Between all of us we ate 2 gorditas, a CG burrito (with the most delicious red sauce doused on top), shrimp tacos, asada tacos and the famed quesobirria. OH MY GOD. Everything was soooooo good. So I took advantage of that and ordered one adobada and two chicken tacos. The tacos were brought out with three bottles of salsa; one green, two reds at different spice levels. The tacos fell flat! The adobada was hard and crispy with little flavor. The meat was cut too small in my opinion, which may have resulted in its crispness. The two chicken tacos were bland, lacked flavor. I did like the fact they were cut thicker and were meaty and juicy. But it needed seasoning. The sauces also lacked flavor. None were spicy. Even the small bottled red salsa which I assumed was the spicier one wasn't spicy at all. After this experience, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, but you'll never know!
