Ann did my pedicure which the massage was light and fast. I didn't even turn on the massage chair because she cut me so bad that it took a long time before it stopped. I let the receptionist know that she cut me and she said sorry there's nothing i can do. Horrible.

This place has recently gone down hill a lot. All they care about is getting paid and how fast they can complete the service. I have been going here for over a year and they have been completely going downwards. Today I was with Katie and she is truly the worst. I couldn't pick my gel color fast enough for her apparently and then when I do pick a color she said oh no you won't like that. Sadly will not be returning. read more

It's been over a year since I've visited this salon. Services requested were for a basic spa pedicure with polish & new acrylic manicure in less than an hour. Service and quality did not disappoint! I called and asked how much for a dip nail manicure and was told $50. I made an appointment for March 30. My techs name was Tracy and she seemed like she knew her trade. After she completed my service she told me the cost was $55 and when I asked why she said she had to remove my old color(thought that was standard procedure) but I paid for the service. By the end of the week 2 nails had popped off, I have never had this happen before with a dip manicure. By the following Monday (only a week later) I had 4 nails fall off. It was the worst manicure I have had in my life! I will never return and will not recommend this salon to anyone!! read more

this is my second time coming to this nail shop. I wish I would have knew about this nail shop when I first moved to Vegas 10 years ago this is the best nail shop I have ever been to since I've lived here. I will not be going nowhere else Tiffany did my feet and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her most nail shop says you get a massage and they only do it for five seconds. She did it for a good amount of time. I really appreciate that because I get swollen feet and ankles so it helps with my circulation. Thanks so much for your service read more

I was informed I had to wait another 30 minutes to get eyebrows done when there was nobody else in the shop with me and another African-American woman who's getting a pedicure. It seems that the shop will stop doing my nails to do eyebrows for an Asian lady, but when I just came to get a full set in eyebrows, I have to wait 30 extra minutes after waiting an hour. I feel as if there is no room for discrimination in North Las Vegas.

I was asked which service i'd like to go with and the woman immediately got to work. She DID however ask if the water was fine and turned it up for me bc i was begging internally. She didn't really speak but neither did I so.. that was fine i guess. I'm not too impressed with the work either, it's literally just fine lol but i still tipped a little. - That night my left big toe started throbbing and was in pain every time i stepped.. so.. let's hope everything is alright with that. I don't want to overthink or jump to conclusions. Overall i wasn't too fond of the vibe, my husband later texted me while i was in the chair and said "the women who were looking at us upon walking in were and still are definitely looking at us crazy". Fortunately I was off that day and able to go run an errand near by and come back. When I came back, Cindy was already setting up my pedicure tub. She always looks lovely dressed nicely. Never disheveled. She greeted me and invited me to the pedicure chair she had set up for me. She made sure the water temp was comfortable and offered me a beverage-water or soda. I accepted a water and began looking through the variety of color options. So many to choose from! I also was offered a pedicure menu to choose which type I wanted. I went with the deluxe. You get to select a scent for your salt soak, scrub, lotion & mask. I choose the Honey Tea ( I think lol). Cindy rakes her and pays close attention to detail. She even got into the aide walls of my big toes and removed the ingrown toenails I'm prone to. She was very concerned with my pain/comfort and asked if it was ok several times. Digging those suckers out can be very painful. She did a great job! All across the board she did a great job. I LOVE this salon. I've been coming to Ann for years now. Even though I moved to the other side of town I make the 45min drive because the quality of the products, the cleanliness and how dang GOOD Ann is at her job should cost way more than it does. This salon is clean clean clean! In the 8 years I've been going there I've never had a day when I thought anything looked the slightest bit dirty or used and re-used. They use Opi and Essie a lot which I like if I'm doing regular polish. I started doing nail dipping and I love it now too. Today June 2 was my first day out in public after the coronavirus shelter in place. I went to red persimmon nails in Aliante where Michelle, Stephanie and KEN took the absolute best care of me. I felt extremely safe and comfortable as it was obvious they are following all CDC recommendations and they are very strict about it.
