I remember back in the day hahaha cold stone used to be friendly, welcoming and fun to visit. Not anymore. It doesn't seem to be only this location though, matter of fact is not a cold stone issue only. It is getting harder and harder to find good customer service. While there was a huge line this specific night we visited, the line was going out and around the door. Workers were working at a comfortable pace without a care in the world. No, I am not saying they should have been hustling and omg rushing and losing their minds, but at least care enough to acknowledge the people in front of you waiting for service while you go and put something away or pretend to mix the ice cream and even it out for the third time. No one was getting greeted or acknowledged, not even once they go to the counter. When one of the employees finally decided they had mixed the ice cream enough, or scrapped the cold stone enough times and refilled the half filled cookie container for the third time (2 cookies at the time) they would just ask "what can I get you" no hello, no thanks for waiting, what would you like? I don't know. The only person we had a good interaction with was the lady who jump on the register to check us out and at this point I felt like I needed to hurry up and go as to not hold up the line. I regret not getting her name to acknowledge her. Also, maybe someone could answer this but, they don't sing anymore when tipped... is that a company thing or just they don't do it anymore? The location in town center doesn't sign either so I was curious. Is kinda like when sonic stop with the servers in roller blades... sad :( I wish they would bring it back.

What better way to cool down then with Cold Stone Creamery? I went in with the anticipation of ordering the Reese's Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cup. Sadly, they were sold out. Only reason why I scored it 4/5. I ordered a smoothie this time around and I was not disappointed. Typically, I order one of their specialty ice creams but last minute changed my mind. Now, weekends are BUSY. Expect to wait. Not a lot of sitting area. Inside dinning is still not available. But they have outdoor tables....which are usually occupied. Parking is horrible. Plenty of places to eat and shop near by so parking can be scarce. I typically park near the main entrance for ease of entering and exiting.

This was my very first time ever having cold stone. We waiting in line for 40 minutes I was shocked. But they also had a new employee that was still learning a lot. We ordered two small chocolate cups, Cookie Mintster, and a strawberry banana smoothie. $30 The kids really enjoyed their ice cream they gave it a thumbs up! The Cookie Minster was good lots of flavors in one. The large ice cream was melting waiting for the smoothie. The smoothie was the best I would get it there before any other smooth place! The flavors were sooo good! One of the tables was dirty with napkins all over it( which is understandable with a non stop line) Parking is a little hectic m. But also has lots of other shops in the area!

I didn't personally order anything last night (Summertime), but my family did. I used to frequent this location faithfully years ago when I worked nearby...I loved the apple pie like ice cream with all the fixings: vanilla ice cream, butter pecan ice cream, pecans, walnuts etc. Wuuuu, the memories! Well one thing that has remained the same, the steady flow of patrons. I last visited this past Summer and the line was almost out of the door. My family was pleased with their order. While it isn't the best (milkshake and ice cream) they have ever had, they said they would return if asked. The pricing isn't too bad and sometimes you can catch a deal/coupon or two in the local newspaper. The service is pretty decent, but keep in mind everything is crafted to order. Check it out... Parking can be a headache... tight lot and a lot of other shopping in the area and they all share the spaces. Have fun and enjoy life :)

I was so impressed. Obviously the ice cream is delicious but what blew me away the most was how great the customer service was. They worked quickly and made our order perfectly , even with the changes I asked for. Plus, when I asked for a lid to take it to-go they were helpful in giving me an extra large cup to store my ice cream in to prevent any leaking. Highly recommended visiting this Cold Stone!

This place has gotten better and have other employees in the weekend that are not lazy like i've experienced on the previous occasions i've gone. The new ice cream this month is the yellow oreo cake and circus cookie flavors. It was quite crowded today but they had three people working to get the orders for our group of ten. I love ordering the cheesecake factory with half cheesecake/cake batter ice cream. It has a good balance of fruit and lightly sweetened. The seating here can be inconvenient for big groups but we still manage to grab extra chairs and come together. The taste is always good as far as consistency and flavors for their ice creams. You can redeem $5 off orders after accumulating 50points by inputting your number in their rewards systems.

