DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered Stone Crabs for Christmas Dinner nearly two weeks ago. My order was accepted and credit card was charged. On December 23rd I received an email saying my order was initiated, label was printed, and status of the order was fulfilled. The tracking number never showed UPS pick up. I inquired today, the date of my delivery, and was informed that due to a shortage my order was not going to be shipped. This is horrendous service, and had I not contacted them, I would have never known they weren't shipped. This company has ruined our Christmas Dinner, and no one should ever do business with this company read more

Giving a two star instead of one because the refund was processed efficiently. Ordered this stone crab for a party we were having. They send it a week early and we weren't home to get it so it sat on the porch and went bad. We called and they told us oh it's good you can keep it we will reship next week on the right day sorry for the mistake. The guy insisted it was good we told him no we will send it back or throw it away. He said it's good it's good smells like the ocean in his New York accent. Anyway we didn't eat it and would have given a positive review if they had actually resent the order to us the following week when our party was scheduled. Unfortunately that didn't happen and then the guy argued with us said it was delivered. We had to send pictures to point out it was sent a week early. He said he would refund the money and talk to the owner never heard anything lesson learned we will try another vendor next time. Multiple mistakes on the same order not even sure how that happens. Nov 10th for delivery 12/24 , I got a email 12/23 with tracking #, 12/24 another email comes in saying sorry due to weather fisherman didn't get enough, but here's 20% next order., news flash THERE WONT EVER BE ANOTHER ORDER! Ok, fine, I'm lying -- I also love buzzy label handbags, FaceBook stalking, cream chipped beef and bad reality TV but that's a whole other story. I ordered George Stone Crabs (yes, it drives me nut that's there's no apostrophe in the biz name, but that's yet another story) last week and again this week because they are fresh, quick, cracked, affordable and their mustard sauce is as good as Joe's. No lie. The only glitch here is there's a 5-pound minimum which equates to spending an estimated $115 a pop. I do love the notion that they crack the claws for you and deliver lemon wipes, too. All in all, a great option to waiting the 1 hour wait at Joe's. Plus, you can eat 'em in front of the telly while watching the latest episode of Survivor. read more

Well sorry this place was a joke. We have been buying stone crab for years. We placed a large order paid for overnight. After day 2 called 4 times with each different person including manager admitting they didn't know what they were doing. Each time they promised a phone call right back. 1.5 hrs later we would call. Well "we can't get ahold of shipping we can only text him and he's not answering". We will call you back when we have a answer. The manager she says well the order went out but Fed Ex can't tell us where it is! Really,I don't think so. Today is the 29th still nothing. They are disorganized, and dishonest.
