The salon staff are kind, welcoming, accommodating, and provide such a relaxing atmosphere that I nearly fall asleep every time I come in. Annie has been my go-to nail tech for multiple years now. She does quality work efficiently and I appreciate her precise and detailed work. Most of the time I just need a gel set/fill with polish but she does phenomenal design work on the occasion that I request it. I just show her an inspiration pic on my phone or tell her anything unique I would like added and she works her magic. I love that she always shapes my nails to perfection. I like that it's around the corner from where I live but the lady with longer black hair gonna tell me your toes go one way and the other big toe go another way. I've been getting pedicures since I was 18 and I'm 38 now and NEVER have anyone said this to me.. that was so rude my opinion to talk about someone's big toe being crooked. Amazing service Got my pedicure here the first time and they fast service. Then i came back to get my hard gel full set with pedicure. I didn't get an appointment it was last minute decision. I came in on June 5th after a long day at work. It was also my birthday week so I went in. Ghelsea (i don't even know if i got the spelling right...lol) did my nails. I came in with a design in mind, and while they couldn't do it (which is fine), the first lady who worked on my nails was incredibly rude when I said I didn't like the flower design she did. She made me feel so bad about it that I started tearing up. She even pointed out that my nail was "crooked," which was completely uncalled for and made me feel awful as if my nail being "crooked" was the reason the design wasn't good. I still paid for everything, but I left feeling so disappointed and upset. Jessica ended up taking over and she was so kind, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I would not recommend this place at all. UPDATE: was on the phone afterward and expressed my concerns, and the receptionist I spoke with gave me attitude and hung up on me. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a salon. I left and cried in my car. The owner/ manager interrupted my service to ask my nail tech to finish her client for her (4 nails so essentially half the manicure) in the middle of my service so that she could start on another client. I was forced to sit and wait. I was not asked, I was told. I was also told it would take 5 minutes--it took 5 times that. I should have left then, but my tech had already shaped my nails and I had been in the salon for 2 hours at that point. My nail tech never bothered to apologize, which was really surprising and hurtful. No one in there respected me or my time. I came in for a REGULAR Acrylic full set. I asked about pricing ahead, and was told an acrylic full set was $45-$60. I specifically asked for a medium, soft-white French tip with REGULAR polish. After being forced to wait, I said never mind to French tips because we were nearing the third hour. She proceeded to try and charge me $80 (apparently she had put gel on after I asked for regular). Instead of admitting the mistake or discounting for the inconvenience, she had me sit back in her chair for another 40 minutes while she drilled off and cut every nail, and repainted with different polish. She didn't event bother to put a base coat over my acrylic nails before repolishing, so now the entire manicure is ruined with scratches and streaks. I still paid the $45 base pay, but I'm truly upset with myself for even doing that. This whole situation was wrong, and I'm not sure if it was a profiling situation, but please avoid going here. If I could give no stars I would. Regular gel manicure chipped after 4 days. The tail tech was very lazy and used a drill to remove my cuticle. It was a dry manicure which was so weird. She huffed and puffed to try to locate the color I picked, as if it was my fault. I wish I knew her name but her hair is shaved around her head with a tiny ponytail on top. She was also very rude to her coworker that doesn't speak English. Telling me the obvious. Avoid this salon. My daughter got her toes done at the same time . This is extremely unacceptable given how much they're charging. The lady who did my nails was super sweet, but the service was really poor. Look how bad these are. Also, be cautious of all the extra charges. I opted for gel-x, and they charge extra for everything--like trimming or shaping the fake nails. Really?! Additionally, they charge an extra $20 for chrome. So, if you get a manicure and pedicure, that adds up to $40 just for the powder, not even including any nail art. They mentioned that the powder for chrome is very expensive. It's important to be aware of any additional charges before receiving any service; otherwise, you might be surprised when it's time to check out. My total for the Deluxe Pedicure ($65) and Gel-X, which was also supposed to cost $65, ended up being $205 due to all the extra charges. Of course, I still tipped her 20%. I cannot recommend this place enough! The salon itself is beautiful and has a really good selection of acrylic and gel colors to choose from. Every tech here is talented and takes their work seriously. I've been going to Jessika for over three years as she is an amazing tech for gel manicures and pedicures. Her designs on my manicures never disappoint and I receive compliments on my nails every single time I get them done. She's very professional, skillful, and has a crazy eye for detail. Her care has allowed for my nails to be as long as they are with just some hard gel on top of my natural nail. I'm new to the area and decided to try this spot for the first time and I am extremely disappointed. I got a dip manicure- nothing special. Just one plain color and literally the next day after getting them done a corner of my nail broke. And two days later they started chipping as if it was gel I got done. I've never had this happen with dip powder nails and I've been loyal client of 3+ years to another nail salon. This place either doesn't know what they are doing or uses terrible quality stuff. I would have went back the next day to let them know about my nail if I wasn't out of town for a whole week traveling. Very frustrating to pay $60 for nails that barely lasted a day. I tried to treat myself today to a gel manicure. I'm normally a press-on nails type of girl. I also NEVER speak up when I don't like my nails at a salon. However, today I did. I told the woman I didn't like how see-through the glitter polish was, and that maybe we should do a base white coat first then glitter on top. She didn't understand me, picked a different see-through glitter and proceeded to use that. I told her again, I don't like that. You can see my nail underneath. The lady next to her had to step in and explain what I was trying to say. Then she got so frustrated and started huffing and puffing, throwing around her tools. I said "I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be difficult but it's not what I wanted." Then she finally took off the glitter and did white underneath, but only one coat. The white was spotty and bumpy. She used glitter on top and it still came out bad. At that point, I couldn't deal anymore. I just paid and left. What a shame... terrible experience. read more

One start is being generous. My girl friend spent all day here after being told they could do a design they indeed, could not. It's Christmas Eve, I brought her at 9:30 am ... it's not 2:04 pm and she's still in the chair ... without the nails she wanted. I politely asked if we could get a discount for the inconvenience of time and of course her not getting the nails she wanted ... their response was they could send us somewhere else to fix it. How will you fix what you couldn't do to begin with? Poor customer service, what makes you think she'd want to come back to your establishment? They only care about the dollar, not the person. I had taken a few off myself and ended up really messing up one of my nails, but she took great care to prevent any further damage. She also put together a plan to help get my nails healthy again.
