I would give this location zero stars if I could. We ordered two bowls and a kids bowl and only the kids lo mein was correct. They messed up both bowls by mixing up the ingredients and giving us each others sauces on the incorrect bowls. It was so upsetting because we had this delivered through the app and it was impossible to get ahold of someone. My husband had to drive 25 minutes to their location. Menus were collected before 1 member of our party even ordered (a teen), so when the test of us received our food, it was discovered that he never even ordered. No offer of a discount to compensate, so we just had to wait for him to order and then eat. Even better, the place was filthy (incl the men's restroom) and the self-serve Hibachio bar reeked of rotten meat. First, no parking - all front spaces are dedicated for pickup. They redecorated-looks like a cheap sandwich joint. The servers forgot we were there. The selections were reduced in all categories- no fresh pork, no greens, no dragon or Mongolian. A glass of flavored tea will cost the same for refills! No little bottles of soy sauce-just packets! Was a pleasant surprise. Just stopped into town briefly. Plenty of spaces playing pop and ambient music. Very filling meal. Huge variety of 90+ meats vegetables and grains and pastas. The siracha chicken was delicious in particular and highly recommend along with the ginger spicy soy sauce as a base to your dish. The only negatives were the shrimp weren't Deveined and that I ordered triple fried rice and didn't get much rice in the final (large) bowl. But definitely recommend it. read more

SoooI I just got my food from Genghis Grill and this is ridiculous! My son's teriyaki bowl consisted of a few cubes of chicken, white rice and some broccoli! My create your own regular size bowl was missing half the ingredients and the whole thing fit into a small coffee cup! We won't even talk about he large bowl my husband got! He just looked at it and laughed! We have eaten here in person plenty of times and never had a issue, o night I guess the manager on duty said to hell with it! By the way, I called to let Bailey WHO SAYS SHE IS THE MANAGER know that we were missing half the ingredients and she sat quietly and then asked if I was disappointed in the halibut tho!?? She obviously wasn't listening. I spent over $60 for delivery to get chicken and ice, some other crap and a receipt with ever food in the restaurant on it! This is BS! My husband didn't even bother to give me a pic of his. His motto is We are done with them...next! We decided to come here to see what it was about since it was close to home. So glad we did. The server Amber was super nice. She explained how the menu worked. Was very attentive and had a very down home personally. We ordered the Teryiaki Chicken (medium bowl) and the Kung Pow Steak (large) bowl. Both were super delicious. We didn't do the 'create your own' since it was a little confusing and it was our first time here. The chicken was very tender but the steak was a little rubbery (per my husband). The only downside was the music. I'm not really into rock music. But fortunately it wasn't too intrusive. We got our military discount (yay) so we were happy. They do have a bar with draft and bottled beer and $5 margaritas. We will return since the food was good and the atmosphere was great. And its just off the freeway with great parking. read more
