I have been going to Jenny and Andy long before this shop opened in their name. They have always done excellent work on my nails. I have been to many nail shops but none can compare to them. Jenny and Andy KNOW how picky I am and get it right every time. My nails last 3 and 4 weeks.....I never have a problem with them lifting, chipping, or any of my decorations falling off. I have always received excellent customer service, warmth, and smiles. Andy does all the 3D art and bling on my nails and people will stop me and ask where I get my nails done because no one does that kind of work. I always get my pedicures done there at the same time. Michelle does an excellent job and she has never hurt me or cut me. There has been a couple of times that one of the other ladies has done my pedicure and it was done just as good. My pedicures are so relaxing and the hot rocks on my legs and feet are wonderful. I know that this shop is run with good customer service in mind because I have been there getting my pedicure, and I have seen some people come back because they messed up their toenail polish or their fingernail polish and the person who provided the service will excuse themselves, smile and say it is ok, let me fix it. The problem is corrected and the customer leaves happy. I have seen customers treat employees like they are less, as if the employee is there just for them......really, if someone is that important why are they not paying for someone to come to their home and give them personal service??? My point to all this is this............I have been following Andy and Jenny for over 11 years. I would never leave them. I have tried other place and my nails have always chipped, lifted, pealed, and/or popped off. Andy and Jenny know what I like and know how to personalize my look so that my nails POP! They ALWAYS treat me and all my friends who I bring or recommend very well. I even take my little grandaughters there for their mani-pedis and they love it. They look forward to it because they are treated like royalty and allowed to pick any designs they want and it is soooo inexpenive. My gel nails lasted 3 weeks. That's great for a mom of 3. Prices are awesome. $40 for gel nails and pedi (including tip). Designs are an additional $5. They have a really large selection of nail designs. You can even take in a picture of what you want and they will free-hand design it for you. The salon is very sanitary although, I did notice they don't clean salon tubs between pedicures. I politely asked if the tub could be cleaned and my technician happily obliged my request. Appointments suggested. The longest I've waited without an appointment was 20 mins. I was even able to go in on a Sunday about an hour before closing and they happily accepted me with no appointment. I've been here twice and today will make my 3rd trip. My technicians were Lee and Jenny's sister and neither have let me down. read more

Jenny's is the best nail salon I've ever been to. But if you like your nails done like Plain Jane, better go and have your local pastor from tombstone arizona do them for you. Jenny's nails specializes in haute couture modern nail art, which means they Shao Lin master and bring the Bling onnnn!! And I always get stopped by both men and women saying "wow! Where did you get your beautiful nails done!?!" I tell them Jenny's nails girl! They don't disappoint! I have also never gotten any foot infections like I did at all the other salons where I had to put band aids all over my feet and the other salon's smelled like cornchips. read more

My friend & I ended up here, because the original place we wanted to go to was ridiculously busy & we had a wedding to attend. Jenny is so loud & ghetto. The two older ladies did our full sets & did a crappy job! I can't believe some people like the work they do, because from the pictures they posted, that is nothing to be pleased with. I recommend getting your nails done by all the lady's but the manager, Jenny!!! I've been coming to this salon for about a year now and all of the lady's have done an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure! I walked in as soon as they opened on a Friday. I was attended by Jenny and told her I wanted to get a manicure with gel and pedicure! The whole time she was doing my nails she wouldn't stop moving in and out of her chair or speaking over to her employees. I had left over name polish on my cuticle and Jenny said it was too hard to remove and didn't even try! Which was funny because that is an easy removal with NAIL POLISH REMOVER!! So she painted over the old nail polish with the Gel. It's amazing how she can be a manager and not know how to remove a simple thing. After I was finished with my Gel nails I had to match them with the shelf nails on non-gel polishes to match my toe nails. Which most of the time the Gel polishes have their matching pair. I was also charged full price and no discount for painting over the old nail polish that a professional manicurist couldn't remove. I don't recommend coming here and hope all her employees find a better environment to work. Jenny obviously isn't treating her customers right. This place was a total disappointment! I