GREEN curry completely snow white without flavor
    Hasmukh A.

I ordered green curry. This completely white dish arrived. I called the restaurant and the young lady states that they no longer put green curry food coloring in it. The food tasted like coconut nut milk without spices. Completely bland. Very disappointing. I've always trusted them before.

Tom kha soup is super fresh and highly recommended. All veggies, meat optional. If you like spice, level three is perfect.

Jasmine Thai in Woodland Hills is one of the most elegant vibes you can go to late night. They're literally open until 2 AM. Customer services always top-tier it's a family owned restaurant so you feel welcomed and the food is made to order so it's always fresh. They have the best Thai soup and Chicken Pad See Ew . You don't have to, but I ordered pineapple and baby corn in mine don't knock it till you try it. Lol and tell them that I sent you.

Doesn't look like it but it taste burnt and lacks sauce.

Been going here for years and the prices keep going up and up on top of that just spent $70 on (3) items and the orange chicken had NO sauce and was burnt. Safe to say this will be the last time I come here.

Second time here. Both times food has been yummy! Green curry has a light spice, we ordered spice 2 which was perfect not too spicy but enough to enjoy Combination Fried rice was perfect to my taste the meat was tender loaded in flavor and the shrimp tasted so fresh perfectly cooked had that good light crunch when you bite in. Pad Thai is a favorite noodles were cooked perfectly while all the flavor came through together perfectly!! I want to say thank you to the owner! Her friendly smile and tone made it worth while She was very friendly and funny I love an owner who takes pride and greets their customers like we're neighbors (cause we are) Thank you !

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. It ended up being a smaller location than expected but that did not change the experience. The music playing was nice and the service was fairly attentive. The food came out very fast and was plenty for 2 to share. The Mongolian beef also comes with a side of white rice. We got a Thai tea and that had right amount of sweetness. A nice side note, the ice they use for their drinks is great! We will come by again no question.

Poor bad customer service how you treat customers that support your business should not be in business

Whoever was working between 8:15 and 9:00 PM should be held accountable. I placed an Uber Eats order about 45 minutes before closing, and it was canceled right at 9 PM with no message, no call, nothing. You had me waiting the entire time, and I could've gone to another Thai restaurant. Nobody answered the phone, and I was left completely in the dark. That's disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope you learn to treat people better and have the basic courtesy to notify them when their order is being canceled -- not leave them hanging and ignore calls. The owners should be ashamed to have employees like this. And if it was the owner -- even worse. I've supported this place many times and brought friends and family. After tonight, I'm done. You've lost a loyal customer. Show some respect to the people who keep your business alive.

Let me say this place was amazing. Not only was the pad see ew was so yummy I get it at a #2 spicy and it was perfect. Also got the platter combo to sample and everything was nice a crispy. The woman working the front was so kind and generous. The place itself was decorated nicely and clean. Would recommend.

Look at the Pho noodle they used here, ive been eating Pho and Pad Thai my whole life cuz im Asian

I ordered 3 chicken Pad Thai togo because I really liked it when I DoorDash before the noodle was not soggy and chewy. Very tasty. Today when got home all 3 boxes was the thinner white rice noodles that use for Pho which has soup not ideal for stir fried. Called the front lady back she said no this is what we always used , we can change something else but not pad thai yeah I'm already 45 minutes away which im not coming back but they gave me broken soggy noodles and no where to be seen the chicken. Disappointed NEVER COMING BACK

    Papaya salad with old cabbage

We've frequented this restaurant for many years and were basically satisfied most times. But I'm very disappointed this past visit. I got the papaya salad, and was enjoying it at home as we got take out. When I unrolled a piece of the cabbage to eat, it was obvious the cabbage was old and/or not washed. After just getting over food poisoning from another place, I wasn't about to finish this.

I didn't feel like cooking since I worked 12 hours today. I felt like having Thai food; sure thing my husband calls me and suggests to dine here. As soon as we opened the door to the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Gosh, I needed that so bad( since I had been dealing with a narcissistic boss)!!! Everything inside was simple, nice and clean. In the background plays a classical music which is so relaxing. Our wait staff took care of us the entire time-even wrapped our to-gos so neatly for us(talking about good service)! I would definitely recommend this place! I must say, this is the best Thai restaurant I've ever been to. The food, the service and ambiance is absolutely astounding!!!

