I love that they load the cup with an abundance of ice cream but I hate that you can't put the lid on without the ice cream spilling over. Either way, it was great and it hit the spot. I asked why she never came to the mobile pickup window where I'd been waiting, and her response was that it was "too much of a pain to open." That's honestly not an acceptable excuse, especially when a customer has already been standing there in the rain waiting for an order that was ready. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't the only issue. The ice cream itself was terrible. It tasted sour, was watery, and honestly just nasty. I threw it away after a couple of bites because I couldn't finish it. The location itself also isn't very inviting. There's nowhere to sit or enjoy your ice cream--it's basically just surrounded by parking lots with no real atmosphere. I'm very disappointed because I've been to other Bruster's locations and have always been treated like an actual human being. This location was the complete opposite. Between the poor customer service and the bad quality of the ice cream, I won't ever be returning to this location.
