    So, let me preface this review with a comment. Today has…read morebeen crappy. Whilst traveling back home I realized that I need gas fairly bad, so I pulled off the freeway and found Cruisers Gas (thanks Waze) At the pump I was offered the opportunity to purchase a car wash, also a discounted price on gas if I purchased premium wash, sounds good so far... After completing my transaction, I get back in the car and drive around the station looking for the car wash entrance only to realize that there is no car wash... wait, what? Perplexed to say the least, I walk into the store and say "OK I'm an idiot, but where is the car wash" (I tried to take the blame for not being able to find the entrance) The girl behind the counter says (straight faced) "Oh, we don't have one" Now, those of you that know me know that I am usually a very patient individual, Well, not today.... I proceed to raise my voice and explain to the nice girl and subsequently her superior, (and I use the word superior very generously) that they cannot sell and charge for a product the do not actually have. I asked for my money back as that to me seemed like a legitimate request. apparently I was mistaken because they were not about to give my $10. I was told to go to PrimeShine car wash some 6-7 miles away. Well, at this point the line behind me is growing quite rapidly and the nice CHP DICK that is immediately behind me asks "Could you please step aside so the rest of us can check out", after confirming that the establishment had working security cameras, I politely told the officer to "Fuck Off, but if you gave me my $10 I will gladly leave", as he mumbled a bit I proceeded to get the contact information for the corporate office and reluctantly left this fine establishment. As I was sitting in my car leaving a message for Corporate guy Scott, I realized that Dick was just sitting in the parking lot eyeballin me, so, we both sat there for a while until he left, me shortly thereafter. So, Corporate Scott calls me back and to be honest he was very apologetic and informed me that this happens quite often and that the store folks should have refunded me my money, we worked it out and all is good. They should post that the carwash company they use IS NOT on site but does have 15+ locations. So at the end of my little venture, the car is dirty but my tank is full...

    By far the worst experience I've ever experienced from any convenience store so far. The so-called…read morevery untrained manager did not know how to process a transaction using a relay app that us drivers use and he was unwilling to get on the phone with their own pilot help desk get the necessary instructions and have the transaction process. After a few hours I figured his shift was over and maybe I can speak with a different manager on duty which there was a lady named Heather who claimed to be the manager and her herself actually did call the help desk but because the help desk said that the weight would be longer than usual due to high call volumes she said she could not wait around for them to pick up so then I asked if it did not matter to her that I was a customer and needed his transaction to be completed she pretty much told me there was nothing she could do because she was not going to wait around that she had a whole store that she had to manage so I told her okay I guess I have no other option then to call corporate her reply was do you have their number because I don't and I responded with I'm pretty sure it won't take me too long to find it online and she said okay do what you have to do in the meantime I stepped outside and went about to make that phone call while she was inside she spent the whole time on the phone looking out the window as to what I was doing probably calling Ruben to inform him that I again had returned to ask her to help me out and probably that I threatened to call corporate the time that she spent looking at what I was doing she could have really been on hold with the pilot help desk to make the transaction go through but she was more worried about taking care of her store which she did not leave the desk after I left the desk to do what she said she had to do ultimately corporate told me they cannot force them to do anything but they were just put it down in the books and make sure that they received proper training for those transactions in the future. I believe they need more training in overall customer service and learning how to keep learning and not believe that they already know everything and there is nothing a customer can show them that they don't already know very disappointed in both managers because they are just passing that on to their employees who will probably follow their procedures on handling situations like this. I left with nothing resolved