To start I expect rice to be a fresh bowl not just lukewarm old rice when ordering and paying for plain rice. Maybe my expectations were too high. I was so excited to try a new Thai restaurant that I can add to the already three that I love going to in the valley. We ordered a papaya salad, Bangkok barbecue pork, filet mignon, green beans, mango fish. We asked for all four dishes to be extra spicy, and no heat was felt by any of the dishes. They all seem to have a very similar flavoring no dishes tasted any different from the others. None of the dishes tasted "bad" but none were memorable where I would like to go again. The service was good. The ambience is cute.

The real stars here are the people that work here. (8/7/26) I've seen it mentioned in other…read morereviews of this place and I'm always surprised when businesses don't understand that this is the key. Not just the key to good Yelp reviews but the key to good word-of-mouth and the key to return business. But yeah, the food is great, too. It's not such great Thai food that it blows away other Thai restaurants but it keeps up with them. And tell me about the other Thai restaurants where you can order Cheesey hominy grits with Shrimp along side your Pad See Ew. My wife liked because everything comes very mild and you get a caddy of things that will spice/heat it up. I'm not a fan of that approach because I just want to dig into something with some kick and balance without playing, "Hey, I'm the Nutty Professor... let's try some of a little of this and I wonder what that tastes like" Note to people concerned about parking. I hate that whole scene... get the ticket, display the ticket, find the kiosk to pay for the ticket because you forgot to get the ticket stamped, download the f?@king app and type in your parking spot number, then find that you are in underground parking like a F%4king rat in a F%4king maze... NONE of that going on here. (But we showed up at an off time)... It was super simple, super easy... get your ticket, get it validated, leave. We parked about 30 feet from the front door and it was ALL good. Final thought. This place feels kind of "classy"... again, it's the people that work there but also the presentation, taking your order at the table, super clean, tasteful layout. (Man, get some cushions for those metal chairs though.). I want this place to open their next restaurant in Encino and have a long, sexy bar, mood lighting and candles.

You enter through the gate, which a ticket is given but they will validate afterwards. And the store front is next to the parking structure along with a few other restaurants. We didn't dine in but came to order for take out. From the menu, it's a mix of soul and Thai fusion. Dylan took care of us which he was a sweetheart. I love thai so trying new places is a little hit or miss as I have my favorite spots that never disappoints. Well, let's give it a shot. It's wasn't busy when we arrived, a group inside was dining when we walked in. An order of the summer roll, which we added shrimp as it comes with tofu only. There were loads of veggies which was fine but they could have added a little more of the shrimp. The sauce that accompanied it was great. I love noodle soup so to see that they had some was nice. Would love to have boat noddle but they didn't offer it. Instead I went with the tom yum noodle soup. I hate to say, it wasn't my favorite. The broth was way too sweet for my liking. I alway ask for medium as I like to spice it up myself but when we received the order, there were no extra sauces or condiments in our take out order. Only sauce was the dipping for the summer rolls. That was a bummer. Then there was the drunken noodles. Flat rice noodles with a mixture of greens in a brown sauce with Thai chili. And lastly the panang curry with chicken. Also, spice level for medium and spicy was off. They were pretty much similar, not spicy. The food was so so and that was coming from three of us. I don't know if the soul and Thai fusion was a factor but it was just ok. The reviews sounded good which gave us high hopes about this place, but I have to say that we were a little underwhelmed with the dishes. The flavors for us just wasn't there. Maybe we'll give it another shot but from this first experience, it's leaning toward a different direction.

We were so hungry for Thai food and ordered about 3-4 items. Spoiler alert, we could not finish everything but it was all so good and delicious!!! I complemented my meal with a small Thai iced tea and it had a great blend with strong taste of their condensed milk. The plates were all so delicious and so good. I wanted beef jerky, a dish I always order from thai restaurants but I couldn't find it on the menu. Luckily there was such a thing when I ordered!!! The beef jerky was chewy and not super hard when I bit it. The meat was good quality, it was a bit like steak to be honest!!! The fried rice was also just regular order but it was so tasty, buttery, and yummy. I loved the honey roasted ribs because it was so tender and flavorful. The panang curry was also super super good. I don't usually enjoy curry like that because it gets too spicy but the mild level was perfect for my taste buds and so good and creamy with the chicken we ordered for it. The white rice it came with would be doused with the curry sauce/stew and it would just be an amazing combo of flavors!!!! I would definitely recommend this spot, and would be excited to come back here for more for even hangouts with friends.
