I would give them zero stars if I could. Paint repairs also show orange peal - white paint thought that was easy, better off with a high school body shop, ohh and their warranty they brag about, non existent as well- zero accountability . Apparently being on the radio and social media posting how great they are is more important than doing quality work.

After exhausting every resource in the area over a week, I contacted a friend who owns CMH Auto in Niagara. Phil found the situation ridiculous and offered to help, but it meant driving four days with three worn tires with 55,000 miles on them, a risk I couldn't take. As a last resort, teary-eyed, I pleaded with the service manager, Dave Sleater, at Wheel Specialists to see what he could do. He asked me to leave it with him, and my wife and I took an Uber home. I would hate for any woman to fall for this. I would hate for anybody to fall for this know what your stuff is worth before you go to a car lot know your statistics In this day and age. Anyone can look any information up on their phone and find the truth in seconds. so looking into someone's eyes and lying and saying a vehicle doesn't come with any upgrades when you have the car with the upgrade on your lot is pretty diabolical not to mention when I test drove the car. They brought another one out that was parked right in front with some guy looking at it to make it seem like oh no I better buy this car so quick someone else is gonna buy it. I kind of feel bad for the lower sales people basically they seem OK but their higher-ups are really smarmy. dismissive they creeped me out really so ladies please don't go to this place to buy a car and if you do go to sell your car do a trade-in make sure you don't just go to one but go to three places go to four, but don't ever go to this place.