only went here as a last minute decision because my place I go to was closed and I really need my nails done. I got a full set and a pedicure and it was the sloppiest job ever done. The lady was rushing so much I ended up with uneven gel nails, which came out dull so she had redo them and a sloppier pedicure!!! She left nail polish smudged all over the cuticles and even on the top of my toes,also she left nail polish on my nail from the previous pedicure. I had to go home and clean it up myself smh. Ok I'm giving 3 stars because this place doesn't exactly suck but it's definitely a gamble ! First time I came in for a fill and lady named Jenny did my fill and also fixed the shape I previously had ( great job on that ) when it came to polish I noticed it a bit streaky but was patient to see if she was going to apply another coat ( which I believe what was needed) she wasn't going to but to my request she did and it fixed the streaks:) I left happy ... second time I came ... it wasn't busy and just like last time when I came almost all the ladies were eating lol ... I didn't mind they didn't have me waiting long .... this time I got a new full set and pedicure .... the lady that did my nails did a decent job with the shape although a little too long still even after I said shorter please like a million times but it was all good... although when it came to polish I wish I could say she did good in that area ... a little bumpy and around the cuticle not a pretty clean coverage I've gotten at other nail salons .... still I wasn't completely unhappy .... the lady after a while opened up seemed nice too .... 2 days later 2 nails broke then 2 days after that 1 other broke ... now I don't know if it's because I got them a little longer than usual ( but mind you I'm on maternity leave so I wasn't doing any crazy task when they broke , I was folding Blankets when one broke the other one your guess Is as good as mine , and my last one before I went somewhere else and had them trim them and fill them broke while putting shorts on! Lol i did go back the first time the first 2 broke it was like 6 bucks but still frustrating and also the time it took to go was a bit annoying ... cheap nails or too long ? I'll never know..... I've had long nails before but hey...... also when I went for the full set I find it interesting that a girl came in that day cuz she too broke a few nails :/ hmmm anyhow I probably won't be coming back only because I found another place closer to my house that so far no broken nails and nice ladies as well .... but if you like to gamble try this place it's not the worst but if you want fresh nails all around with nice paint job that don't break easily you might have to look again ! read more

I wish i can give a zero star my sister and i came here because of the 4.5 stars...long story short they cut my sister fingers and toes and the bleeding wouldnt stop so they poured alcohol! my nail lady didnt file massage or add cuticle oil or lotion. Every single one of my fingernails was a different size or shape even after she supposedly fixed it. So annoying and she was rude also when i asked her to fix it. Ok so they apologized and gave us a whopping two dollar discount. NEVER GOING BACK. And btw they dont sweep and they dont clean in between pedis so i wouldn't be surprised is someone gets an infection. And after ranting on my fb about it a few of my gfs had similar problems!!! Jenny the owner is incredibly LOUD and rude I am not exaggerating when i say her workers look scared of her as if she beats them! My fiancé and I went here just last night and we won't go back, at least not for pedicures! The women who work there were constantly talking amongst each other so loudly that we couldn't relax and enjoy our pedicures. Not to mention they were so focused on their conversations that they forgot about the ladies sitting in their chairs. It was a terrible experience, not worth the money spent for really bad job. Not to mention that they forgot to put a top coat on my polish, I had to do that myself when I got home!!!! We will be going someplace else from now on, not worth your time or money. read more

I would like to say as well that this place is not even worth a 1 star. My daughter and I made an appointment for 12:30 on Monday July 21st when we arrived they were busy and asked us to come back in 30 mins we were ok with that we went and walked around Burlington Coat Factory. When we came back they didn't even remember us from 30 mins ago but finally sat us down the lady that started my daughters pedicure started using a grinder to take her gel polish off and my daughter told her not do it like that they soak them with nail polish remover and foil. She continued to grind them and cut three of her toes so my daughter told her stop she didn't want her to it anymore the lady starting talking crap in her foreign language. So Michelle another employee who worked there was really nice and talked my daughter into letting her finish the pedicure. She did a nice job but the next day my daughters toes We're all red bruised and the gel polish was coming off again Michelle was very nice JENNY just has cheap gel polish. So my daughter called and talked to JENNY the manager and asked her to refund her money because she did not want a third person messing with her feet that were extremely sore. Jenny hung up her and said she would not return her money. So we went down to the shop to talk to her in person and she was very very rude walked away from us saying no refund she don't do that. So we had a huge argument in her facility in front of other customers so unprofessional. Andy gave my daughter back $12 dollars from a $34 dollar gel pedicare. