I'll post another update as soon as I get the car on Friday; that's when Jonathan said it would be ready...yeah...no, I'm not holding my breath. Update as of 2/22/22 @ 12:30am: Jonathan called me earlier today. He expressed that he'd like to make it right. He's asking that I drop off the car (again) in the morning, and he'll have a rental ready. I really need to avoid vocalizing anything to him in person so I wrote and sent him the following detailed text just a bit ago... "I apologize for the very late message. These are the items that I am expecting to get done: I do not want the same technician working on my car. Have your BEST worker on my car OR an official Honda expert to work on my car. My car is only a 2019, 2-3 yrs old. After-market equipment is unacceptable. * INSTALL Honda headlamp assembly ONLY!ABSOLUTELY NO AFTERMARKET - I WILL WAIT. The picture of headlamp you sent me I believe is the wrong one! * Align headlight beams and foglight beams * FIX OR REPLACE Radiator, bent & not seated correctly * FIX Rt lower front fender passenger side - not clipped on * Engine has a horrible rattling noise now, please get this checked * INSTALL LED Fog lamps??? Amazing, amazing service! I went here on Tuesday since I was involved in a fender-bender to get an estimate to give to the at-fault party. Mr. Omar Prado helped me and calmed my nerves regarding the situation. I was already super stressed because having an accident is a stressful event but Mr. Prado patiently answered all of my questions concerning the procedures for repair. He seemed to truly care about me as a person and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to choose this collision repair over another one. I bought a Honda Civic and a few weeks later I wrecked my brand new car. I was really upset because I did not even make a payment yet. My insurance company recommended first certified as a great local repair shop. When I called them they set up the tow truck and arranged everything. I did not have to do anything and they took care of the insurance company. My car has the Honda sensing and they had to take the car to the dealer. They keep me updated the entire time and even offered a rental when they explained that the dealer was an unexpected delay. Now my car is back with them because I hit a dog. They won my business with how great they were last time I took my car to them. I am confident that they will have my car good as new soon. read more

UPDATE: The company contacted me and totally took care of the problem. Apparently they guarantee their work for life but for some reason the guy we dealt with never informed us of that fact. This time I dealt with Josh and he handled everything quickly, without any BS, and to my complete satisfaction. There was no awkwardness at all. He made me feel totally comfortable. My opinion of them is now completely reversed and I would have no problem taking any of my cars to them again. This is what happens to their paint job a year or two later. First, the paint starts to lift and then there's a little bubble and then the paint flakes off in the wind and the paint underneath doesn't look like it was properly prepared. And then when you take it in and show it to them, they say they'll find out what they can do for you and give you a call but you never hear from them, and when you call them to follow up, they never call you back. But they sure are happy to see you when you first walk in with all that insurance money, and they sure do beg you to give them the highest rating on their follow-up survey, and of course you do it because you haven't found out yet what a lousy job they did. I had the worst experience at the Hesperia Gerber collision & Glass. I dropped my car off on March 3rd and was promised two to three weeks for the repairs, on the fifth I got a text letting me know the completion date was the 24th of March which I thought ok I was promised two to three weeks so they want to be on the safe side which is understandable. I received couple of texts letting me know that they are on schedule. On the 19th I received a text saying we are near completion if we encounter any delays we will call you. on the 22nd I got a text ( not a call ) with updated completion date pushed to April 2nd, I called and asked to talk to Omar and I was told he will call me back , he never did so I called again the second day and he called me back telling me they're shorthanded and he promised that it will be done on or before the 2nd of April. They didn't finish the repairs till April 5th. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone read more

I am usually not a person to complain, but this auto body shop is really bad. I have a 2022 Honda Civic that was in an accident and I had turned in to get fixed here. Literally all the new parts they installed were unaligned and the guy tried giving me the excuse that it was because it was new clips. My bumper is a completely different shade from the rest of the car, and he told us that it was because it was different material. That doesn't make it okay!!! He just kept giving us excuses and dismissing our concerns.we are paying customers and it is their job to fix it and look original. We are very upset and will not be coming back or recommending this place. read more

Horrible service. I dropped my car off on 01/25/2021 they said my car would be ready on 02/03/2021. I called a day before my vehicle was supposed to be ready because I had received a txt message that it would be ready on 02/05/2021 but when I spoke to one of the guys there he couldn't find my car and was giving me information on another customers vehicle. Now, today the day my car was supposed to be ready I give them a call AGAIN and let them know I'm on my way to pick up my car which stated on the website it was ready for pick up at 4pm. Dan then proceeds to tell me that my car was getting washed and he needed to check if it was ready. He placed me on hold and then comes back to tell me that my car isn't actually ready because my rim was chipped and they needed to get a new one sent. I obviously become upset because I had gotten off work early to pick up my car and no one ever let me know my car wasn't ready. I had to call them to find out while on my way there. I then asked why they didn't call me and tell me and he proceeds to tell me that it was because they just didn't have time.... 30 mins before closing. I asked him how long had it been since they had the rim and he had said since 12pm and yet no one had time to call me from 12pm-4pm to let me know it was chipped. How unprofessional... no communication at all. I was hoping their service would be better because of their reviews on here. read more

He goes by the name of Jose Lopez, and he is out of this world awesome in every aspect of the word.
