First time and had a very nice and pleasant experience. Was able to accommodate a last minute appointment. The massage area is public, meaning you are all in one big room, but still the environment was relaxing with people speaking in hushed tones and cell phones were silenced. It was not packed and everyone was masked up so I did feel comfortable and safe. I did the back and foot combo and the male therapist was strong, attentive and skilled. FYI, I only saw male therapists and as a 411 you should bring cash to tip the therapist directly at the end of the treatment. You can pay with card for the session, but not for the tip. I had paid the extra $6 for the hot stone treatment to be added on to the one hour foot massage. The person forgot to do the hot stones and so I had to remind him. He did about two minutes on each side and that was it. I thought that the massage was basic and not great. I told This to the short guy out front when he expected me to leave a tip. I told him that I wasn't happy with the hot stone that I paid extra for. It didn't even phase him. This isn't the first time that I've told the guy out front that I wasn't happy with the overall experience and that there were things that were lacking. He still expected me to leave a tip. When I said that I wasn't going to leave a tip, he told me not to come back. There is absolutely no Customer Service at this place at all and I've come here several times I paid for the service. The tip is extra if I was happy with the service itself if you go, just know you are expected to pay a tip whether the service is good or not. read more

This was my first time here. I only give a four star instead of five because most Foot massage places I go to give you a good stretch and touch everything on your body - spending some time on your arms, hands, back and hands. I got a combo foot massage & back ...and I got an extra 30 mins of time because it has been a rough month and I needed more attention everywhere! I was pretty disappointed when they said 'finished' and the only thing that had been touched was literally my back and feet. I had to ask for my hands and arms afterwards and we spent 3 mins there. Henry massaged the crap out of my back and feet though! He was great! After talking with the manager, he was doing what he is supposed to, so I don't fault him for the lack of attention to other places. The place was clean and quiet and the staff were nice....and I got a sip of wine before going to the table. I don't live in the area, so it maybe a while before I return ..I just know now that I have to specifically ask if I want massaging anywhere other that feet and back. read more

The overall experience was just okay, however I did take away points for it being a little bit loud from the employees in the breakroom and my therapist cleaning his nose and throat every 15 minutes...not exactly what I want to hear when I'm trying to relax. The chairs were not that comfortable and my back hurts more leaving than it did going in. They say they do the hands but it was literally for like 15 seconds and he also spent way more time on my left leg than my right. Like it, didn't love it. Most reflexology spas I go to use lotion on your body. This location only uses it on your feet and legs. Somewhat disappointed that the back and neck massage was all rubbing on top of clothes. Massage was still ok. I would've given this place a higher rating if they wouldn't have put me right next to the door where I could hear the front desk staff, every customer walking in and out, and the man next to me snoring quite loudly for the entire massage. read more

What a long 6 months of a pandemic with my trusty Gen Foot Spa! Was so happy to see they were open for business. Everyone has a mask. The massage areas are distanced. Even had a temp scanner and plenty of sanitation available. I have been avoiding going places by felt completely safe! I was out visiting family in OC and needed a quick massage before my flight back home, and needed to kill some time. I didn't want to get one at the airport because they are way to expensive there. GPS led me to the back of the building which worked out fine because there was plenty of parking AND the front of the building is on an extremely busy street. The office is quiet and clean. The gentleman and the lady at the front desk greeted me upon arriving and were very nice. They were able to fit me right in. The masseuse was super attentive and made sure to check in with me periodically to make sure the pressure was fine. That hour went by quick! I felt great afterwards. Each person who has done my many massages was really good at something different. So it's always a treat to see who I get. Haven't been disappointed yet. Hot rock is mandatory for an extra $5. Tried the aromatherapy too. Which would have been nice. But couldn't smell it as you lie face down in those sanitary liners. So couldn't smell the yummy lavender. Just make to to let them know what pressure you would like when you make your appointment (especially if you like deep pressure) so they have someone available. I have been coming here since they opened, but today will be my last visit. Today I came in for the hour back massage. The massage usually starts with the sheet over and the therapist will start by stretching you out. This time I was waiting for the actual back massage to start, but he kept the sheet on and was just using his elbow for about a half hour. I asked him when the lotion/oil portion of the massage was going to start, and he said yes and continued elbowing over the sheet. Now thirty-five minutes into the massage I ask him did I order the wrong massage? After that he proceeded to the massage that I ordered. On my way out they asked me how was the massage and I said what happened. I asked her if the massage was supposed to be an hour above the sheet and she said no. And said nothing else knowing the service that I paid for was not provided. Terrible service and terrible customer service. read more