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE BACK. THERE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Also when were there there was another customer in there complaining from the day before when she was there on her gel manicure that it was pealing off and they wouldn't give her money back either only hv someone else redo. When I lived in Riverside I went here all the time and I loved my nails. Years later, I cant say the same I wanted yellow tips with stars embedded in the acrylic because I have young kids and I didnt want the stars to scratch them. All I got was metal stars with clear polish on top and they were sharp and popping up so I had to fix them. After asking twice, Andy, still didnt do what I asked and im beyond unhappy. I paid him to do my nails; but I had to fix them. It's been less than a week and I already need a fill and that totally sucks I dont know why their work isnt good anymore but im never going back I told Jenny I wanted acrylic toes but she just painted my toes and said that she will do acrylic the next time when they grow out but thats not what I wanted. Jenny and Andy use to be good and I dont know what happened but they suck now and I wont ever go back. if you want good acrylic nails and toes; go somewhere else. Came in on a busy Saturday afternoon and expected to have to wait. I felt very rushed through the process. The girl cut me multiple times with the filing board and shaped my nails very awkwardly. There is a big dip in the acrylic at my cuticles and she didn't clean up the acrylic that got on my skin past my cuticle so the edges are very jagged and keep getting caught in my hair. No Star...people are forced by default to give one ...this shop is a negative 5 star shop . The owner/manager, who goes by the american name Jenny, is super ghetto and extremely unprofessional. You are more than likely to be unsatisfied coming to this establishment for one reason or another. I've noticed that when you are not pleased and try to get anything corrected, Jenny, yells at the customers and will find all types of excuses to insinuate that it's the customers fault because additional services are necessary in order to obtain quality service, obviously to make more money. I watched a black lady ,very politely and professionally, request someone to fix her nails because she was not satisfied ( with a polish change mind you) and Jenny, who never went to look at what the lady was complaining about, began to badger the lady about additional services she should have gotten in order for a polish change to be professional she then went on to insult the lady saying racially motivated things like "it's always you people complaining just wanting something free" that's when I realized this was not a shop for me ...the lady never asked for anything free she simply asked for her nails to be fixed because the polish, that I observed, was clearly all on her cuticles and fingers and lifting and the lady had just had the service done minutes before and had'nt left the shop ...the police had to be called because the lady waited for another hour trying to get her nails fixed and then asked for her money back because she was being taunted the entire time she waited for someone to fix her nails, which the very loud and ghetto Jenny refused ...bottom line .....Horrible!!!!! Unprofessional!!!! Inexperienced!! Unsanitary!!! I will never visit this establishment again and suggest anyone who wants quality, professional work to do the same. Jenny created a hostile environment by yelling at the customer and cursing and then blamed the customer. Incredibly unprofessional nail shop ..cheap isn't always good .. My mom got her nails done here and they turned out terrible!! She asked for a French manicure and it looked like she dipped the tips of her nails in white paint and shook them around. I returned for a fill on my nails and a pedicure let me just say I went on a week end it was packed but I still got serviced as a walk in which is great!! I FELT like IT WAS a total waste of $ and time they were multy tasking on me I was getting a pedicure and a fill all at the same time Resulting in no massage On the chair while I got a pedicure no relaxation what so ever The girl says I couldn't enjoy the massage while getting my pedicure since the movement of the chair would interfere with her doing my fill DId I Mention she applied the wrong kind of pink powder on my nails she applied the ligher pink tone when I had the middle pink tone so the fill was crappy you can see where the nail growth of the fill is at No cover up o what so EVER of the old regrowth fill was horrible.... I tried their pedicure Huge MISTAKE the girl I got was