a slice of pizza on a paper plate

This is a pizza place, deli, and a cafe located inside the Busch Campus Center at Rutgers University. At the pizzeria, they offer different varieties of pizza, garlic bread, and pasta. At the deli, there are different types of salads and sandwiches sold. Finally at the cafe, there are baked goods, paninis (not cool to order), and coffee. This is an acceptable place to get food if you're at the BCC since it's quick to order and eat (good for when you take mini breaks). You are quickly served and the staff is friendly and efficient.

    Student combo! 8 bucks

They have a good student meal deal- $8 for wrap/sandwich, soda, side salad. Quality is pretty decent for food court. Would recommend if you are on the run or are on campus and don't want a super unhealthy meal such as burger King or chinese

Gerlandas has always been there for me throughout my undergraduate education. The pizza is decent, though be wary of some of the specialty slices, they can be hit or miss. The pepperoni and Sicilian are always a good go-to and the value is good. The staff is usually pretty friendly too.

Typical pizzeria. Nice staff. Very friendly and helpful. I only had their plain slice, and it was good! Plenty of food in the menu.

The pizza was okay, but I would not visit again based on the hours of operation. I'm normally in…read morethis area in the morning and early afternoon, and they do not open until 2 pm. One time I was parked out front because I forgot that they only opened after two, and the gentleman walked from across the street and unlocked the doors and turned the lights on at 2:01pm and I did not see any pizza ready. I was already crunched for time, so I did not even bother getting out of the car to ask if they had any slices ready. So it probably would not be best to go when they first open. However, I do think it's great that they stay open for late night eats. I placed my order online about 20 minutes before I arrived, but when I got there, it was not ready. The gentleman only put my slices in the oven after I told him that I placed an online order, which kind of defeated the purpose of me ordering ahead because I did not want to wait. But it did seem like he was there solo, and he very was nice. I ordered a slice of the "SPICY SALT AND PEPPA-RONI" and the "RANCH IT LIKE IT'S HOT." I would have liked more of the toppings on the "RANCH IT LIKE IT'S HOT" slice and a thicker dough. The base sauces also didn't have much of a presence. I tend to prefer my sauce on the sweeter side, or at least savory with a hint of sweet, but I could barely taste it. The crust was also a little too thin. I ordered two slices and still had room for more, whereas I'm usually full or at least more satisfied after two slices. One of the pizzas, I believe the SPICY SALT AND PEPPA-RONI, was spicy, and I was not a fan of that. I honestly just wanted a regular pepperoni slice, but went for whatever pepperoni option they had listed. I love the originality of the pizza names! When I ordered online, plain pepperoni was not listed as an option, so I just assumed they didn't have it. However, when I went in to pick up my order, I saw that they did have regular pepperoni slices available. I probably would have preferred that over the SPICY SALT AND PEPPA-RONI. Personally, I would not revisit, because I think there are better pizza options along Easton Ave.

The prices are unbelievable and the food is abundant. The free bread that comes with the pasta is bigger than the pasta itself, and it's very good on its own! The staff are so friendly and greet you like an old friend. The ambiance is super outdated, but that's part of the charm. The food, the service, and the place is the definition of "comfort food." Please continue to support Stelton Pizza so that it can stick around for years to come!

Whether I'm grabbing a quick slice or settling in with a full meal, they never disappoint. My two non-negotiables: the buffalo chicken pizza and the eggplant parm sandwich. 1) The buffalo slice is always on point with the perfect flavor, and you can almost always snag one on the fly. 2) The eggplant parm is a total winner, and here's a little secret why: they bake all their sandwich rolls fresh in-house! You can absolutely taste the difference. Most of their pizzas have a perfectly crisp, thin crust, and that audible crunch you get when you take a bite is just unmatched. This place is a true local gem that knows exactly what it's doing.
