Ny last trip they replaced my front rotors which I thought would be expensive. When I got the bill I found they covered the rotors and installation under warranty without even talking to me about it. On another occasion I had a loud rattle only when the car was cold and they found the problem that only required bending a metal bracket near the tailpipe. Very inexpensive fix and the noise has never come back. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

I heard a guy ordering 8 tires while I was there the first time. Repairing a flat tire on my car didn't make them money, but I still felt like a valued customer and the tire tech did a great job. Went back there yesterday to have my winter tires mounted and balanced. Scott recognized me and said "You're the guy with the BMW." I said "Yes." They were busy mounting truck tires again, but Scott got me in right away. I walked out less than an hour later with my tires mounted. I see no reason to go anywhere else for tire service.

As he was leaving he saw me stranded and tried to help me get started, but I realized I actually needed a new starter motor. Today, Erich and his opening crew helped me push it from next door into a repair bay, confirmed Ted's diagnosis, ordered a new starter, installed the new starter, and had me back on the road in two and a half hours AS A WALK IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT! I find that to be truly AMAZING in a world where few people are concerned about their customer service. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! I dropped my car off at 10am and it was ready by 3pm. I was also told my part has a 1 year year warranty which is reassuring. My car is now extremely quiet and my problem is entirely solved. I feel the total price tag of parts, labor, etc was reasonable. Lastly but most importantly, the staff were very professional and helpful. I was helped by Percy and Eric, both gave excellent customer service. I want to emphasize they were very kind and I felt they had extensive knowledge of their jobs. It was kind of an emergency to get things fixed. After they looked at it, they found worn parts which was the root cause of the issue. I took the car to my mechanic to have the parts replaced, at he delivered it back to Tom to have the alignment completed. Mind you, since I was in a huge jam, tom also let me take a loaner for a couple of days while the work was completed. This is old-school kind of care, it was amazing! Beware of this place. They are EXTREMELY expensive and they have lost my trust. I brought my car…read morein and was told it needed over $1400 of repairs for an air flow sensor issue along with one more repair. Previous to this- about 5 months before they had already repaired the sensor. Of course they told me it is another issue (not the same repair). Their diagnostic fee is very expensive as well at $225 just to take 5 minutes to plug in a machine to see the codes to what is wrong. I took my car to get a second opinion and they were able to repair my car for $800 less!!! Also they noted the work done on my sensor was not done well by Silver Lake so they had to repair it as well. I'd recommend finding a local auto repair show instead. They are more trustworthy and fair in pricing.