terrible she did not remove the cuticles from my toes nor did she scrub the bottom of my feet her massage was Horrible!!!! Basically she did A HALF FAST JOB SMFH DISAPPOINTED she worked on me too fast and mind you customers for pedicures were not many just myself and two more girls that were getting worked on no one else waiting on pedicures!!! I had to explain to her several times what I wanted she could not do none of the designs I wanted like the zebra prints leopard spots and so forth so finally I asked her to do white tips ugh she could not do the tips thin enough so I finally had her do a solid color.. Annoyed because she did not apply clear on my toe nails to protect it from damaging my nail bed.. So finally she had another girl finish the rest of the work by applying the design I wanted on my toes the design came out nice but the over all service on the pedicure was AWFUL... I will never again get my pedicures done here again and the fill on the acrylics never again lucky I only get acrylics on special occasions but other than that I will stick to my usual spot were they are rude but get the job done right most of the time smh I really need to find a good nail place for both acrylics and pedicures.... acrylics don't even look like a picture I showed them and did I mention they apply gel to the accessory you put on your nail which ruins the look even after I told her not to she said she had to apply gel and stick my fingers under the fluorescent light so that the accessory wouldn't fall off and last longer well It looks ASS UGLY ALL BIBBBLED UPAND MELTED TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER AGAIN TEAR TEAR JUST when I really thought I had found a perfect place.... I been going there for years since 2001...I only go there for pedicures..before they had Jenny there..Now with Jenny Nails their service has declined..I personally dont like the idea they don't spend anymore time massaging your feet..just a quick gentle rub here and there was not enough for what was paid for..no matter what kind of pedicure you were talked into the time they spend "massaging" your feet, and when you asked them for changes or something such as..oh theres a bubble on the tip etc...they complained ( seems to me) in their language..makes me feel uncomfortable. Who knows what the heck they talking about! I am an asian american myself and I feel its rude to speak in a different around your customers..I also think for health reason we shud be given our own nail kits and accessories when working on our nails...disgusting ans repulsive me to think I am sharing those tools they use on other people and then on me. For the price we pay I think we should at least have that. I stopped going there after she had cut me and made me bleed..all she said was "sorry" and this was Jenny herself who worked on me. Never again..I wouldnt recomment my friends or family to them. I found a new place at the Riverside Plaza and they had much better sanitary place to go and makes me feel comfortable. FYI...after your pedicure service is done and the tools they use on your feet..watch where it goes, back in her nail kaboodle box instead of a sanitary heat. I used to go to a nail salon called "top city nails" I stopped going due to the fact that the owner was very rude and unprofessional . So I heard about "Jenny's nails" and I started going there . They were nice at first and very busy. So as time was going by i started noticing my nail on my thumb started to rotten I am guessing it was fungus.! I told one of the ladies and they just told me "it happens it will get better" so I let it slide . So one day I was at work and out of no where my nail breaks and pulls off my real nail on my thumb , It was the most painful thing ever I started bleeding and seriously wanted to cry . I then went back and they told me they don't know why this is happening .! So I seriously didn't think nothing bad I let it go . And I waited a couple months till my nail would grow back.! This has never happened to me ever ever .!! All 7 years of getting acrylics this has never ever happened !! I then went back to Jenny's nails thinking it wasent their fault . And I got a full set and I started noticing my new finger nail starting to get fungus again, now this time for sure I knew it was them.!! I started paying attention to everything they do.! They don't disinfect NOTHING at all!!!! When people get pedicures the ladies don't wear gloves and don't wash there hands . They just rinse out their tubs where u put your feet in . It was just awful too see . As time went bye my nail had fallen off again and my real nail had fallen off ! I was so upset .!!! I went back to my old place and saw that they had a new owner and she was amazing .! I started getting my nails done again there and didn't have no problem with my nails at all!!! I WILLLLL NEVERRRR GO BACK TO JENNYS NAILS AGAIN!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY R RUDE AND DO SUCH AN AWFUL JOB!!! THEY R NOT CLEAN AT ALL!!! I got fungus on my nail cause of them and my real nail fell off twice!!! I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN !! They DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR.!!!