Service was great! Very friendly staff. Fast service as well! The ice cream is always amazing, so I look for associates that seem happy. They did not disappoint. It is a tad bit pricy but everything is right now. Three cups were over $23 but I understand and the quality is worth it. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the womens room. They need to take some time and make it look less like a gross gas station restroom.

This is a neat place to get ice cream, but it is pricey. The ice cream is absolutely delicious though and made fresh. You can create your own mix ins or just get a signature ice cream. They mix up your ice cream in front of you. Depending on who works, they sing when they get a tip which is so fun. Sometimes the workers aren't really into the singing, but it is fun when they get into it. My favorites: Founders Favorite, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Strawberry Shortcake

Stopped into cold stone to get my son ice cream. This was his first time so he was happy to pick and mix his choices. I just stuck with strawberry ice cream. Nothing to rave about I will bring him again if he wants to attend.

This location always has awesome customer service. I noticed though, that every time I, or anyone else, leaves them a tip, they bust out into song. I always feel bad, because they low key sound like they hate it, so when my bf and I go in, we pay them NOT to sing, hahaha. Just whisper "you don't have to" as you put your tip in the jar, I'm sure they'd appreciate it. ANYWAYS - their ice cream is pretty decent. On a scale of creamy, "real" tasting ice cream to that cheap, super market foamy stuff, it's kind of in the middle for me. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about?! Their signature creations make up for it though! They have so many awesome combinations. Today, I tried the Cheesecake Fantasy: Cheesecake Ice cream with graham cracker pie crust, blueberries, and strawberries. I don't think the fruit they used was fresh (the strawberries looked like a syrup), but I liked it regardless! The graham cracker part was my favorite though. My bf got the Oreo Overload: Sweet cream ice cream with chocolate chips, double the Oreo cookies, and chocolate fudge. ALSO awesome! Their sizes come in Like it (Small), Love it (Medium), and Gotta Have it (Large). They offer a bunch of different add ins if you want to make your own and stuff like waffle cones/chocolate dipped waffle cones. They've got a frozen yogurt section in the back too!! I think I remember seeing $0.49 per oz.

Like it size cake batter ice cream with Oreos and rainbow sprinkles

This Cold Stone location has never failed me in all the years I have been coming here. The person helping me usually is friendly if it's not busy. When it is busy, like a Friday night, they aren't in the most bubbly mood. I get working in food can be stressful, but I feel bad for the kids who are excited to get their ice cream and to those customers that had to wait a long time in line when the workers speak unenthusiastically. We should all try to be in a good mood when there's ice cream around!

Ask the Community - Cold Stone Creamery

Do employees not sing anymore when tipped? Did I not tip enough? Last two locations I have been to didn't sing after we tipped. It was a nice thing that made cold stone "cold stone" and I miss it. Just wondering. Thank you.

I haven't heard them do this for a while now, either. I want to say since they've reopened from covid. I'm thinking maybe they were getting so many tips it was becoming overwhelming?…

Our cake was only $326 which was phenomenal because other places were charging $800-$1,000 for a 3-tier wedding cake. I really loved the user-friendly website they had. Ordering was so simple and easy and I was able to order a gorgeous pre-made, 3-tier cake, that Jessica and Erik were able to add our wedding colors to. The cake was a vintage style cake and it quite elegant. The top two layers were vanilla with the bottom being chocolate. The cake was delicious, moist, with the perfect amount of buttercream icing. The guests absolutely loved the chocolate as it had layers of what looked like fudge in between the layers or cake. The slices were a mile high tall and did I mentioned the moistness of the cake?! It was amazing. The vanilla was delicious as well, but the chocolate was the crowd favorite. Our guests loved the cake. We will be ordering from Jessica and Erik in the future for events and milestones. We also support veteran owned businesses. They were delivered on time but EVERY SINGLE cookie was broken into pieces. I immediately contacted the owner, Jessica, via email (that's the only way to communicate with them), she stated that UPS probably mishandled the package and I should send her pictures. UPS had no fault in this, as the box they were in was small and not sturdy and FRAGILE was not marked on the box. The box was squished. It was the way they were packaged and sent that caused the entire contents to be smashed. Once I sent her pictures, she would not respond to me any further, I sent 3 more emails asking for a refund and never got any response. I don't understand how a business can operate like that. I had to file a claim with my CC and finally received the refund. This Jessica does not care about her customers in the least, I was devastated that I could not use the planned cookies as favours for my daughert's shower and scrambled to get something else, 3 days before the event.

