails done she goes here as well I was shocked to look them up today and see them have such a low rating. The vibe was amazing clients were laughing with their techs as I walked in just genuinely enjoying their service. I received the deluxe pedicure it was completed within an hour of my appointment time and the service never once felt rushed. I was asked how I liked the color before gel top coat was applied and continuously asked how the water temperature was. Went to get a gel pedicure and manicure on 12/3. I called to make an appointment and went in during my scheduled time and everyone continued to carry on with their business, no urgency to greet me. Helene, who was a sweetie, finally asked if I had an appointment and I said yes and she said with who and I said nobody specific so she took me. I was going on vacation so accepted the mediocre customer service. During the pedicure she was aggressively picking at my nails with the cuticle nipper, I also noticed during the service that her instruments were incredibly rusted. A couple days letter the polish was coming off and I noticed that I was injured under my nails. The first picture was taken on 12/7. The subsequent photos were taken on 12/23, took the picture with the polish on to show the injury to the nail beds was there and made at the salon. read more

I can't remember my technicians name but he was the only male working around 10am. He first cut my toe with the nail clippers which bled a little and then for the rest of my time there he talked about EXTREMELY inappropriate things. Things I can't repeat because they are graphic and sexual in nature. He gave me a "discount" on my pedi for as he put it "cutting my toe" but in my opinion the entire service should have been comped. I didn't say anything when I was there because I was uncomfortable confronting him and I just wanted to get out of there. I DID email them a picture of my toe and the concerns I had and haven't heard back yet I'm mostly concerned that he may have been on drugs because of his behavior and the way he talked to me. I really wanted to like this place, I even took the time out to read all the yelp reviews, but I decided to give it a try despite all the negative reviews, because I do realize that sometimes people are just extremely hard to please. Never do I give poor reviews unless they're warrant, but I feel like people should know what they are in for. I walked in on Monday, May 17, I paid $55 for a dip powder manicure ($65 in total with a $10 tip).. By Saturday, May 22, the majority of my nails were lifting or had cracked on the corners and edges where you could see my original nail now. I always get my nails dipped at my original salon I just didn't have time to go this one time because it's across town, and since I was in this area I thought I'd give this place a try. Never had I had an issue before with my nails cracking or lifting with dip powder matter in fact they last more than three weeks usually when I get them done at my normal salon. So unfortunately the reviews are true, I definitely expected my nails to last more than six days, so of course I am extremely disappointing. It's definitely a waste of money. I had 2 wonderful nail techs who made me feel super comfortable. I went in for pedicure and a gel manicure to feel pampered before having my baby. The quality of the work wasn't great. Both of my big toes were very smudged (I didn't really notice until later that day) and wasn't due to me as I didn't hit them on anything and wore the appropriate footwear. Seeing as I was 40 weeks pregnant, I didn't have time to go back and have them fixed. About a week later and all the polish on both hands started lifting on all sides. Here's the reality...high cost, poor quality. These are the same nail techs and ownership as Pink Nails across the street. Unfortunately the quality is the same at both locations. Linda and Jimmy, the owners, used to to my nails when they opened and they were amazing but since they no longer operate out of their salons the work is not worth paying $75 for. Mediocre work for top dollar. When getting gel, they don't cap the edges and they paint beyond the cuticle line. It chips and peels to keep you coming back. read more

Second time I came my nail polish was already chipping after two days of getting them done. Third time I came, I make an appointment for 1:30 and the lady said she has no appointments set for that time and I will have to wait another thirty minutes. I went there for a pedicure before when Liam worked there. He was great. He was very derailed with his service. He is no longer working there. I called today to see if they could fit me in. I was told on the phone that they could fit me in if I came in right now. Mai it took me less then 8 minutes to get there. When I walked in all of the Technicians were busy And I stayed giving them a chance. After waiting water for about 10minutes I asked how much long before a technician would be available or just how much longer would my wait be. The response was shortly. I ask what does shortly mean.
