I have used George Michael shampoo and conditioners for many years, and have never found another product that rivals them, at any cost. I especially appreciate their gentle, pure ingredients. I'm allergic to most other brands of shampoos, but not George Michael. read more

George Michael of Be early Hills and Counting Stars with Haley Lynn in Phoenix. My hair was not treated good by a hairdresser who used his French accent to get clients . It took Haley and Jessie from Beverly Hills in CA. If you go to these.2 and I fly to CA for my treatments and also Phoenix for my color as nobody can compare to the amazing job these 2 can do . The proof is in my pictures . I have dreamed of long thick gorgeous hair since I was a teen. It took going into my 50"s to achieve my dream with the very best of the best hair dressers . I went to this salon and showed the owner Jessie a pic of the color I wanted. She processed my hair 6 times in one day. She rudely ignored my concerns. This was a nightmare from hell!!! My confidence is messed up and now I'am always wearing a hat! I have proof that in July of 2018 I went with a friend to this GM Salon to the owner Jessie for a hair moisturizing treatment. I took a photo of my hair after my moisturizing treatment on the same day at her Salon. I also have many photos from my other Salon that I have been going to for the last 5 years. My Salon mentioned that my hair was in great shape with a great color with a Balayage. The photo that the owner posted is definitely not my hair and is fraudulent. I don't have salt and pepper gray hair and I'am much younger then that photo. My roots are a shiny platinum silver. Please remember she processed my hair 6 times in one day. I was pleased with the treatment and trim my hair received, but not with the rudeness and snobbery of the staff. If you do anything to your hair that is in violation of their weird hair cult, be prepared to be belittled and talked down to. George Michael believed that hair should be kept all one length, never heat-styled or colored, and parted on the right side. If you violate any of these terms (having layers, fringe, center part, etc.) they will give you crap for it. The owner even told me she "isn't going to deal with" clients that want to keep their layers. Huh?? They are also very pushy with their products and try to make you feel like what you currently use is junk. They scare you into buying their products by saying other products will "strip the treatment out of your hair." Their products contain parabens and are overpriced. Yuck. I won't be back. read more

Thank God for Julia! No one else has touched my hair since I've discovered her and it's been years. Thanks to her and George Michael's treatments my hair has never been healthier and longer. I've been trying to grow my hair out for years after horrible cuts and color jobs. I desperately searched for a place where I wouldn't be scared of getting my haircut because stylist tend to push certain coloring jobs and take off way more than necessary. Jessie took the time to educate me about proper hair care and, most importantly, nutrition. She gave me my first dry cut in years which gave a me a lot of confidence that she only took off what was completely necessary. I've been to her twice, and am looking forward to seeing her again! Jessie the owner is the kindest warm woman who makes everyone feel part of her family - no snobbery here, despite being in Beverly Hills. She makes everyone feel special, whether your one of her famous clientele or a struggling student wanting a special treatment for a special day - she makes no distinction and puts artful attention into her passionate work with hair. My hair looks like silk after every treatment and people always comment wanting to know how I got it. I appreciate the tips and insight offered, and look forward to my treatments. Thank God I rediscovered Jessie and The George Michael Salon. My wavy, highlighted hair is sensitive to heat, so I couldn't blow dry more than a couple times a month without it splitting and looking dry and brittle. I'd gone to Jessie years ago, but got pulled back into the Brazilian blow dry experience, which eventually left my hair damaged. Then, I did nothing to my hair - and I could live with it, but it didn't look its best - it appeared frizzy. A year ago, I went back, and it's now the highlight of my week to go to Jessie and do my work as I sit under the dryer, knowing I'm doing my hair a favor. My hair and color has never been thicker or looked better - people stop to ask me where I get my color done, where I get my "blow dry". I tell them to skip the blow dry and go right to the set. Otherwise, you'll be in that same cycle of regret. Granted, we're all different, but I've seen the most beautiful, luxurious heads of hair in this place - and it all starts with Jessie - and Seza! Seza BURNED my scalp after BOTCHING my color beyond belief - she had "no idea how to cover my gray" and after trying a process that did nothing except turn my hair orange and gray and asking me to call my former colorist she stuck a bunch of bleach on my head which immediately started to burn as if my whole head was on fire. She insultingly, stupidly, and rudely said you must have scalp issues (ummm anyone would if you put bleach on it at that concentration) and then agreed to wash it off. While rinsing it off she jerked my neck and head to the side of the already stiff and uncomfortable shampoo bowl. I literally in all day of my life have never had such a nightmare experience at a salon - the way she jerked my neck and head and the burning sensation gave me a full blown panic attack. Thank God the lovely esthetician who was there came out and gave me burn cream and rubbed it into my scalp and comforted me. Seza was dangerous, mean, negligent, completely inept, negligent, and again - unsafe and caused harm and injury to my person. I called the owner Jessie multiple multiple times and she has not returned my call nor responded to my texts. Unbelievable. Please be warned. read more
