First time coming today and ice cream was delicious. Unfortunately we will not be returning due to my son having a severe nut allergy. We had ordered the vanilla for him and because everything is made on shared equipment he had a bad reaction. Only recommendation I can make is possibly having a warning sign posted for those with a nut allergy or maybe possibly making the nut options in a dedicated area. My family and I were killing time downtown after dinner and stumbled upon this place on our walk. Their airstream pop up shop caught our eye so we walked over and all ordered a scoop of ice cream. Some in waffle cones, some in cups. Most of my family was impressed with their cardamom flavor! Such a unique flavor no one has seen before. Some of us also ordered milk and cookies which was everyone's second favorite. I ordered chocolate which was thick, rich and creamy. Their portion sizes are generous and can be easily shared with one scoop for two people. The attendant helping us was a brunette, super sweet and patient for our indecisive group of 8! This ice cream is on point. They make their waffle cones fresh during the day-- you can't miss the aroma as you walk by. I got the huckleberry ice cream and it wasn't too sweet, tasted just like a huckleberry! The vanilla custard soft serve looked really good too... maybe next time! read more

If you want some of the best ice cream you've ever had (aside from authentic Gelato from Italy), you'll definitely want to go to this place!!!!! They had tons of flavors to choose from! The ice cream was so creamy. The homemade waffle cones had the perfect amount of softness with crunch. The entire dessert just melted in our mouths! The waffle cone comes with two scoops where you can get two different flavors. I had cookie butter toffee crunch and orange creamsicle. Both flavors were even better than imagined. My husband had snickerdoodle and cookie butter toffee crunch. His were just as delicious! There was only one employee so the line stacked up quickly but she was super friendly, quick, and efficient at her job. She didn't let the line of people out the door affect her quality of service at all. The prices were very reasonable for a homemade waffle cone with 2 scoops of ice cream. There logo of a cow was so cute that I ended up getting a T-shirt too. This was a phenomenal experience on my husband and my last night visiting Bozeman! Highly recommended. Ice cream was excellent, although the waffle cones taste a little cinnamon-ish, which did not pair well with my choice of classic strawberry. Chocolate might have been better. Also, I couldn't help but notice the person who served me ice cream was not Bruce Willis. I was never told it would be Bruce Willis, and I don't know that he's ever even been to Bozeman, but it wouldn't have hurt the overall experience. 4 out of 5 stars. read more
