Had a minor incident in which the garage door took on my hatchback. The door was left relatively…read moreunscathed, but my hatchback suffered a couple of battle scars (deep scratches). Indy AB&F was my insurer's preferred body shop. Fortunately, they were able to take a look at my car quickly. Adam at the front desk was professional and courteous, taking pix and explaining what would the repair would entail. He sent a quote timely to my company, and I was able to schedule a repair once they authorized the cost. Enterprise car rental is right down the road, and fortunately a driver was able to meet me at the body shop with a rental vehicle. The repair took a few days and when I got my car back, it looked good as new! No hint of any scratches whatsoever and my vehicle was freshly washed. The charge for the repair seemed reasonable to my knowledge. I was also able to leave the rental car at the facility when I picked my car up for Enterprise to retrieve. This isn't a spot I hope to patronize often (no offense guys!), but if you're in need of auto body service or frame repairs, I would highly recommend this business.

I scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. I brought it in and was greeted by the customer service manager (Dave), a Geico representative, and an Enterprise representative. Dave assessed my vehicle and marked the damages. He fully explained the options I had in the repair of my vehicle. In less than 20 minutes from the start of my appointment, I was on my way in my rental car. I got a call just 3 days later saying my car was finished! I have always heard horror stories about the length of time body work takes so I was shocked. I picked it up the next morning and was greeted again by the wonderful front office staff (Trish) and Dave. The repair looked wonderful and comes with a lifetime guarantee. I was gone in again less than 20 minutes, leaving my rental car there to be picked up by Enterprise later. When I got there the checkout process was smooth and the mechanic walked me thru everything they did with my car. It wasn't until this morning when I took the paper matt they put in the driver seat of the car on the floor that I noticed they cleaned my whole car! I have weather tech mats all inside my car that I haven't gotten to clean since the winter and they were sparkling clean and no longer had the salt residue and icky stuff from winter! My car all over looked like it got detailed and looked like when I first got it brand new in 2020! That is the type of customer service I am looking for.