For the Bob's Burgers-inspired items, I tried the Hugo's Cheddar Hot Dog Croissant, which was definitely my favorite. It was a hot dog with cheese inside a croissant, and the flavor was really good. My only complaint is that everything was served room temperature. I really wish they had warmed it up because I honestly think it would have taken it to another level. A warm, flaky croissant with the melted cheese and hot dog would have been amazing. I also tried the Dutch Baby Cruffin. It was a cruffin with a filling inside (I'm guessing something like vanilla), but the flavor wasn't very strong to me. It wasn't bad it gave what it was supposed to give but it wasn't my favorite. Again, I think warming it up would have made a difference. For non-Bob's Burgers items, I tried the banana pudding cookie, and the dill pickle focaccia. The banana pudding cookie was good and tasted like banana pudding should. The dill focaccia wasn't really my favorite. It wasn't something I would go back specifically for, but I do think it could have been better heated up instead of being served cold/room temperature. For drinks, I tried the Marshmallow Blueberry Latte, which had house-made blueberry and marshmallow syrup, espresso, milk of choice, vanilla bean cold foam, and glitter. My sister tried the Gene's Chunky Blastoff Latte, which she described as tasting like chocolate milk mixed with coffee. Now, my latte was interesting. Personally, I did not love the blueberry flavor, but that is completely based on my own taste preferences. However, I will say the drink itself was actually a GOOD latte. The flavor was there. This is something I struggle with at a lot of coffee shops--places will advertise flavors like blueberry pie, cookies and cream, etc., and the drink just tastes like bitter coffee with milk and sugar. That was not the case here. You could actually taste the blueberry. I just personally didn't love that flavor combination. Someone who loves blueberry would probably really enjoy it. I would definitely come back and try another latte because I have confidence that they know how to make flavorful coffee. The shop itself was cute, clean, and had nice decor. There was enough seating, although it was busy when we went on a Saturday morning around 10 AM (not sure if that is typical or if it was because of the themed treats). There wasn't a line, but there were a lot of people inside, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. Since they opened at 7 AM, some of the Bob's Burgers items were already sold out, so if you're coming for a special event, I would recommend going early. Overall, I think Ginger's Sweets makes good desserts and good coffee. I also like that they do themed events beyond just Bob's Burgers, like their upcoming Twilight-inspired event. It's a cute place to visit if you enjoy creative treats, themed events, and fun coffee drinks. I would definitely return to try more of their menu!

If you recall a few months prior, I only had a slice of cake and fell in love. This time around, I ordered a sheet cake and some cupcakes for the kiddos. Everyone was thoroughly pleased! I only kept raving about this baker for months... the day came for all to taste and see what the hype was about! I ordered a strawberry lemonade flavor for the children and a strawberry champagne for the adults. This cake was super rich, I could only eat one good sized slice. But I made sure I had more for later. I think the cake lasted a good week and every day I had a slice and it kept tasting better and better. Now if you want to treat yourself, check her out! Her customer service is on point as well. I placed an order online and receive word via email about someone contacting me about my order. It may have been an hour that went by before I noticed an email in my inbox from the bakery. My daughter kept changing her mind on what type of party(ies) she wanted. As a result, I at least reached out to the bakery via email three times before my order was final and the flavoring and design was set. Each time the contact person, I believe it was the owner, she was super professional and continued to work with me and my different arrangements until everything was final. I understand she has tens maybe hundreds of orders each month, but she was focused on getting my order right and making sure I was satisfied. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend you give this baker a try. Make sure you check her office hours online, but I'm thinking someone is always monitoring the email. At this time with all the turmoil going on in the world, I believe she is offering delivery of baked goods. I noticed she's offering a KETO style cookie too. I think I am going to try those. real soon. Her masterpieces and gifted hands are worth every cent. Support local, Buy local! Have fun and enjoy life :)
