This place is a nightmare. State Farm insurance steered me to the Peoria location. Peoria location told me there are busy but that the Anthem location could get it done in four days so I have State Farm sign off on it. Once Anthem has the approval they tell me it is two weeks out. I tell them my insurance doesn't cover a rental; they say they will provide a rental as a courtesy and to contact them directly. The rental company tells me that Gerber only allowed a small daily allowance and that I would be responsible for the rest out of pocket so I declined and sat at home waiting for them to finish. Long story short: they give a long string of b.s. from start to finish and act like they are doing you a favor to boot!! read more

Todd and Gerber Collision are REFRESHINGLY OUTSTANDING. I got into an accident 12.15.22, and although the truck was drivable, I was nervous to drive it. I scheduled to have the truck seen for repair estimates, but not until 12.27.22. The dilemma... I had to drive to Sedona for a family reunion that weekend (aka next day 12.16.22). I spoke with Todd, who asked me to come in asap, and he would have a quick look over the truck. He was soooo understanding and quickly leaped into action! He had me go see Brakes Plus (also an EXCELLENT experience) to have them inspect the truck. He had them ensure the truck was inspected for any damage we wouldn't see. They fixed the alignment and gave the okay that nothing was bent, snapped, leaking, or otherwise unsafe. Todd had them bill his shop so that it would all be handled by the insurance. He also confirmed what the paperwork was showing. Todd clearly understands how stressful a wreck can be and goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are safe but also has the ability to ease the anxiety that comes with a wreck. I appreciate he and his team because they treated me like I mattered and not like a number in the queue. Thank God for businesses like these that care more about their customer than the profits. Customer service is their number 1 priority, and it shows. His shop is busy for a reason... they came highly recommended to me by several friends and family. He was very open and honest about the wait time and expectations. Ultimately, it will take some time to get the parts and to get her fixed back up but that's perfectly okay. The simple fact that Todd was soo very transparent means he cares about his clients. His number 1 concern was to make for certain that the truck was safe. I love that he cared that my family and I would be safe on the road. What a wonderful and refreshing experience. I went into this scared and nervous that it would be a nightmare... thus far, aside from the actual wreck, this has been nothing but a dream. Todd turned a potentially horrifying experience into an easy flowing process with clear expectations. My anxiety has since subsided. I'm breathing easier because I have no unanswered questions looming over my head. This world needs more Todd's and more businesses that are run like Gerber Collision! THANK YOU ONE MILLION TIMES! The only reason I did not return it was because I had the car sold and the buyer was here from Out of state to pick up. Very disappointed in the quaff work received here. OKAY!, I'm overly satisfied with the service that was provided!!!. Let me include...that we come from a family of five,and our schedule is hectic all week around. So when this incident happen..it was going to be stressful I assumed. Well, Gerber Collision took all that stress away! They made reservations for my rental transportation, and went above and beyond on the work that was performed on my vehicle!! Not only did they do a great job, they kept us in the loop with all the repairs, which I loved. I don't remember each staff member I spoke with, but they are all very nice and genuine people. I was running a few minutes behind the closing hours (5pm) and one of the staff members waited for me. How sweet!. I was in before when it was Lake Pleasant Auto Body and it is the same people working there now. They did a five star job for me before (after a truck hit my car) and I had to go in today because my outside door molding was coming off on a different vehicle. Probably the heat finally caused the glue to give way. Anyway, I dropped by and told the owner my situation. He grabbed my keys and took off to the back. I took my car in for an estimate today on damages to my car that happened while I was inside Arrowhead Mall last week. Some idiot, while pulling in or out of the parking space, hit my car then proceeded to rub against it 2 feet. I didn't really notice the scratch, it was the rubbing of the door to the front panel that caught my attention. The first estimate was over $1800! I then went to my 2nd estimate at Gerber Collision & Glass in Peoria, Ryan took my car to the back side of the building and less than 10 min later he was back. Whatever he did, it was magic. My car door opens and closes, and it looks like he rubbed out the 2 foot long scratch. He noticed that there is a little dent, but truthfully I don't even see anything.
