I bring them challenging jobs, and every time am blown away not only with the perfection of the end result, but their can do attitude and ingenuity in coming up with solutions to my impossible requests. All this while being cognizant of exotic interior materials, never causing any stains or abrasions. You cannot tell they were there, except for the tint. I have been using the Nano-Ceramic film. It has very impressive specifications, but the real life experiences with this are nothing short of amazing. With direct California sun on a 100° day, there is no perceptible heat on your skin. Genesis applied the Xpel clear protection film on my front bumper, lights, door handle cups and behind my wheels one year ago. I had to replace a headlight under warranty recently so I went back to them for new film on that light. I also had them install the clear guard on the rear bumper by the luggage opening. I have driven 17k miles and I don't have a single blemish on my paint. The front has been coated with bugs, I hit an orange cone at Thunderhill Raceway and the only thing I had to do was polish the smudge from the front bumper - it all still looks perfect. Took my 2015 Charger here after getting them tinted some where else previously who had messed up not only my tint but deep scratched my glass! I found this business from googling the best window tinting in Elk Grove and was pleased to see all the awards they had won and the good reviews on yelp. I messaged them through yelp to ask for a quote, the manager promptly emailed me back and gave me our options. After getting the go ahead from my husband, I called to ask for their soonest appointment, as we were leaving town at the end of the week. The girl I talked to was so kind and helpful and fit me in for Thursday. When we brought the car in, they showed us our options and we chose from there. When we got the car back that night it looked a thousand times better with the tint and we were very pleased! The manager had come out with us and the front desk worker to show us a spot on our side window wipers where the hot air gun had melted it a bit(as it is winter and doesn't adhere as easily without it like it does in the summer). He had let us know that he called Honda right away and would be receiving a replacement part the next day and they would replace the part they had damaged. They ended up giving us a discount from their mess up on top of the discount for checking in on yelp. I was so pleased at how he handled the situation and will definitely return to them if and when we get another new car. I would highly recommend getting your tinting done with them. I requested a quote late one evening and I was able to set up an appointment the very next day! Their response was overwhelmingly informative and quick. I had all my car windows tinted and a visor strip for the front windshield -- I was in and out in about 2 hours! Workmanship is phenomenal, with no bubbles or peeling whatsoever. I had worries about the visor strip not being able to adhere to the dot matrix, but after a few days the tint settled nicely and there are no imperfections to be seen. A little history: back in '03 I had my 2002 Honda windows tinted at this place on Franklin Blvd, and was never happy with the job they did. A wonky, unevenly cut edge here, some lint stuck there...it was not a horrible job, but I am a perfectionist, which means, well, I want it PERFECT. Fast forward to 2010, and I have a new 2010 Honda and was searching for a place to get the windows tinted. I saw several good reviews for Genesis, and checked out their website--I could just tell by their website they would do a good job (competing in tinting competitions? I had no idea there were such things!). Plus, they only tint windows, they don't install car alarms, stereos, or wheels. They did not fail me, the tint is perfect--no weird edges, bubbles, gaps, or funny looking spots. It's literally perfect. They were very professional, the guy on the phone asked me what I was looking for in tint and explained all the options and pricing. They got the job done quickly; phone guy said it would take 2.5-3 hours. I arrived at noon, by the time all the paperwork and business was done they took my car away at about 12:15, and it was done at 1:45. I don't know if they pull a "Scotty" by telling me the warp drive will be fixed in 3 hours when it really takes 2, but I don't care, I was happy to be out of there in an hour and a half. Be aware, they are more expensive (and I did get the spendy ceramic tint) than other places, but I would rather pay more and get professionalism and quality work. Plus, the place is located on a quiet, out-of-the-way street in old Elk Grove, so I didn't have to go to the ghetto. read more

I was a walk-in customer on a weekday morning and Kristy at the front counter was very helpful in squeezing me in to their already busy schedule. She explained the various tint choices and gave her recommendations for my vehicle. Typical install for 5 windows takes about 4 hours for one installer, but since I was waiting in the lobby, they doubled-up and had 2 installers working on my tint job. At the 3 hour mark, the manager came out and said they were almost done, but he wasn't satisfied with one of the windows and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting another 20 minutes while they installed a new sheet. The results were perfect! The tinting is flawless and expertly installed without any blemishes. I am very satisfied with Genesis customer service and highly recommend, especially if you are in the Elk Grove area.
