My appointment was changed at the last moment to a later time of day.There was a new desk clerk,and I did not mind waiting to see the Hygienist Heather ,or Dr.Hanson .I had been suffering for a while with a sore partial on the bottom.The pain was so bad before coming to see them I had gone to the emergency room because the infection had gone into my gland in my neck.I was taking antibiotics,and when Heather surprised me by calling my name sooner than later I jumped up I was never so happy to see her.She was very kind and took extra care cleaning my teeth and made me feel relaxed and comfortable .when I showed her the sore spot on my lower partial she personally went and talked to DR.Hanson.He showed up in the cubical I was in and said lets take a look at the sore.He fixed the problem so quickly that i didn't have to come back later.He even checked to make sure my tooth was still alive and healthy.What an Amazing team Heather and Dr.Hanson are. They are people I would recommend over and over because they care about you and your well being .I was in so much pain and in just a short amount of time they gave me back a pain free smile.I never wanted to Hug a Dentist before and Hygienist but I came close.Please go see them they will take great care of you.Why be in pain when they are there to help you ? This Dental office is amazing!!!!! My sons had all had advantage dental and even though I carry two dental insurances called me an hour before an appt I made a week ago mind you, to tell me I couldn't be seen!!!!! a mistake on their side :( so I called around and was told about smile keepers. Called, was seen in two days and when I got there They were amazing! Every one of their staff was super helpful and very patient with both of my lil guys ages 5 and 7. My 7 year old had to have two cavities fixed and they gave him injections to numb him and he DID NOT EVEN feel it!!!! AMAZING!!! he is so excited to go back to get his next goody bag of his very own floss, toothpaste and toothbrush! Dr. Tranby! Amazing, so patient and speaks the kid lingo, puts them at ease and never once rushed my kids when they probably asked him a million why questions!!! Amanda is front desk lead and treatment coordinator and she gets what needs to be done quickly and always has such a wonderful smile and demeanor, in fact all of the office does. . .I have never felt more welcome :) My boys will be going here for life :) read more

I called to make a appointment in march and told them my insurance was ending soon they put me on the call list and a few days later got me in the staff ladies up front where super great and the staff in the back was super great to and listened ,my dentist was Dr Chris Hanson he was straight to the point got a treatment plan. Then I got a cleaning the next day with Heather Willett she was a amazing hygienist I really liked her, she explained how and what I could do to help with my teeth. I don't think it was fast but a good timely amount. Then I was on a call list to get my fillings and they said try calling after 2 for a cancellation I call Monday at 2:30 they said we have one at 3 if I could make it. Went in he got right to it and while he was he told you just what he was about to to do. So overall they where very accommodating for my needs and greatful for there kindness and the work they did. I had advantage dental before and this was by far much better. I also took my 3 year old in about a year ago she loved them too. read more

This office has been outstanding for us! Both the front and back office staff have been friendly and professional. They have made us feel so welcome and made my kids really enjoy their first dental experiences, which is SO vital. We have seen both Dr. Hanson and Dr. Tranby. Both docs were patient and gentle with our 4-year-old and our 2-year-old twins. Everyone felt so comfortable that they even let them take xrays! A miracle! The boys look forward to their dentist visits and love the special attention given to them by the docs and their assistants. We have seen Celeste with Dr. Tranby and Josie with Dr. Hanson. I cannot sing the praises of this office enough. Amanda in the front office was accommodating (even when I showed up a week early for an appointment!) and never let us feel like we were a burden. If you have the opportunity to visit this office, do it! More offices should take note and strive to be more like SmileKeepers in Springfield!! read more

There are dentists and there are amazing dentists. I must say that Dr. Tranby is nothing short of a gift to patients with any fears. My son is diagnosed with Autism and Anxiety, he is terrified of medical procedures. Recently my son went in for several fillings and some sealants and Dr. Tranby was amazing at easing his fears and telling him what he was doing the entire time without using medical terms. He also worked through my son's anxiety the entire time, stopping to allow my son to get his "wiggles out" as well as reassuring him he was okay when he would start to panic. He also took the time to calmly and very gently remind my son to hold still in such a way that my son, who never stops moving, was able to lay still for just shy of an hour. I would definitely recommend him and his colleagues to anyone looking for a dentist. read more

I've always been apprehensive going to the dentist for fear of criticism and immense pain. After my visit that I had today it has changed everything that I have experienced at a dentist office. The staff where extremely kind and made sure I was well taken care of before the dentist came in. During my visit I had to get a tooth removed. It was fast and almost pain free. Even the shots were very minimal. I've never had a pleasant visit before today! I'm extremely pleased with everything that I experienced today and for the first time I'm looking forward to my next visit! Dr. Andrew's is by far the best oral surgeon I've ever had. I've had several teeth removed throughout the years by a different doctors just about each time. Dr. Andrew's pulled half of my remaining teeth a couple months ago,I went in so nervous do to past experience. He got me very numb very quickly, and my teeth out even quicker! definitely helped me with today's surgery. Today he removed my remaining teeth and once again I was completely numb fairly quickly and my last teeth were out in what felt like 5 minute, 6 front teeth.
