Called and dropped off 2/9 asking, if at all possible, to have it back for 2/12. I added some preventative maintenance items as well as the diagnostic. Got my sled back completely fixed on 2/11 and the price was extremely reasonable for the work and "emergency service", my words not theirs, that i had requested. The service here is always done professionally, is priced fairly (I didn't say cheap) and is done on time. It does not feel like like a big dealership. The owner, Dale, seems knowledgeable and honest. I dropped off my 20 year old snowmobile during the busy season because it wouldn't run. He started working on it a week later. One week after that, it was done and ready to go. Reasonable labor rate. Only disappointed that they could not do pickup and delivery. I will likely have my equipment serviced here in the future.
